Negative experience: One star for the dental clinic. After we signed an agreement for the cost and I paid 104 dollars the university changed our deal. My student and a doctor told me they were going to provide lower implants and denture and build a new denture for the top. We agreed. I returned for more xrays and the machine was broke. So I was taken for analysis of my dentures that was going to cost additional money. We went from 149.00 to 279.00 to 149.00 then back again to 279.00 ow after o paid 104.00 they surprise me with additional 130.00. But! The sample.machine is broke also. Tha k goodness both machines were broke. Because now instead of me volunteering my old dentures to use, I find out, now, they are required. I bailed out of this train wreck after only losing 104.00 to find I am not compatible with MWU. The handbook given to.me is not accurate about written agreements or communication. I had hoped to increase my quality of life.

Negative experience: I was so happy with my initial consult with Dr Marisa Jacobs! So easy and refreshing! However, upon my first visit with the need for prescriptions, Dr Jacobs failed to send them properly. I called, and called, and CALLED the clinic trying to reach someone. Nearly impossible. I left voicemails with no response. I sent messages in the portal with no response. I finally harassed them enough over the phone to ACTUALLY help me. Dr Jacobs was aware that I would be temporarily relocating to CA for 3 months. She *so definitely* assured me that I could have my controlled substance rx transferred across state lines. When I needed my refill, I had to spend another hour on the phone trying to reach someone. This is when I finally learned, Dr Jacobs lied to me. I cannot have my rx transferred across state lines. I kindly informed her of this so she knew, assuming she made an honest mistake, to which she responded that she was aware this. She apologized “IF” she gave me the wrong information. I absolutely do not recommend dr Jacobs or this office for any reason. Don’t let them fool you.

Negative experience: Great doctor's never had an issue with nurses. The front desk personnel on the other hand lack customer service skills, their tonality is snobby and rude. Every time I've been there it's an issue with that front crew. They need better leadership and more accountability for their actions. Smiling more and saying thank you doesn't hurt to tell to people. Seriously considering changing clinics at this point.

Negative experience: Excellent doctors and staff. However, the new automated phone service is terrible. I have been a patient here for over twenty years. I tried three times today, during normal business hours, to speak to someone in my doctor's office. Each time the automated system put me on hold in the queue with an assigned position number. Each time after about 10 minutes I was told I was next up to speak with someone, and then each time a recording came on that said we are currently helping other patients and leave a message!!! I was never able to get through and speak to a live person!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Midwestern for years and I have always had the most amazing experience. I even have my 6 year old go there for check-ups. They are quick to get you in for emergencies as well. I am so glad I found a medical facility that truly cares about treating their patients.

Negative experience: Doctor and nurse were amazing. Took a lot of time getting to know me and answering questions. Front office procedures need to be improved. I showed up for my appointment, just to find out it was cancelled. She said she called and left voicemails personally. I never received a message. What's worse: I had to reschedule my appointment for three weeks later. As an established patient, I wouldn't expect to wait three weeks to get help when I'm sick and to be lied to by the staff.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is absolutely excellent. I have received top notch care here for years, as have my family members. They are able to offer financial flexibility and a wide range of services (dental, medical, foot specialists, optometry, etc.) I have received excellent treatment in comparison to other doctor’s offices and clinics. Highly recommend the staff and students in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Wow! 7 years ago, I wrote this review. Everything I said STILL HOLDS TRUE! Although Dr Heller has left for his own practice, my new primary care and osteopath doctor is Dr Martin. I love her! She is kind and sympathetic and does an amazing job with gentle manipulation on my back. I cannot believe the difference from when I go in and when she is done! Read below for my first review. I mean every word of it! The Osteopathic Medicine Clinic gave me back my life! After 6 months of excruciating back pain (and no other options other than surgery), I found Midwestern University. After every visit, I feel like dancing. Dr Heller is nothing short of a miracle, the ladies in the clinic are charming, scheduling is easy and check in time is short! When there was an issue with my insurance, they stuck with it until it was solved. I am so impressed that I've changed my primary care to their Family Medicine Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I went to Midwestern University as I have been having an issue with my chronic ingrown toenail and also my right ankle and Dr. Kroleski and the medical student were amazing. They had excellent bedside manners and were there with me as my support throughout the process, explained it all to me and I already feel better walking out of there. Very pleased and happy!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Dr. Donald Curtis and his staff. I have seen Dr. Curtis for several years and he and his staff have taken very good care regarding my foot problem. I recommend him to any of my friends that need a great foot doctor. Thank you so much for such great care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mifflin is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is compassionate end empathetic and is one of the best docs I have had to treat fibromyalgia and chronic pain for over 10 years now. Dr Curtis is a very nice, very good foot doctor and surgeon. The staff is kind and friendly and have been very supportive.

