Fantastic experience: Just wanted to take a moment to thank the nurses and therapist for take such good care of my dear grandmother. She has expressed on several occasions how respectful the team was to her. In the instance she needed a female nurse vs. a male the team was understanding and quickly and politely accommodated. A special thank you to the receptionist LeLonnie!! She is the face of the team and she is always so sweet and attentive. Please make sure she is included in all of the team recognition opportunities. She is the first and last person every single visitor sees and she’s doing an excellent job!

Negative experience: This place should be negative stars. From a hospital, my doctors wanted me in an acute rehab facility. Somehow I wound up here, in this hellish place of horrific care. I arrived late in the afternoon and the day nurse wanted nothing to do with me, he was ‘busy charting so the night nurses would help me’ Then for over 3 hours no one answered my call button, I needed to use the bathroom, I needed medication, and I was completely ignored and trapped in my bed in a room that was like an office. The entire floor looked like an office building with the offices along the edges converted to hospital rooms. (If it had been good care I wouldn’t have cared what it looked like, but the way it looked adds to the fact that this is just not a proper medical facility) The call button turned a light on outside the room door. Nothing electronically calling a nurse. Once the night nurse arrived I was way past due on meds, two nurses had to help me to the bathroom, then one nurse had to find a walker to help get me to the toilet. One night nurse gave me her cell phone number to text her when I needed her as she would not be able to see the light outside my door. Also I had missed dinner since the day nurse ignored me. One kind nurse had his wife bring food for me at 11pm. These 2 kind night nurses were not the normal care, they were a kind anomaly among a hellish experience. I considered at several points of calling an Uber to get me out of this place. I heard other patients calling for help. I overheard a nurse the next day say to someone about a different patient “close that door as I don’t want to hear her coughing and moaning all night” my medication was constantly past due. I spent the first full day doing what I could calling who I could, speaking to who I could to get out of this place. (I was only going to receive 1 PT session a day, it was supposed to be a place with multiple sessions) I had one employee who I will not name, say to me that this was not an acute rehab place and I needed to get myself transferred, that the care in the place was not good. There are way too many awful details to put in this one review, I am thankful for the small minority of kind people, who helped me. This place should not be in business and I am horrified for the people left there in their care. Thankfully with calls back to the original hospital that sent me there, and my constantly advocating for myself to be transferred or I would leave, I was finally transferred to the amazing rehabilitation hospital called Reunion. It was like leaving hell and going to heaven. If you think I am exaggerating, try staying there for 48 hours. I wouldn’t let them care for my pet, please don’t send a family member here.

Negative experience: This was a horrible experience for me and my mom. They took between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get her meds for pain and nausea. She was in her room for hours without seeing anyone. She called me to have me call the nurse’s station to get help. The worse of all was they were taking her out for an appointment with no oxygen when she is ordered to be on oxygen 24 hours a day! I ended up taking my mom home.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone! Please beware don’t put your loved one here.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this out on behalf of my father to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care he received during his recent stay at The Center of Arrowhead. Although his transfer was initially advised to be for a short period, we are grateful for the extended 30-day period that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. As a dedicated family member visiting him regularly, I was always impressed by the cleanliness and warm atmosphere of the facility. Being able to ask questions on my father's behalf and ensuring that his needs were met gave me peace of mind. I appreciate that he had the freedom to move around and explore the property, which made his stay more comfortable and enjoyable. While my father spoke highly of the quality of food provided, he did mention the limited snack options available on-site. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the overall positive experience he had at the facility. I would not hesitate to recommend your skilled nursing facility to anyone in need of such care, and my father himself has expressed his preference to return in the future if necessary. Thank you once again for all the professionalism, compassion, and dedication to providing excellent care to your residents.

Negative experience: The staff here weren’t very helpful, the food is bad, and they expose patients to illnesses. My grand mother was here for a month and was always complaining about the lack of service/terrible food. To top it all off my Grandmother contracted pneumonia two days before she was scheduled to come home. She died two days later after being transferred to Abrazo Hospital (one of the worst hospitals in the state). I understand they were unlikely to be the direct cause, but due to the poor service and lack of care when being around their patients I can’t recommend this place to anyone, no matter how bad your situation.

