Fantastic experience: I started going to Arizona multisport after an elbow injury. Tammy really took the time to assess my elbow and gave me stretches that helped me meet my goals. I am so glad I came here for my physical therapy! Tammy is awesome! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with a degenerative condition in my neck some time ago and was told it would never get better. Because of this degenerative condition, I was living with constant pain, loss of mobility in my neck, and unable to sleep well at night. My medical doctor prescribed mild pain killers to "take the edge off." I'd lived with neck pain for several years. That is until a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Tami Ordas at AZ Multi Sports Physical Therapy in Glendale AZ. WHAT A LIFE CHANGER!! Tami is the most gifted and wonderful physical therapist I had ever encountered. I could tell by what she said and what she did, that she genuinely cared me and what I was going through. For several weeks she worked with me, showing me stretches and exercises I could do to minimize my discomfort and by massaging the areas that were the true source of my pain. After several weeks of therepy,, my pain is gone! I have mobility back in my neck and thankfully I am able to sleep at night with zero discomfort. Because of Tami and her amazing staff, I have my life back! I'm able to the things I enjoy like golfing and hunting! I can never repay her for giving me my life back, but I'm truly grateful for her and what she's done for me!

Fantastic experience: Tami is a very hands on therapist. You get personalized therapy in a warm friendly environment. Excellent therapy for whatever body part that needs to regain strength and mobility!!!

Fantastic experience: My knee was injured on Jan. 18 and didn't have surgery until May 18.. Inbetween that time I had therapy at Arizona Multisport Physical Therapy and if wasn't for the staff there I would of been through a rougher recovery after my surgery. I highly recommend going there for your recovery needs. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I started at this facility in the middle of therapy due to a move from Texas to AZ so I have a direct comparison between the two facilities. The PT in Texas was good, I suppose, but just handed out photocopies of a PT manual page that described the exercise. Very impersonal. That was my first PT ever, so I thought that was 'normal'. When I started at AZmultsports, it was nothing at all like the Texas outfit. All of the employees are very 'hands-on' and explain each exercise, how to do it properly (it is difficult to 'see' your own form) and explain how it helps my particular need. I feel like Tami and all of her staff really take a personal interest and make sure the therapy is working for me. Personalized service instead of 'cookie-cutter'. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, compassionate, friendly environment. Therapist has a doctorate and it shows in her knowledge and level of care. I have complex medical issues and the therapist is awesome to work with!!!!

Fantastic experience: i was involved in a car accident 3 months ago and started treatment with tami just a few weeks ago. my experience has been exceptional so far! i was nervous about starting physical therapy but tami and her staff have made the process easy. tami has a very kind and welcoming energy, she is very knowledgable, and is always super patient and attentative to any questions or physical issues i may be having. seeing her has already made a difference in how i feel and even though i still have more progress to make, i feel confident that she will get me back to whole. i cannot praise or recommend her and her staff enough!!

Fantastic experience: I was injured in a car accident in January. Was sent to AMPT by pain management. I can't say enough about the skill, and care I was given at Arizona Multisports Physical Therapy. Tami is amazing. And went above and beyond to care for me. She was caring, understanding, and extremely patient with me during my therapy sessions. And Tuesday just 14 days shy of 5 mos following my accident. I feel fantastic. I truly did not expect to ever feel this good again. I thought the pain would never go away. I am today 100% better thanks to Tami and Marco! Marco is just a dream! He keeps you motivated, and pushes you in such a loving gentle way. That you want to show him, you can do it! Tami, Marco, thank you! From the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Working with Tami over the last 5 months pre and post op has been amazing. She has been very hands on with my care making sure that I am doing exercises properly, with correct form and using the correct muscles. She has been very encouraging when I get frustrated that I haven't made the progress I thought I should have. I have seen a great amount of progress and strength return to my knee and leg in general. Although no one loves going to PT, Tami and her team make it fun, enjoyable, and lighthearted. I would recommend Arizona Multisports Physical Therapy to any of my friends or family.

Negative experience: This place is horrible, unprofessional, a joke. The only therapist doesn’t do her notes, insurance fraud, unfit for the pt professtion. The director is a hypocrite. The acupuncturist doesn’t practice safety she doesn’t wear gloves or wash her hands. Health department needs to pay a visit to this location

Fantastic experience: They are great! I was in a car accident and they have been helping me to regain my mobility. It's a long and on-going process but they have been extremely helpful with stretching and strengthening me. They have also been educating me on what is happening inside my body and teaching me to aid in my recovery while at home.
