Negative experience: Tried to set up an appointment as a new patient twice. The receptionist david had a lot of attitude. Not a good impression. Ill go somewhere else.

The care and education I have received are invaluable and I’m lucky to have been their patient. It’s a slow process, but each time I have worked with either of them they have explained what I should expect and how we are going to achieve our goal. Thank you both for all you do.

Fantastic experience: I have been to therapy for 2 appointments during Christmas time and appreciate not over loading with too many exercises that may not get done.The few that I do have are a beginning that will help me to develop an exercise program for my individual needs. Everyone is friendly and try to work with my schedule. Great place for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy was new to me. Joey J, the PT, was kind and very knowledgeable. He could break down the exercises into terms I could understand. When I made a mistake, he gently showed me the correct form.

Fantastic experience: After knee replacement surgery Herbie Bairnsfather is the reason I walk! My leg was swollen and bruised but Herbie gave me exercises that I continued to do at home. The first two weeks were tough but I survived only because he is the best PT I have ever gone to. I highly recommend Herbie and HonorHealth. You can’t go wrong!

My therapist listens, offers important insights related to accepting condition that needs healing, is straightforward with expectations and offers exercises that don’t overwhelm. Fantastic experience: Steven makes incredible strides when he works with Joe, he feels more strength in his legs. He wants to go go go the day after. My back is making improvements too thanks to Samantha. The day after I’m sore, but I bounce back the next day. The stretching is helping so much.

Fantastic experience: The facility is very clean and constantly being cleaned between every patient and the equipment that was used . The therapists are always positive and helpful and caring for your safety and your continued progress and explain the treatments thoroughly before you do them. I highly recommend this location for your physical therapy needs. From the check in desk to the entire staff members, this is an excellent care team, always making sure that you are safe and are getting the best care and treatment, and are extremely helpful and answer your questions and educate you with the benefits of the therapy given and set goals for you to continue to work on at the facility and give you "homework" to expand the therapy at home to improve your overall recovery. They are very supportive and won't push you beyond your comfort level. I look forward to each appointment to continue with getting stronger. The facility and therapists and support staff get a 5 out of 5 rating!
