Fantastic experience: The professionals at this location definitely made me feel like my recovery was a priority, with a diverse range of personalized exercises and therapy at every single session. I had multiple areas with low mobility after an auto accident and I believe the program they set me up with gave me the tools to make a full recovery. Everyone is friendly, supportive, accommodating, and personable - so I never felt rushed or compelled to leave. Mark, Diego, and Josh earned all 5 stars without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Athletica for frozen shoulder. They called me to schedule the day they received my referral and were able to get me in right away. They explained their intake process clearly as they e-mail/text the link to fill out all the paperwork. They got me back on time and completed a thorough exam. Joshua and Sierra worked together and created a treatment plan of exercises to help me get back to my normal function. After showing me how to complete the exercises they gave me a packet with what I need to do at home. They even sent me a link to their app with videos of how to perform the movements! The facility is immaculate and the machines look new. I look forward to the rest of my experience with them!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 3 months following a total knee replacement. While PT isn't physically fun...I always end up enjoying my time. Fantastic experience: I came into Athletico Physical Therapy from a radio ad because I didn’t want to go through my doctor’s office. My right shoulder was essential not working like it was when I was 20. I was reluctant to do therapy again since I had done therapy for my left shoulder repeatedly and was only given a small list of exercised to do, only to get me limited mobility and range of motion and then kicked loose. So, I met with Josh Youngberg who was the clinic director. I thought great this guy looks like he is right out of school. I have to say I was impressed with Josh and his knowledge of therapy techniques in order to get my shoulder working again. It was a very long road, 20 months of going in every week and doing all the exercises he sent me to do at home. It wasn’t an easy road I had a lot of muscle cramps and other set back while going through therapy. The constant needling (therapeutic needles) and cupping that was done as part of my rehabilitation made a world of difference. The only thing I didn’t get was electric shock therapy. I feel a little jealous of the clients that did. (ha ha) Every week the exercises were a little different and even though I thought, “I don’t know what this is supposed to do,” but he knows what he is doing, I think. Somehow, it all added up and worked out to get me for the most part pain free and range of motion back to when I was 30 years old. Even my left shoulder is better today then it has been in more then 20 years. I have to say if it wasn’t for Josh and his crew (Julz, Jasmin, Bonnie, Marc, Brian, Marisa, Casandra and Tiffany) I wouldn’t be where I am as today. I thank you all for everything you did. It was such a positive atmosphere every time I went in, it really made me want to show up each week. I am truly grateful for all your help and I am going to miss the games we played, like “name this song” and “you get one less exercise.” I think it was just a rouse to get you to think he was giving people a break from the torture. I am going to miss you all and hope I never have to see you again in a good way. I am doing backflips.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Athletico and Josh Y. by the surgical team who performed my left hip replacement. Josh and the entire team are extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the therapy I desperately need. I am an OIF/OEF veteran and while I am grateful to have it, the Department of Veterans Affairs does not make it easy to receive care outside of their facilities. Bonnie went to great lengths for me by personally calling them to ensure they authorized my treatment, and the next day I began the first of around 15 highly productive sessions with more to come. I will be continuing therapy with Josh and the rest of the team because I believe their methods of treatment have not just shortened my recovery time, but have significantly improved my quality of life. Since I began treatment I have moved from needing a walker to walk, to now being able to only use a cane. I am confident that as my treatment with Josh and his team progresses, I will be able to walk without one of those as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending physical therapy At Athletico in Glendale for 3 1/2 months. Josh is an amazing physical therapy doctor that cares for the well-being of his patients. Since I started therapy with Josh, I am stronger and feel steadier on my feet. Josh has a staff that is accommodating, friendly and eager to help. Some of his assistance, like Casandra Musil, demonstrate the exercises that we need to do. She is kind and caring in her interactions with us. I am thankful that Josh is my PT doctor. I would recommend Josh to anyone that is in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Thankful for this clinic, I sprained my ankle and Brayan Berumen was able to get me in the next day on a Saturday, to walk me through the injury and show me exercises and stretches. My ankle since then has felt better and I’ve been to return to play soccer. Highly recommend this place!

Josh is patient, empathetic and always has differing treatment and exercises to produce results. His receptionist, Bonnie, is very kind and highly knowlegable about insurance. Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement surgery and the recovery process has been very challenging. At another location I felt like I was failing and getting no where in the recovery. It was until I switched to the bell location that I realized how far behind I was in my recovery. The staff here is very professional and give personal attention throughout the session. BRAYAN AND MARISSA ARE THE BEST!! I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: Josh treated me for Neural tension in my lower back. That was causing muscle spasms in my leg, and a feeling of nerve shocks when I would stretch my legs. Super knowledgeable group and super friendly. Had me out in a few short weeks. I would absolutely choose them again if the need arises.

The relief of pain by acupuncture, cupping, and Kinesiology Tape incorporated with focused stretching and excersizes individualized for each person depending on their injury really helps and I really feel that’s what has been done for me here. Everyone is very nice and it’s a fun place with no office drama. Very accepting and always end up leaving having a good laugh. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I recently broke my humerus bone with multiple fractures my doctor recommended PT. Glad he recommeneded Athletico halfway through my sessions and have already seen a huge improvement in mobility. Josh is a great PT he explains every exercise and the value and also ncourages you to work hard to ensure you are back to or close to 100%. Josh cares about his patients and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the session goes by quickly. I know I had a good workout based on the results. I also received a customized exercise plan for home with videos it couldn't be any easier! I would highly recommend this facility and Josh. Thanks Josh for making it a pleasant experience!!

Fantastic experience: Going to Atheltico for my Physical Therapy was a great experience. The people are friendly and professional. I went here for my Spinal surgery. I mostly worked with Josh and Ray at the location and they both were a big help and knowledgeable in getting me back to strength. Definitely would recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: Going to Athletico Physical Therapy was an amazing experience. They are some of the most friendly people and try to make your experience not awkward or too difficult. I worked with Josh and Ray, they made my physical therapy fun and it made me want to do my stretch at home, which they told me I should do. Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility, very clean. Staff was diligent in making sure all equipment was sanitized in between each use to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. I worked with Mike and Josh who were both knowledgeable and patient. Mike was great about adjusting my exercises to fit my personal abilities. I was quick to see results as far as my pain level and range of motion. Staff made each appointment very comfortable and welcoming.
