On a binary level, the holistic experience provided by Janine Friedman, LMT, and Dr. Derek Friedman, DC, as well as their staff, addressed and alleviated my health concerns. First, I was treated with empathy and value as a customer by the receptionist, who answered every single one of my questions prior to the scheduling of my appointment.