Fantastic experience: Staff has been caring and pleasant, the PT ,speech therapy and occupational therapy has been wonderful. Super thanks to the nurses & doctor care they are a blessing, . My mom was in a very bad place when she first arrived and with help from PT OT and Speech therapy she has made a complete turn around for the good. I am very optimistic that she will make a complete recovery. I want to acknowledge David V, Mark PT, Anna OT, Sue speech therapy and all of the others that is a big part of her care team. The facility is clean, the food is good, and they have daily activities for the residents. This place is amazing

Fantastic experience: My husband, Robin, stayed at The Center at Arrowhead from Jan 16 thru February 10, 2024. We were very pleased w/the care he received from the nursing staff, the doctor, the P/T staff and the administrators at The Center. The meals he received were very good and nutritious. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that Robin was comfortable and answered our questions so that we understood what needed to be done for Robin to get better and to be released to come home. Thanks so much for all ur help w/Robin’s recovery.

Positive experience: I came to this facility for the first time and after a month I will be returning home in a few days having accomplished my goals. The staff have been friendly and professional. Any minor problems were quickly solved. A patient liaison came by daily to ask if I needed any additional help which was very helpful and comforting. I would recommend this Rehab.

Fantastic experience: My stay at the Center of Arrowhead Skilled Nursing after hip surgery has been a wonderful experience. Staff has been caring and pleasant, nursing & doctor care has been excellent, the PT and occupational therapy has been wonderful, the food is great!!! If I should ever need these services again, which I hope not, but if needed this would be my care center for rehabilitation.. My greatest thanks to everyone who made my stay wonderful and shorter!!!! Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the whole physical therapy department. Valarie went out of her way to help me with a major clothing problem that was caused by another facility. Physical therapy went very well. Lilias and Mark were also very helpful. I had very good workouts. And was able to do what I needed.

Negative experience: Do not take loved ones here they abuse them and leave bruises all over, they never watch patients with dementia and bed ridden, they let my 74year old grandma fall did not tske her to hospital, report it, nor did they let us know they sent her home and my mom noticed she was swollen and brused the home nurse took a look and it was indeed broken, we had to take her to hospital and 3weeks later she passed away. They all need the state board to take their license away.

Negative experience: My mother 72 yr old mother in law broke 2 bones in her leg and stayed at Center of Arrowhead. We chose this place because one of the services was a therapist would do a home evaluation before she was discharged to make sure she was ready to come home and the home was safe for her to come back to and make any changes to the home if needed. They ended up discharging her only after 2 weeks (too soon, she can make it to the bathroom and that's it) and without giving us a home evaluation. They claimed they didn't know anything about. Either this is not something they truly offer or the just didn't feel like doing it. They also promise a new wheelchair, walker and bedside commode if she needs. Its been over a week and we just now finally got the bedside commode and still no wheelchair. Those items should have been provided before discharge. This is ridiculous! Lastly, it was very hard/useless to get someone to open the doors after 6pm for visiting hours. Several times I just gave up and went home bc I was sick of waiting for someone to answer. Hopefully we will never have to use another rehabilitation facility but if we do, it won't be Center of Arrowhead.

Fantastic experience: Overall a positive, pleasant and professional experience. The staff always payed attention to my needs. Food was good, facilities modern/clean, Nursing staff informative, adequate exercise equipment, and fun recreational activities made the experience great. Oh, there was an "angel" that came by by my room to make sure everything was going well and the doctor always came to visit to keep me informed of progress in a positive way. Positive experience: I resided at The Center At Arrowhead for 39 days following emergency surgery and then an unexpected 2nd surgery. Throughout my stay I was comforted and encouraged towards healing and recovery by the overall staff. First and foremost, I must commend 3 nurses in particular: Kathy Diaz, Nicole Swanson and Mary D. were extraordinary in their attentive, highly professional care, always with a sunny disposition. Quite frankly, I don't know how they do it with the endless demands they face! The support staff headed up by David Vela was exceptional from Nicole at the Front Desk to all-purpose Julie. Steven Seymour oversaw my medical in good fashion. Therapy was excellent, with Amanda and Lilias pushing me ahead towards my goals. All in all, a very rewarding experience for which I'm supremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: The warmest, most caring rehab facility I have been in. Staff are concerned about patients, listening to their wants and needs. The staff adjust the work plans accordingly. Hope I never have to, but the Center at Arrowhead will almost be my choice.

