Fantastic experience: Ryan is the absolute best he actually cares for your needs and makes sure you are progressing day by day. I came with a broken humerus and couldnt even open a water bottle. Today was my last day and i have full extension and can do every activity i was able to do before. If you need a caring PT make sure you ask for Ryan, he pays attention to detail and will make sure you heal properly. Thank you foothills!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Sam for over 12 weeks for a torn labrum (hip) tear. The facilities themselves are nice, always appear clean, and the staff was always amazing. I never had any complaints or issues there, and recovery went exceedingly well! Sam was always great, kept me in high spirits, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place as they have a lot to offer in terms of recovery but I also believe there is a therapist that can suit everyone! :)

Before I went here, I had suffered through seven months of intense pain via sciatica and intense, lower back issues… The physical therapy, massages, electrical stimulation, cupping all helped to relieve a large portion of that debilitating pain. I can finally walk and even hike now… I feel they gave me my life back… I will always go here when needed!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy for a professsional and friendly environment. My sessions were required due to hip and lower back pain caused by arthritis, bursitis and probably old age. Logan Moore, Mackenzie and staff worked well together as a team. They were attentive, asked questions, listened to me and were very patient. As a result of their treatment, I am not limping and walk with no pain as long as I continue to do my assigned exercises. I appreciated their help and sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Foothills was terrific. Dr. Fugate was extremely knowledgeable and observant. He knew how to push me without punishing me. He listened to me and helped me to be prepared for the activities that are the most important to me. He brought me back. The p/t techs were always positive and encouraging. They never made me feel uncomfortable if I was unable to complete any exercise, and they were celebratory when I was successful. Even the desk staff was super friendly. I hope I never have to go back . . . but if I need physical therapy in the future, I won’t go anywhere else. Foothills was a blessing.

Fantastic experience: Just want to express how appreciative my son and I are for the fantastic physical therapy provided to my 13 year old son over the course of 4-5 months after he had surgery on both ankles. Matt, Leah, and all who worked with my son were all very professional, thorough, encouraging, and just all around nice people. The surgeries, and surgeon recommended follow-up PT both served to correct issues with my son's range of motion of his feet, his gait, stance, and all aspects of the mechanics of his walking. He now walks normally, runs, and hikes. I would highly recommend this PT facility for anyone needing professional, skilled, and caring physical therapy similar to what we experienced at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy | Stetson Village. Fantastic experience: An outstanding group of people. Friendly, professional and most of all proficient in providing the required therapy. Matt was the one with whom I worked more than anyone else and he took excellent care of me and got me n shape. Additionally Dan and Nate also participated and were equally good at their jobs. Walter and the ladies assisted and overall as a group helped me heal from the hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend this facility for any required PT

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with this place. I can't say enough good things about my therapist, Dan, who is a super nice guy that was genuinely concerned about helping me. He is an excellent therapist, doing a full assessment initially and with each visit, and developing a progressive plan to help with my knee injury. I loved that he used a variety of techniques, such as cupping, dry needling, TENS, massage, and kinesiology tape, along with identifying exercises to strengthen the areas that needed it. I am amazed at how much my pain has decreased in just a few weeks. The rest of the staff is also fantastic, working really well as a team, pitching in to help anyone who needed it. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and well trained, and work really hard. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs PT.

He was helpful and supportive and very knowledgable. He made sure I was doing my exercises right. Fantastic experience: I have been rehabilitating after back surgery to install a spinal core stimulator. My experience with Dan Maggio, as my PT lead at Foothills PT, has been excellent. Dan planned and oversaw my 6 weeks of PT and was constantly adjusting my exercise routine to further challenge me to , build up my core strength as well as my overall agility and endurance. I am very thankful for the great support I got from him and all of the PT assistants during my 1 hour workouts.

Fantastic experience: What a journey - I pulled my hamstring back in September climbing in Colorado (6 months ago) and it has been the toughest injury I have ever experienced. I have had my ankle reconstructed 3 times (in Utah) and I understand how important it is to find a good fit with who is going to help you rehab to get you back at a high level. The Hamstring does not generally require surgery. I was lucky to find this clinic that has the intensity, passion and ownership to meet my expectations. (I went to a few others and chatted with their clinical directors and so many were an absolute no go). Logan (he studied at BYU in Utah) is the director and has high expectations of his work, his people and how his clinic is run. His Tech Laura is the same. She is always focused on what how do the rehab and that it is done correctly every time. I never write reviews because I am lazy when it comes to this kind of stuff - I would rather be outside playing. These two individuals are amazing everyday and I am now on my last week of PT and heading back to Colorado for the summer. I feel that the needling and scaping really helped me turn the corner. I am so thankful that I crossed paths with this clinic and especially Logan and Laura.

