My cognitive skills have developed from being unfocuses, and forgetful to being able to think clearly again. I recently experienced my Mental capabilities improving as my physical training was the focus. Empower Physical Therapy has brought my life closer to where it use be .

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really amazing and took care of me well. I got in a car accident and had lower back and neck pain. Heidi and her crew took care me so well. Today was my last day and was kinda sad cause I loved the environment and the people there. Of course, I was happy to be back to normal but I did enjoy going there. I wish I was a physical therapist and to join their crew. Thank you for helping me. I have an active lifestyle and was emotionally and physically bad after my car accident. You got me back to normal so fast and I am now ready to get back into it. I definitely recommend this place. Fantastic experience: All the staff at this facility was friendly, professional, and worked to achieve my goal of making my neck pain-free. This was achieved in about five weeks. At the end of the five weeks I was able to sleep with no neck pain and turn my head with no more stiffness or neck pain. I feel that the staff took a personal interest in me as a person. I would recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was awesome! She is super personable and I felt comfortable around her right away. She showed me exercises to help alleviate my symptoms and made them very easy to understand. She emailed them as well as giving me a printout. They have early hours which was nice so I didn’t have to miss a lot of work. The traction helped out with my pain levels and she seemed very knowledgeable in her work so I definitely felt confident in the treatment. If you’re in need of PT, come to this location. Also, they’re by a Starbucks so you can reward yourself afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough great things about this place. I was referred here for a workman’s comp thing after living with back pain for over a month. After just a few sessions I was sleeping thru the night, tying my own shoes, and using stairs again. These seem like small accomplishments until you haven’t been able to do them because of constant pain. I worked with Heidi, Jennifer, and Rachel and I can’t imagine there’s a better experience out there. I tried the pills and the stretching that my doctor recommended but nothing helped as much as just a couple of sessions here.

She always seeks to find the actual root of the issue and doesn’t just treat the symptoms. She spends extra time researching injuries when needed to determine the best diagnosis. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Empower Physical Therapy. I went in for shoulder pain. After a going threw their stretching and exercises the pain in my shoulder subsided. I highly recommend dry needling also. I believe Jennifer is the only one that does it. But I had some tightness in my shoulder and with dry needling and a day of rest, the soreness went away like Magic! Thank you to Jennifer, Racheal and the staff.

Fantastic experience: Dustin is polite, attentive, and professional. Heidi helped strengthen my weak quad and hamstring. I am able to hike now and walk 3 miles. She is competent, professional, and a great physical therapist. Amy, the receptionist, is kind and has a wonderful sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: I visited this medical office for the first time today. The receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. I was a bit nervous due to my foot injury, the surgery I had and how stiff my foot was. Heidi was the PT I saw she was very reassuring that I would be back to doing my normal activities in a short amount of time with some work on the foot. She answered questions I had and was gentle with the PT I received. The gentleman assistant was also kind and helpful when assisting me with some of the exercises for my foot. The office is clean and the atmosphere is family orientated. I would definitely recommend this place for your Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Heidi and Dustin have been very helpful in educating me on my injury and the recovery process. I've been very fearful of hurting my foot/ankle even more since it hasn't been officially diagnosed. So I have been sedentary and on a pair of crutches. Since I started pt 2 days ago, I've dropped a crutch and been walking on both feet confidently while continuing to heal! Amy at the front desk always answers the phone right away and verified my insurance right away! Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple different physical therapist and I have to say that the team at Empower truly care and take time to teach u how to help yourself.. Not to mention the environment is very relaxing... Good vibes when u walk in.... And THE BEST PART is when they work on u... These girls really know their stuff!!!!.. I was in bad shape when I first started and today (7 visits in), I am starting to FEEL so much better and move around alot easier!!!!.. Like Jennifer reminded from day one, "ITS A LIFE STYLE".