Positive experience: My overall experience was both good and poor. I will explain. The highlight of the experience was the ability and circumstances to use the gym which enabled my recovery to move forward. I would give a 5/5. The food was marginal. At times it was very good other times it was lousy. The interaction with other guests was meaningful and enjoyable often times the facility seemed to be understaffed. Staff was not available to handle issues. Some employees were much better prepared to do a good job compared to others. All in all I would choose this place again for rehabilitation

Positive experience: It was a good experience. I did not like the pain medication being so far a part, David was helpful with the issue. Therapy was good. And for the most part the nursing staff was good.

Fantastic experience: The Center- what to say in so little space. Staff-from housekeeping to nursing to administration, these people are genuine in their caring and compassion and service. Food- Was a challenge since I am on a heart healthy diet. There was a true willingness to meet my needs. Facility- rooms are private and there is a large window to the outside world. Showers are ample. Therapy- both occupational and physical therapy is excellent, only wish I could have more to time. Problem- I did have one issue that was addressed immediately. Staff fully present with listening and sincere in resolving the problem.

Positive experience: If I were to ever need rehab again I'd choose this place. The therapy department is fantastic. Everyone I worked with was great. I'd like to give a special shout out to Lilias who encouraged me. Also Miranda, Amanda, Yelena were also really good to me. The nurses were pleasant as well, Lisa,Louis. Ashlyn was bubbly and cheerful, loved when she walked into the room. Unfortunately I can't remember every nurse that made an impact on my stay.

Negative experience: My Dad went here prior to a femur surgery. Well he didn't recieve rehab here but he did contract covid-19 and layed in a bed for 10 days ,no shower, no nothing, then when the covid passed they discharged him. As I came to visit, I looked in the rehab gym and it was always a ghost town in there. Not one soul exercising.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. They used up his rehab days so now his insurance won't allow any more days for recovery. Shame on this place!

Fantastic experience: I selected the Center at Arrowhead, rehabilitation hospital after my total hip replacement. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name by several staff members. I felt, and really appreciated the welcome! I was impressed with the new, bright, clean, and inviting environment. I was thrilled over staying in a private room, with a large window and roomy restroom with private shower. I had several wonderful CNAs, and nurses who did a great job. I also had great experiences with the OT and PT staff. I even participated in the craft making and activities, such as the salsa tasting contest, which helped get your mind off of managing pain and rehabilitation. Meals were also really well prepared. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and showed compassion. I would recommend Center at Arrowhead, and would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: I Lucille Drzewiecki can say I was very pleased from the first moment I was admitted to The Center Of Arrowhead. I came directly from the hospital from having Right knee replacement. I was treated with the utmost respect from my nurses and therapist for both Physical and occupational. They had compassion and patience. I also was very pleased to see how maticilious the facility was in keeping it germ free, they went over and beyond what you would expect. My case manager Lisa was quite knowledgable to make me worry free of any insurance matters. All in a nutshell, I left with confidence and feeling I was on the road to a complete recovery. Fantastic experience: I spent a little over a month at the Center. While they were brand new at that time (November/December 2015), they took excellent care of me. When I arrived, I could not walk at all and sported a wound vac on my belly that had to have the dressing changed every 3 days. Tori took excellent care of both me and my wound vac. When I explained to the physical therapists that I wanted to go home in a month, rather than laugh at me, they did their very best to support me and worked hard to help me achieve my goal. I missed my goal by only a week. The nurses, patient care attendants and physical therapists were all top notch, professional, cheerful, promptly answered my call button and made my stay there as easy as possible for being in rehab. All of my "issues" were carefully monitored and reviewed with me. All my Doctor appointments were fully arranged. I had been in the hospital on an off for several months (since July) and had 2 operations and when I arrived, I had been bedbound and on ice chips for approx 3 months - the Center also helped me to start being able to tolerate food again - not really fun, but truly necessary - the kitchen went out of their way to try to accommodate my very finicky stomach. I truly have only wonderful things to say about the Center, their facility, programs and very caring staff. I even went back several weeks ago, just to say Hi.

Fantastic experience: I spent two weeks here in Feb. 2016 recovering from a revision knee replacement. I received excellent care and made great progress in recovering thanks to the intense P.E. and O.T. I received every day. My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff is tops!

