Fantastic experience: After my assault, I needed physical therapy for my shoulder. I couldn't have picked a better place to heal. Negative experience: I totally mix my date for my appointment in here … I call and they said they can’t take me anymore !!! Like whatttt??? I honestly i been in the phoenix location for more than a year … not problem there everyone is a professional…. But this location for real they probably think they are the only ones who offers therapy!!!! Slap in the face for you guys !!!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff starting with the front desk to all the Therapists are definitely here to make you better! Greeting with smiles and encouragement at every session. Fantastic experience: my therapist is always looking out for my well being and the exercises

Negative experience: Despite all the great reviews, I was not impressed with this clinic nor their methods of rehab. My boyfriend recently was a patient there and it was a mess from the beginning. On the 2nd visit of PT (only 7 days from surgery) Brenna went on and on about how he's not moving well enough. He had 80' of knee flexion, but Brenna felt he should be at 90'. Then on the 3rd visit they bent his knee to far and literally pulled open his incision. Resulting in additional wound care to another facility. As a therapist myself I understand the need to be aggressive at times, but this was all about their egos and needing to be "right" than about providing effective therapy. I also have been a patient many times to other clinics and have NEVER seen this kind of arrogance and aggression with a patients recovery.. Not happy, and would never recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: The physical therapist was great, but the guy in charge forced me to stop physical therapy. I wasn't making enough progress for them I guess. I was forced out, and then pressured to agree to it like I wanted it. Avoid 360 physical therapy.

Negative experience: I feel discriminating because i have muscular distrofy and i cant walk or getting in and out from the pool ( aqua therapy) and just because of that they cannot help me with therapy and also they put 2 or 3 patients at the same time and its not fair for none of us to wait for therapist .. honestly i was hopping for more comprehensive . They was hopping to make walk in 1 months im sorry but they dont know how treat people with my condition

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is courteous. Harry the therapist is very knowledgeable and professional. My core is getting stronger thanks to him. Pain has decreased incredibly in my lower back. Very clean workout area.

Fantastic experience: My 99 yo mom has been using this therapy facility and we are so very pleased with each therapist we have had the privilege of having for her appointments. They all have been thoughtful of her needs, her age, her abilities....they push her when necessary and challenge her wth every exercise! We have been and continue to be very happy with our experience here!

With very Unique and attentive therapist: Niels with his improv, nurturing sense of humor and passion towards the care dedicated to me. There's Jordan with his high vibe and impecable observations. Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the exemplary therapy I received at 360 Physical Therapy under the care of Harry W. and Brenna W. Initially, I was very concerned that I might not be able to regain the mobility I had taken for granted prior to my injury. The confidence and reassurance Harry and Brenna expressed as they explained my recovery plan set my mind at ease and allowed me to trust the process. I felt completely safe in their professional and knowledgeable care, which is paramount when working through a traumatic injury. I will forever be grateful to them for helping me regain my mobility and strength. The facility was very clean. The equipment was in good working order and well maintained. They were prompt with taking me back at my appointed time. They provided printed and online homework exercises for me to do between sessions. They showed genuine care and interest in me and my recovery process. On my last appointment, I rang the big metal triumph bell, feeling victorious, and yet, a little sad because I'll miss them. This was my second experience with 360 PT. Four years ago, I was treated after breaking my leg. My experience, then, was just as exemplary as this latest experience. I trust these therapist 100%, and I recommended them to my mom and husband after they were injured recently. A trustworthy, knowledgeable therapist is essential when recovering from an accident, and the fact that they are fun is a HUGE bonus! Thank you Harry and Brenna for helping me get my life back! Fantastic experience: Great experience with good friendly therapists! I went in having just started walking in a boot after foot surgery and on a skooter for 8 weeks. I just finished therapy and can return to all my previous activities with no problems!! Definitely recommend this physical therapy place!!!

Fantastic experience: This is not a "go through the motions and go home" kind of place. They take measurements, monitor your progress, and honestly talk about how you are doing. They have signs saying how difficult it will be. It was. But it wasn't just exercise. It was true manipulation of the muscle. Working it out and ensuring that progress is being made. In the end, if your aren't happy, then they aren't. They are truly here for you. Major kudos to Harry and Brenna. They know what they are doing. Lara at the front is phenomenal. Greets you with a smile and knows who you are. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: What a difference..in a positive way! I have never had such a caring and dedicated team as I do at 360. They are not over booked with multiple patients at the same time. At most they are working with 2 patients, but the PT has someone helping them if there are 2 patients. I would highly recommend 360 to anyone needing intensive therapy or just need help learning the proper way to exercise at home.

