Negative experience: Can't even get an appointment in. Weeks of playing phone tag with them, with the promise of a return call to schedule an intake appointment for my kid. Last call with them was in early MARCH. What a joke. Heard such good things about them too.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my physical therapy sessions at Good Shepherd in Allentown and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the overallexperience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome andcomfortable. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, andgenuinely care about their patients' progress.Ihad a very bad injury with my leg during the skiing. It was broken and twistedin a few places. I had two serious operations. I am 71 years old so theprediction was that after one year I could work normally. My goal was to gohiking in Colorado after 6 months. The personalized treatment plan theydesigned for me addressed all my concerns. Each session was tailored to myneeds, with a perfect balance of challenging exercises and supportiveencouragement.Cristine and Lisa did a phenomenal job. I was able to make 2 weeksmoderate hiking in Colorado after 6 months from injury.Overall,I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of physical therapy. Fantastic experience: The absolutely best physical and occupational therapy. I've needed a lot of PT and OT over the last 17 years; so, I'm able to share a fantastic recommendation: go to the rehab on North Cedar Crest Blvd in Allentown. Totally Quality time 1:1 or at most 1:2 with the therapists. Your one -hour -plus appointment is designed just for you. It's constantly updated to challenge you to increase strength, range of motion and function. Outstanding equipment as well, which is all cleaned between patients. I've fully recovered from joint replacements, fractures and a variety of tears from overuse and severe arthritis. My son had therapy there as a child. Therapists listen, watch carefully, and are warm, professional and friendly. Don't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, professional, caring staff! The receptionists were always happy to see me, and knew which therapist I would be seeing each time. They juggled everything that came their way at a very busy front desk with calmness and grace. The physical therapists were on time, and each visit was planned and ready to go. Totally well prepared! They explained everything that we would be doing, so I had a good understanding of each event. They always had suggestions of exercises I could do safely at home. I highly recommend Good Shepherd Rehabilitation- Cedar Pointe for any Physical Rehabilitation needs.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Good Shepherd was excellent. Knee replacement is not easy and my therapist Jackie Olszewski got me up and moving in no time. She was very patient, had the answers to all of my questions, was very professional and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Good Shepherd to anyone.

Negative experience: I am doing rehab for bad legs and knees there are times when it is hard to even walk but if I wake up in bad shape and call to cancel my appointment I am charged $25. I would never recommend this place

Fantastic experience: My son was a patient there for over a year. He always received top notch services from his pediatric therapists. The staff at this location truly care about their patients and that’s hard to find these days. The only reason we left was because they were a far drive from our home and was able to get into a facility that was closer to home.

Fantastic experience: It wasn't not the first time I needed some physical therapy but it was the first time I went to Good Shepherd. I highly recommend this place, it's very clean, has all the equipment needed and the personal is very professional and friendly. I had Mitchell and Patty as my therapists, they are the best always making their best to make me feel better, very concerned of what type of pain I was having and always giving the extra mile. I totally recommend this place for your physical therapy

Positive experience: Great experience every time at the front desk. Warm water therapy was excellent, targeting tight muscles and arthritic areas on my body. I particularly liked my Therapist, Ruth McFarlen. She showed real caring and helped me work on my goals. I did not care for the position of missing 3 appointments in a row, as a reason to be eliminated from the program. When I was Iill with strep throat and was unable to go in, it was held against me. Should I have come in and make others sick? This resulted in me leaving the program and continuing at another facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this facility several times. All personnel have always been attentive, helpful, efficient, and compassionate. Christine provided amazing treatment. She listened to me and provided therapy that was helpful and well-explained. Thanks to all the employees at good Shepherd Rehabilitation Cedar Pointe.

Fantastic experience: I had a stroke earlier this year which basically took away all my range of motion, scence of touch, and ability to use any of my left side extremities (arms, hands, legs, feet etc.) I started out with hospitalized PT, then after they were able to get me to somewhat walk with a walker, I was released for home PT. By the time I went to PT at Good Shepherd Cedar Point, I was still using a Walker to move around, but my entire left side was still numb & very week. For the first month I went for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (One was upper body range of motion the other lower body) twice a week. Slowley but surely they were able to stenghten my upper and lower body to the point I left the walker and went to a cane. More work by them on me and my drive to get everything back to normal, when I finished up my Outpatient Therapy at Cedar Point, I was walking on my own, answering Fire Calls again, and living my life almost the same as I did before my stroke. All I can say more about them is if you require therapy and are morally depressed like I was, this facility will make you feel like a whole person as quickly as your body will accept the help and treatments. I cannot enough good things about their staff either. No matter how depressed I was, they always ended up making me happy before I left. Bob

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for aquatic therapy after my knee surgery. Words cannot explain the level of care I received from this place. My therapists Kristina and Greg are amazing extraordinary people you would like to work with for your recovery. The receptionist they welcome you with so much care and respect. Honestly I recommend this place if you are looking for an excellent treatment.