Negative experience: My mother has been in this facility for a month. I have tried calling the social worker for weeks, I have left several messages and not one was ever returned. My mom was a fall risk and when we pushed the call button, it would take 30-45 minutes for staff to show up. My mom often felt forgotten since her meds were late at least 2-3 times per week. At times into the early morning hours. Her legs were swollen and staff forgot to wrap her legs several times. Her doctor ordered tests on her legs and 3 days later they still had not done the tests. The list goes on and on about this place. I tried to call the Director LeRoy but good luck. His messages are full so you can’t leave a message and he still hasn’t responded to my email. I will be reporting this facility to the state board.

Negative experience: I had to give one star or I couldn’t post my review. They don’t deserve a star. My sister Mary was there for over 1 month. During that time her bed sheets were changed 1 time. The food was terrible and she rarely got everything she ordered. The excuse was they ran out of food. How does that happen on this environment? Her meds were given to her at ungodly hours; 12;00Am, 1:AM Kevin was the only one who gave them to her at the right times. Her leg was bleeding and she asked for a bandage. The nurse would not give her one! Terrible place. Don’t know how they remain open. Complaints were given but never addressed.

Negative experience: Can't seem to get even one phone call returned from this place. Terrible follow up!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend The Center at Arrowhead. My loved one highly enjoyed her time there. The receptionist is very lovely. The building is very clean and inviting. The nurses are very attentive and friendly. I personally have not tried the food but I hear it is great and they even accommodated dietary restrictions. The therapy team has a fun and upbeat attitude. I would definitely send another loved one here again!

Negative experience: I wouldn't send my worst enemy there for care. Absolutely terrible place for care. Drop someone I know few times. CMA's on their personal phones instead of taking care of rhe patients. Telling patients it is not there time for a shower or chatnhe htere bed sheets.

Fantastic experience: My mom who is a memory care patient, has been at The Center at Arrowhead for over a month. She was admitted for rehabilitation after hip surgery. The staff multiple times has gone out of their way to accommodate our needs. The receptionists Faith and Nicole went up and beyond to help me with submitting paperwork I needed to submit for care for my mom for a different facility. Jason the head administrator didn’t hesitate to step in and work with his staff to accomplish the submission of my mom’s application. The nurses that cared for my mom were patient, kind, loving and understanding of my moms needs. Edgar with his soft kind voice made my mom feel safe and comfortable. Kevin and David with their amazing sense of humor and professionalism always put a smile on my moms face. Alysa, Elizabeth, Mary, Irma and Tonya, helped my mom with their knowledge of nursing and gave suggestions for helping my mom with her pain management, trouble sleeping, anxiousness and digestive issues. A big SHOUT OUT to the CNA’s Jeremy, Anita, Loretta, Rowena and Andre who did a fantastic job caring for my mom. CNA's from personal experience are the backbone who take personal care of all their patients. They help the nurses so they can perform their job better and in a more timely manner. A special thank you to Delfi the Case Manager who work so hard to help my mom find the proper care and placement for her needs. Thank you Josh (who is in the maintenance department) for keeping my moms wishes for a warmer room. Thank you Diane for keeping my moms room clean and well stocked with all her personal care items. Thank you to the kitchen staff for all the meals you prepared for my mom and I. The food we were served was very satisfying and tasty. Last but not least a HUGE , HUGE, thank you to Pati and Jon my moms Physical Therapist’s. Your patience, kindness, knowledge, perseverance and understanding were beyond my expectations. Thank you for never loosing faith in my mom and always doing what was best for her rehabilitation.

Negative experience: Beware!!!! Believe me. A medical professional. All the negative reviews listed here are absolutely correct. Never ever leave a family member at this facility. You will regret it rest of your life.

Negative experience: April to June 2022 my father was resident... the whole experience was very nice... so much so that in October after surgery we chose to return to facility until discharge to home at end of November.... this experience has been hellish... *no communication from staff to family, *extreme delay in response to call light, *food disgusting and cold, *promised plan of care not excuted, *very palpable lack of empathy from administration when complaints have been lodged, needless to say I can no longer reccomend this facility not will I ever readmit my father here again

Fantastic experience: Staff is kind, helpful and the energy is always positive. The physical therapy team is wonderful and very skilled. Patients have the opportunity to do weekly activities such as bingo, movie night, donuts & coffee, etc. There are also multiple activity rooms filled with games, a computer, puzzles, etc. which is great for socialization! Good food, Clean private rooms with bathrooms, and a great view of the city. The whole building is very clean and looks almost brand new. I would most definitely bring my family here if the time ever came!

