Negative experience: Still trying to bill me for missed appointments I told their secretary to cancel after she laughed at me for describing back domestic violence situation. I told her to cancel my apps, asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to discuss but they keep sending me bills for the missed appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rahimi is a very kind doctor and listens to everything you tell him. He goes above and beyond to help patients with their pain. I was bedridden from the neck and back pain for a while until he started treating me. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for me.

Fantastic experience: Best pain management group I e worked with in this area. Ashley is amazing!

Negative experience: I was scammed by Dr rahimis office with bad checks. They want to deny responsibility everyone beware. Contacting the feds to get involved they need to be investigated

Fantastic experience: This place is top notch. The physical therapists are tremendous. I’ve been to other places that are just okay, this place is great. They do a wonderful job assessing the cause of pain, and apply their expertise to address it. The office staff is really helpful and personable too. Dr. Rahimi is is also very knowledgeable and knows how to treat pain. My experience has been great!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rahimi literally saved my life. For 10 years and countless neurologist appointments, and hospital visits from falling over (all of which told me my tremor was from anxiety) he diagnosed me with Parkinson’s after about 5 minutes. This man is amazing, I will always be forever grateful to him for finally making me feel better. 10 stars!!!!

Negative experience: Clean facility, but the only thing they care about is milking patients for income, they dont do anything to go out of there way for addiction treatment, ive never seen a place this selfish in 8 years, most doctors want to help thats the last thing these people care todo,and doctors assistant Ashley will lie thru her teeth on top if making patients feel like burdens, when they do actually see you they rush you in and out as fast as possible, 2 min visits The doctor also called my wife a drug addict based on his opinion because she is taking suboxone by CHOICE rather than narcotic pain meds Id suggest anywhere else besides here to bring your business, not missing anything beside a stressful headache here, good luck

Fantastic experience: My pain was out of control when I heard about Dr Rahimi. I had already tried two other pain clinics but I felt that they were pushing medications. Dr. Rahimi has my pain much more controlled. When I started at his practice I was barely walking due to arthritis in my spine, 4 hip surgeries with a replacement and arthritis in most of my other joints. Through a combination of gym and pool therapy, spine adjustments, spinal injections, medication and braces for my back and knees my life has improved drastically. Dr. Rahimi treats the whole person not just the areas that hurt. Thank you Dr. Rahimi and staff I don’t know what my quality of life would be like if I had not found out about you and your office.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Rahimi’s for 2 plus years. I was referred by my family physician. The primary goal of treatment was to get my pain under control so I may lead a productive life. My diagnosis’s being Rheumatoid Arthritis, 2 severely herniated discs, bilateral cartilage damage to both knees, both of my hands exhibit joint damage with nodules formation at the knuckles. The pain brings me to tears more often than not. . I take my medications as prescribed. I’ve never abused them in any way. I am unable to receive injections as I have a history of necrosis facitis . The “opioid crisis’ is affecting my treatment. I am very angry about that. I do not believe I should be made to suffer because of the actions Of others. I have done 2 successful bouts of physical therapy ordered by Dr Rahimi but I completed them at another facility because of my insurance. My insurance since then has changed allowing me treatment at the office. I’m doing everything I’m supposed to do everyday. My quality of life sucks as I have no life & I’m going to have to quit my job because of what is going on w me. I adore Dr. Rahimi. However, I feel ignored and dismissed. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do . i changed my rating from a 3 to a 5. It should’ve been that from my original review. As I said I adore Dr. Rahimi. I feel dismissed at times. I just want to be heard. I may be concerned about nothing I don’t know. All I know is that when I have flare ups which if frequently I don’t know what to do. I wish to be treated for them by Dr. Rahimi.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Rahimi for a few years now and he has helped my pain immensely! I've been suffering from lower back pain for 15 years and had a spinal surgery, pain management is huge to my quality of life and Dr. Rahimi and his staff have made a drastic improvement on my quality of life! When I first came to him I was on disability for my pain and could not work. With his and his staff's care I am now working full time and managing my pain monthly at his office! His staff is amazing and so sweet ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Rahimi for over two years now as a chronic pain patient. I had several bad experiences with another high profile pain doctor in Grand Rapids who's only an anesthesiologist by training, yet has a massive, assembly line style pain practice. That former pain doctor failed to offer me a full menu of much needed treatments in addition to injections, since all he wanted to do was inject me with steroids and be done with me. But I needed more help than that. Turns out, I actually needed things such as bracing for my spine, knees, wrist and neck, physical therapy, vagus nerve stimulation, non steroidal injections, etc. All those additional treatments were only offered to me for the first time by Dr. Rahimi. Because I have a connective tissue disorder, I actually needed them years ago, yet it wasn't until I left that other pain doctor, disgusted with his arrogance and lack of interest in my personal situation, and came to Dr. Rahimi, that I finally got them. I wasted years with the wrong doctor and deteriorated because of it. I'm a former reporter and I find Dr. Rahimi to be highly intelligent, caring and thoughtful as a doctor seeking to control my pain. I wish I would have found him years ago, but am glad that I eventually left that other practice and found him. Physical therapy is fundamental in the control of the progression of my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Dr. Rahimi understands my disorder fully, and offers a PT program in his practice. That fact, right there, tells me he cares about the long term interests of his patients. There are many pain practices in the Grand Rapids' area, yet I know of no other that offers a full array of options to manage chronic pain. If you truly value your health and seek the best long term outcome with a pain practice that uses many different strategies in pain management, you'd do well to consider Dr. Rahimi.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended to anyone suffering from neck or back pain. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Dr. Rahimi listens to you and explains everything very clearly.

Negative experience: Dr Rahimi.. Horrible staff if you have problems with insurance instead of helping to work it out they just drop you and staff becomes very rude.. Very very bad.. Go to newaygo mental health.. You have any problems they help.. Went there after he wouldn't see me.. I found out he was not supposed to cut me off like that either.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rahimi and his team have truly assisted me on my road to recovery from back pain/injury. From physical therapy to injections and medication, the knowledge and empathy from the doctor have made a positive impact on my quality of life. The customer service offered from the front desk is also admirable.