Negative experience: Miscoded wellness exam testing, which places costs on me, rather than being covered by insurance. Over the past 2 months, I have left 7 voice mail and spoke to the wrong department once, just to speak to a live person, to get erroneous code resolved. I have not received one single return call. Health Ins company says, code has to be corrected by health care provider to resolve. Now the service provider has sent a "nice" letter seeking payment. I guess I will have to pay the bill, when it's not my responsibility to protect my credit rating. Customer service/follow up - 0.

Negative experience: Tried to make an appointment, first one scheduled in a week from when I first called, they call back saying I have to reschedule cause the doctor won't be in. Second one scheduled for about almost a month after. I was suppose to go in tomorrow but they call me and tell me the doctor won't be in and id have to reschedule. Didnt even get to have an appointment. Thanks for wasting my time.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible, rude staff, they don’t do what they advertise they can, they charge more then most, worst part of all of it the staff will talk about the patients and joke about them within ear shot of the patient. If you want to be judged, torn down and made to feel horrible about yourself, pay a insane amount of money, and not get the treatment/medical assistance your needing then this is the place to go, otherwise I wouldn’t go anywhere near them.

Negative experience: Been seeing doctors here for over a year. We have been able to do nothing through what they offer. They do not practice medicine. Do not waste your time or money. They are more concerned about teaching students than helping patients. Therefore the students that learn here will not learn to help anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Gregory heller for several years now and I can not speak more highly of him and his staff now since this is part of the midwestern University this is a teaching practice so from time to time you will be asked if a student can observe your visit with the doctor which all the doctors here a fully credited and experienced doctors some even teach at the University also if your doctor ever needs labs done there is a Sonoran quest satellite location on site to do blood draws and they are very good I have never had a painful experience with the staff they get it first stick every time now also this is a multi- specialty clinic so they offer a multitude of services including mental health, orthopedic health, dental care and much more. The waiting area is very comfortable there is always plenty of parking available as well.

Fantastic experience: The OMM clinic is the only reason I will drive an hr to get here. Dr. Gailius and his colleagues are so good at what they do. Dr. G saved me in my past pregnancy when I could barely walk. I think the drs here have excellent bedside manners and listen to what I have to say. I’m sad for the few people who haven’t had a good experience. Worth the drive and worth my time. If you are hurting go see the OMM clinic.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Befor the first visit i confirmed that they accepted my insurance. They confused my insurance with one they do not accept . 3 visits later i was informed i was out of network. Each treatment caused me intense pain (nothing was offered to assist with pain). I was unable to participate in famly functions or go to work. Unexpectedly Missing 2/3 day of work after each treatment , caused financial hardship. They have been unwilling to accept they made a mistake and ajust my bill. Thanks for: Charging me hundreds of dollars. Causing me intense pain. Unsuccessfully treeting my issue. Missing work/lost wages. Missing trips/time with my famly/kids. And distroying my credit.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Wooden on several occasions for adjustments and he has been wonderful.He has a very gentle technique that utilizes opposing forces. The osteopaths of old were more like some of today's chiropractors who crank you around. He also suggests resources that are manageable for exercises, both in terms of acessability and utility.

Negative experience: Didn't help at all told them my story and I was in a great deal of pain,no help at all I was dealt with very unprofessionally I know it's a school but you should do what you say,I was in so much pain I was not able to have conversations and how things work there in other words it was a strange and unpleasant experience that I'll never go back to.

Negative experience: Bait and switch with their services and prices. When you try and resolve the issue , you get the run-around.. Poor quality staff and care, look elsewhere before going here.