Fantastic experience: Was originally scheduled at a location an hour or more away from my house and Dianne at the front desk helped me greatly by getting me all the information I needed to set up at this location and I've been nothing but happy while working with them. I was set up with Robin as my physical therapist and it's refreshing to have someone who understands what's going on not only physically but mentally during the healing process of my new physical therapy routine

They're by your side to help motivate you and make sure your form is always good. Robin and Janet have helped me so much, and each week I feel like I'm improving more and more :)

Fantastic experience: Robin at 360 Physical Therapy is awesome. I had a nerve injury that left me barely able to walk without pain. I had a goal to complete a hike 10 weeks later. Robin carefully listened to my description of how the injury occurred and where I was experiencing discomfort. She coached me thru a careful plan and 10 weeks later I was pain free and ready for my hike. I highly recommend this PT clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience here and would recommend anyone to check them out, whether it is for minor injuries or recovery from major surgery. When I experienced back pain, they were able to quite accurately discover some of the issues and causes of my pain, before my doctor's were even able to identify the problems. Those causes were later verified by specialists after several scans, doctor appointments, pain medications, and as problems still persisted. Later, after having back surgery, I was able to return to get additional relief and increased mobility. My quality of life has increased with the quality of care received at this facility. They listen to what you have to say, ask relevant questions, and develop a detailed plan to help you get to your goals. They do offer a variety of services, tailored to your plan, and get you back as close as possible, to where you want to be. Lindsey had been a great help and does her best to make everyone feel welcome and drives the best out of patients.

I came in with chronic lower back problems and after 4 months (and losing 12 pounds) I have a home program that I can continue the life-changing therapy I learned from PT360 staff. Fantastic experience: Robin McDaniel, PT, DPT is my to go to Physical Therapist for a little over a year now for a chronic very painful invasion on my glutes, hamstrings , tendons , ligaments and muscles that has affected my quality of life not to mention my mental and emotional health as well. Robin is 100% present with me and treats my whole body with a science based medical expertise along with the perfect amount of emotional , mental therapeutic “medicine” that doses me just right to help me through this very challenging time of my life. Good Medicine isn’t just treating the body, it’s treating the soul too. Robin does this very well.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the 360 therapy on cactus avenue for about a month two months now do aqua therapy Jeanette is a very good therapist when I first got there I could just barely walk and now I'm walking a lot walking around doing exercises feeling pain I have not felt in my left leg because of neuropathy since the year 2014 the whole crew at 360 cactus office is excellent there friendly I would recommend them to anybody that needs help in therapy they are the best I've been to they are the kindest and they are there to help you out everywhere you can think of I personally like to thank the whole crew at 360 therapy at cactus avenue you are the best thank you again

Fantastic experience: The staff here is fabulous from the the time you sign in at the front office during your physical therapy session and even as you leave the building. I came to them weak and unsteady but by the time I was done with my allotted sessions I was stronger and way more stable. The therapist took time before each session to access my complaints to keep me on track with getting stronger. I really recommend this clinic to anyone that has a physical therapy need.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my pool therapy with Robin at the Glendale facility. I see her twice a week. Robin is: - a fantastic therapist. - constantly monitoring my oxygen level while I am exercising (I am on oxygen 24-hours a day) and breathing (inhaling and exhaling),. - always interested how I am feeling physically and in any pain. - watching to insure I am doing my exercises properly and at the right pace (I have a tendency to rush myself). - always on time and utilizes the full hour. - reassuring which makes me trust her when I'm in doubt of performing an exercise. I would whole-heartedly recommend Robin as a therapist. The Glendale facility is very clean. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This is the best experience that I have ever had with physical therapy. Since all the therapists are PhD's they can evaluate my progress at each appointment. Then my therapist adapts my treatment based on the my current evaluation. And she guides me as I go along. And the aquatic therapy has been an essential part of my treatment. It has allowed me to stretch and strengthen beyond what I can do on "land."

Fantastic experience: I had to have surgery on both of my feet 4 weeks apart, so my feet were not functioning properly as they healed. I am a long distance runner, so complete recovery is important to me. Caleb is taking me from about 12 weeks post-op to my first 15K in December. My total recovery seems to be as important to him and the rest of the staff as it is to me.