Fantastic experience: Logan Moore, my physical therapist, and 2 of his assistants, Laura Madanat & Alexis Goldsmith, were responsible for my receiving excellent care on 2 separate occasions, one for a total knee replacement and later for a torn meniscus in the other knee. I have been to 2 other physical therapy centers in Phoenix in the past and Foothills/Stetson Village is by far the best. I have also had interactions with most of the other staff there, and have found them, like Logan, Laura, & Alexis, to be hard working, extremely competent, and very personable.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Foothills has been fabulous! It doesn't seem to matter who your assigned therapist is, every staff member works together to make sure each patient/customer is kept working and being attended to. They all seem to be able to see when I am finishing up one exercise, and whoever is free will come over to get me started on my next. They are definitely THE model for effective teamwork. I will certainly return if I need physical therapy in the future. Everyone has been so friendly, and It is amazing that from day 1 everyone knew my name and who I was. The staff at the front desk are right on top of appointment scheduling and, a rarity these days, can multi-task. They can get you checked in while talking to someone on the phone. You don't see many places these days that don't make you stand and wait while they talk on the phone. I love this place. Kudos to them!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I have had several knee surgeries and continue to return to this location for physical therapy. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. The techs are fantastic and so kind. They all know your name. My Physical Therapist is Logan and I completely trust him. After a major surgery, you are very vulnerable and in pain. Trust is key!

Fantastic experience: My neurosurgeon sent me to a Foothills at Stetson Valley following neck surgery. Logan Moore was my therapist, but the entire team was made knowledgeable about ACDF surgery and what recovery looked like for ME. My sessions were planned around that knowledge while keeping in mind my motivation level and personality. The staff defines what a team looks like, and to be honest after a few sessions I FELT like one of their family. They are both friendly, and encouraging. I worked closely with tech’s Laura and Paige, and am forever grateful for their upbeat attitude and helping to create fun sessions when fun was initially the last thing on my mind. Humbled and indebted....

Fantastic experience: Update: I continue to visit Foothills every couple of months for minor tune ups. And with their help I keep hitting new athletic plateaus. This weekend I was able to hike Humphrey’s Peak, 12,600 feet, 21 miles. And a lot of credit goes to the Foothills staff. Without their help building flexibility and strength I would not have made the hike. Both I and my son have received treatment at Foothills and had wonderful results. Foothills uses a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation with treatment, exercise and stretching routines. This approach helps ensure long lasting results. In addition to professional and knowledgeable physical therapists the Certified Athletic Trainers and highly trained techs did a fantastic job of ensuring that we learned our stretches and exercises properly in order to ensure the best results.

Fantastic experience: 23 years ago, at the age of 20, I broke my right hip. 6 months ago I broke my left hip. Both are replaced now. I came to foothills physical therapy for my recent surgery recovery and they have helped me with both my hips. I was used to my R hip being weak/sore and never thought it could improve, but Rob, Logan and their team have worked miracles for me! I have not been this strong in decades. Thank you for listening to me and helping me with all my pains. The employees here are funny yet professional. I received the best care in a delightful environment. Best of all they taught me how to maintain my hip strength and agility from home. I will be forever indebted to them.

Fantastic experience: Foothills therapy is professional pt place with lots of experienced knowledgeable employees. I got some pain relief for my knee on the first visit. As a person who exercises regularly , But recently had a knee injury I was anxious to get physically active again but also very timid because of the pain and injury in my knees. I had a program with just the right amount of exercise for one session as well as a cool down time with some dry needling as well as electrotherapy and cold pack. I have been to physical therapy before but I am very pleased with this location and employees, Micheal Salhi was my therapist and was knowledgeable about my injury . All of the therapists have specialized training and work in tandem. I have had great experiences with all of the employees. This place functions seamlessly as a team! Every one there is great including front office staff. They helped me work out the logistics of getting my PT orders transferred and making my insurance work for the appointment. I have used three other PT businesses around Phoenix and Scottsdale with results that are no comparison to Foothills. The employees are kind, and not lazy! True professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I am an older woman and broke 3 bones in my ankle. After surgery I went for PT 3 x per week and I owe so much to Andrew and the team of experts at Foothills Sports Therapy. They are caring and extremely knowledgeable. I went there for 3 weeks and healed very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder rotator cuff surgery (bone grafting) and my doctor suggested foot hills which was near my home . I was skeptical initially about the personalized care but then I realized this is the best place I could ever ask for . Chris was my PT and he is the best PT I have ever seen also Garett and few others who are there in this location . My doc suggested it will take 8-12 weeks for recovery but I could see improvement in first one week . These ppl are the best and I can say hands down.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time having to do any physical therapy. I dislocated my kneecap and was told I needed surgery. I went for a second opinion. I was told to try 6 weeks physical therapy. I could not be happier with my outcome and with my decision to go to Foothills sports medicine. Five stars is fully deserved by every members of the staff. Plus, the staff washes hands before every patient and the facility is kept very clean. Good luck to all going through a recovery.

Fantastic experience: Bethany Urquidez is an absolutely amazing Physical Therapist. Fixed me in 3 weeks for a condition that had existed for 3 years and was misdiagnosed by 2 different doctors, one hand specialty doctor and 3 months treatment at a different PT clinic. She has changed the way I view PT and I'm so glad I found her. She took the time and care to figure out the cause instead of just treating symptoms. If you have a physical problem you definitely need to make an appointment with her
