Fantastic experience: Perfect

Negative experience: I would not recommend working with Alliance Physical Therapy Partners. I have had billing issues since my services at the end of 2020. I worked with a claims advocate as well as appealed the charges through my insurance company and thankfully just got the billing reconciled in my favor. I would highly recommend patients look at their invoices closely -- Armor PT made several mistakes and were difficult to work with.

Fantastic experience: My experience with virtual physical therapy at Alliance was incredibly positive. It was very easy to access, convenient, effective, and perhaps most importantly, it was the most affordable option I have found. The pricing was absolutely straightforward, fair, and I knew exactly when and how much I would be billed for these services. My therapist, Katie, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and very effective. She gave me a wide variety of exercises and stretches that provided relief, answered all my questions, and was just overall very helpful and informative. After just a few sessions, I felt noticeable improvement and significant reduction in the chronic neck and shoulder pain that has been bothering me for the better part of a year. Now, my nagging pain is gone and I both feel better physically, and feel like I have a better understanding overall of the causes of my discomfort and how to best manage it now and in the future. I would recommend this service to anyone who has been struggling with pain but can't find an affordable or convenient option. I truly can't say enough good things about it.

Fantastic experience: Excel makes physical therapy so convenient! I do all of my appointments at home on my computer, and when it’s time to do the exercises on my own, they have an app that helps me keep track of it all. I would absolutely recommend them and Katie Walsh to anyone looking for the best way to do physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Whatcom Physical Therapy. My therapists, Jeff and Cassie, were kind, compassionate, thorough, and very good at what they do. That goes for Sean, my therapist last year. Cindy, the receptionist, was always pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend WPT.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say that Christina and therapist is simply amazing, she is friendly and kind and knows her stuff, Ive been in a few times to see her and I will admit the work she did with me and the exercises she sent me who with are easy and very effective. I would absolutely recommend Back in Motion Physical to all the people I know. Hopefully I am able to go back soon.
