Rehabilitation that encompasses all aspects, particularly managing pain and treating children, is available without a referral. We provide customized solutions for each individual patient, and it is easily accessible.

I have decided to take on patients with Medicaid, even though most private practice doctors do not. It is a difficult decision, but I ultimately think it is the correct one.

The main reason why most medical professionals do not accept Medicaid is because the amount of money they receive in compensation is very low. In order to accept Medicaid, I have to run my practice in a different way. Even with this, I still need to pay my staff, the mortgage, and other costs... and, like everyone else, I have to pay them on time.

I sincerely apologize, but I am unable to provide services to Meridian Medicaid patients until Meridian has paid their outstanding bills. I hope this situation is resolved soon.

If you are a current patient, I will provide a two-month supply of your medications. However, if the situation does not change, you will need to find a new doctor. If you are taking medications that require a gradual reduction, I will continue to prescribe them until you find a new doctor.

It is very important that you take care of your health. I do not think that Meridian is taking this matter seriously enough. I strongly suggest that you contact Meridian by calling 888.437.0606 or sending an email to [email protected].

PAWS With A Cause has given us permission to receive a service dog. We don't know the name of the puppy or if it is a Labrador or a Golden Retriever, but somewhere out there, a dog has just finished its first year of training. As soon as the training is finished, the puppy will be joining us!

Our patients may feel vulnerable, anxious, have difficulty expressing themselves or understanding, or be in a state of tension. Many of them have had to go through the healthcare system too many times.

Raising and training a service dog takes a lot of work, including many hours of volunteer work and an initial cost of $6,000, plus an extra $2,500 each year. We are passionate about giving support to those with disabilities, so any help you can give would be very much appreciated!

Cell phones, especially those running the Android operating system, and hotspots typically do not provide sufficient data speed for secure telemedicine meetings. It is strongly recommended to use computers connected to WiFi or Ethernet.

There should be no barriers that stop you or your child from getting the care you need. We do not require a doctor's referral*—we are happy to accept referrals from any qualified healthcare provider.

When someone is faced with a serious health issue, it can have a major impact on their life, including their ability to look after themselves, their mobility, and their job.

When someone is dealing with a serious health issue, it can have a profound impact on their life. This can range from basic tasks like self-care and mobility, to being able to go to work and take care of their children. We not only focus on the illness itself, but also on the individual and their overall life.

They must muddle through a tough situation; they are attempting to determine how to make sense of it all.

It may seem like the kindest children experience the most unfortunate circumstances. However, in reality, whatever can happen to an adult can also happen to a child. The difference is that children are not only trying to heal a wound or deal with a disability, but they are also growing and developing at the same time.

No matter what you have been labeled or told, have you taken the time to explore other options if you have been forced to accept a solution that does not fit your individual needs?

No matter what diagnosis or label you have been given, or even if you have been told that your symptoms are "all in your head," have you been forced to accept a solution that doesn't work for you? Have you been told that you must choose between taking medications or having good health, but not both?

It is important to remember that not all pediatric developmental disorders are easily visible; invisible disabilities should also be taken into account.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Voss was amazing. She was super friendly and my visit was so validating. I have been trying to figure out why I hurt for eight years, and have gone to so many doctors. The staff was super friendly as well. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for care or diagnosis. And Rently is amazing and super cute, loved being able to wait with her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rush is amazing and the first doctor to validate me and my concerns, look at the whole picture, and give me hope. He is great and I would not be where I am today without him.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today. The staff was great and Dr. Rush spent more than an hour sifting thru all my symptoms. I finally got a proper diagnosis, a test ordered, and plans for physical therapy. Thanks to everybody for making me feel cared for.

Fantastic experience: I apologize- I submitted a negative review for the wrong practice. My 1 star review is NOT for Dr. Adam Rush's practice, it was for an unrelated facility in Ohio. I am trying to remove the review, but in the meantime I wish to post this clarification. Dr. Rush was very polite in his communication with me about this mistake.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rush was the first validating and understanding physician I saw after years of being bounced around from specialist to specialist for complex medical problems that were dismissed or written off as idiopathic by physicians who were not well versed in functional pain syndromes/nociplastic pain. Because chronic illnesses in this category are both invisible and with no known structural abnormalities, I experienced frequent gaslighting and invalidation by most respected specialists in the south/central Michigan area, including providers at a nationally acclaimed university medical center. Not only was Dr. Rush completely validating and compassionate when making my initial diagnoses, but he was adamant in iterating that my symptoms, experiences, and, most importantly, pain was not psychological in nature, but a result of real dysfunction within my central nervous system, and as a result, various affected organ systems. Further, Dr. Rush has spent and continues to spend time investigating peripheral symptoms/diagnoses as well as treatment options for my conditions and he was the first physician to prescribe me an atypical, life changing medication other providers had refused to consider, even when I presented them with medical literature proving its efficacy and safety. The population of patients with chronic invisible illnesses/disabilities is vastly underserved, and I cannot think of a better, more understanding physician to treat this patient group than Dr. Rush. Dr. Rush is always available to contact, whether that be through one of the fantastic receptions in office, or through his personal cell number after hours. Finally, the lack of a need for a physician referral to see Dr. Rush is an amazing benefit and removes a huge barrier to care that would potentially prevent a large majority of patients from ever receiving accurate diagnoses and subsequent treatments. Dr. Rush and the small, but kind team at Grand River Rehabilitation is truly a gift to Michigan and the medical community as a whole; I could not recommend this practice more.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rush LISTENS to his patients. He has compassion and sincerely wants his patients to feel better. He explains his reasoning for everything he does. He also allows for the time that is needed in his visits. He does not Rush.