Negative experience: I had a loved one here on respite care. During his last few days of life he was treated as if he didn’t exist. He was not checked on, not cleaned, not fed, literally nothing and he came home with a bed sore. It’s impossible to get anyone here to answer a phone and the rare occasion that someone does they know nothing of their patient and do not return calls. This place was filled pure cold blooded people working there- except the front desk staff which is the only star I’m giving. We made complaints every day for all five days he was there with no concern or improvement. We made a huge mistake trusting them for hospice/respite care. I don’t know how this place stays open. Avoid!!!

Negative experience: This place was awful. The staff are not responsive at all to needs of patients. My husband had broken hip and went there for rehab. That consisted of walking him once a day down the hall! He kept asking for a shower, but finally got one after 5 days of requesting. Food was bearable. Never had an administrative person check in with him. We took him out probably 5 days before he should have left because he was so neglected there. My daughter had to change the bed linens. They never did that. Please don’t send your loved one to this facility!

Fantastic experience: The Center at Arrowhead does a fantastic job providing rehabilitation care. I have worked closely with the Case Management team, specifically with Sherri, who provides the most caring and qualified care to the patients and exceptional support. The new Executive Director has implemented significant changes and is a pleasure to work with as well. I visit numerous facilities in the West Valley, and The Center at Arrowhead is on the top of my list when referring the patients to a state-of-the-art facility with the highest quality of care.

Fantastic experience: I was grateful that we chose this place for my MIL. The third floor medical staff took such great care of her and kept us informed at all times when different procedures needed to be performed on her. One of the patients tested positive with Covid so we weren’t allowed to visit for two weeks but we knew she was in good hands. When she was discharged she came home stronger and we could tell that she was healthier! Thank you third floor medical staff for your professional care!

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first sending my mom here after reading some reviews., but she received great care and would definitely would recommend.

Positive experience: 2018 I was in rehab at this facility after a massive stroke which affected my left side the facility is very nice and comfortable, but all of the therapist that helped me were exceptional!

Negative experience: If zero stars were an option I would have selected such. Not only does this facility not care about their patients it is very apparent they only care about money. Their director of physical therapy gave my father zero care or physical therapy. Told my paraplegic father he would never be able to regain core strength to do daily activities; ie transfer to and from his wheel chair, get in vehicles without struggle, and will never improve. His 4 week stay would would be cut short at 14 days with minimal physical therapy during with 1 hour physical therapy session for a total of 8 sessions. Valerie Barazza said my father was essentially a lost cause. In a one week span of my father being released from this care facility he has fallen out of his wheelchair twice, one causing several facial lacerations. If you care about your loved ones please do research and send them somewhere else. The only knowledgeable staff they have is their nurses and cna’s. From desk reception will not be able to answer questions about the board, be able to let staff know when you are there for a meeting, the board that you will meet with of care of your loved ones do not care and only care about the money the facility receives.

Negative experience: My poor mother in law is in this communication dead zone of a place. Don’t let anyone be admitted here. She presses the call button repeatedly and they ignore it. I call the front desk, have gotten someone to answer 3 times in 25 phone calls. The nurses station has not answered once. The girl at the front desk is very nice and helpful, but good luck getting help w the nursing staff. I’m sure they are understaffed and overworked, but, they should at least answer the call button request. My wife is taking time off of work to be there (The Center) with her as no one else is. Ive lost two parents, and have spent time w both in care centers, this one is beyond what I have seen. DONT BRING A LOVED ONE HERE.

Negative experience: If you are reading these reviews, it is likely because you are trying to find a safe, caring environment for your loved one. This is the reason that I am writing this review. The main point of this review is to encourage you NOT to choose this facility for your loved ones. There are many, many issues with this facility, but I will provide just a couple for you to get an accurate picture of the patient experience. My mother arrived there on a Friday night following a hospital stay. On Saturday morning, she informed me that she had been pressing her help button for 30 minutes with no response. I called the front desk to ask someone to go in to help her. The receptionist took my mother's name then placed me on hold. I waited on hold for 12 minutes before being disconnected. When I called back, the receptionist said "Oh, yeah, what was your mom's name again?" By this time, she had been left without assistance for over 45 minutes. Again, I was placed on hold then transferred to a voicemail with a message that said the mailbox was full. It took me about an hour to get anyone to answer, and by then, I was already driving to the 45 minute drive to the facility to assist my mother. When I expressed my serious concerns with my mothers care and informed the facility that I was in contact with Medicare to log a complaint (which was true), my mother's care TEMPORARILY improved. By the following day, we were having the same issues. Once again, I called the facility to request care for my mother. On my first attempt, I was transferred to the on-duty manager "Jason", but got his voicemail and his voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. When I called back again, I was transferred to the case manager so I left a message. She also did not answer and never returned my call. Many times, nobody answers the main phone number. Given the many issues, our family made a decision to remove her from the facility for another option where she would be safe and properly cared for. My mother arrived at the new facility this evening and I already notice a MAJOR difference.

Fantastic experience: Brad and Cameron did an excellent job at making sure my questions where answered in a very professional and caring manner. Extremely thankful there are people like them here to help me out.

Fantastic experience: My father has visited this facility a few times now since 2018. Facility is nice and clean with a modern look. Second and third floors house the patients during their stay. First floor contains offices to left in the lobby. After signing in at the reception desk you will see the entrance to dining area and down a hallway a physical therapy room. To the right of the entrance dual elevators take you up to visit family or friends in their rooms. Nurse station on each floor will help guide you in the right direction to find the room number. Overall I recommend this facility if you need their services.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time here and I can't say enough about how great the care is! The rooms are very nice with your own bathroom. The nurses, and the majority of C.N.A.'s are very good at what they do. The food is very good and portions are sufficient. The physical and occupation therapists are knowledgeable and they have me up and doing things I didn't think I would be able to do. I would recommend this facility to everyone looking for a place to get rehabilitation and care.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND: My grandma went in post knee replacement surgery here’s a list of what went wrong: *No pain meds for 16 hours *Food was always cold & not good *Clothing stolen from her room *Not ready for discharge *Did not send pain meds to pharmacy at discharge Only good thing was good PT/OT I don’t want this to happen to anyone else’s loved ones. I’d give zero star review if I could...

Fantastic experience: My father was placed here to recover from an accident. They did an amazing job with him. He was eating again, talking again, walking again & happy! The rooms are beautiful & spacious. The staff were pretty nice. The PT and speech therapist did great with helping my dad recover. I wish I knew the name of the kind lady who did the activities. She kept them busy. They did games & activities with those who wanted to join. Thank you for caring for my father.

Negative experience: Beautiful facility but the guy who runs this place I believe his name is Glenn I’m glad I got his name he is very unprofessional you can here him yelling at his Employees I honestly feel bad for the young lady he was yelling at. Something needs to be done about this no one or an employee should be treated this way. I wish I would have spoken up but I just had to leave a review It happened couple weeks ago.

Negative experience: Was taken there after a week in hospital following spinal surgery this truely was the worst place I've ever been to they put me in a room and getting them to even assist me to the restroom was a challenge the staff has no communication between shifts and couldnt get help from bed to recliner i spent 23 and half hours staring at the wall and only once did they walk me down the hallway needless to say i checked my self out and went home

Negative experience: There is no communication in this facility. Is your loved one being discharged? Better hope someone tells you about transportation. 1 nurse per 16 patients. Waiting for a tylenol for 6 hours. 1 case manager per floor. Patients are filthy and not bathed regularly or thoroughly. Everyone has different information. No communication between staff and staff and families.

Fantastic experience: The activities department has a variety of events such as arts & crafts including food socials such as freshly popped popcorn and root beer floats.

Fantastic experience: My mother was at The Center for two weeks. All of her nurses and CNAs were very helpful and attentive. PT and OT came very often and personalized the routine to fit her needs. She also enjoyed that they offer activities and chances for her to go to the lobby and participate in the different offerings. The food was good and she enjoyed the options. Overall, it was a positive experience and she would highly recommend The Center.
