Fantastic experience: Matt is amazing, thank you for helping me through my shoulder surgery......

Negative experience: This week’s experience has caused me to go elsewhere for PT. I had an appointment on 9/16 and I received a email notification on 10/16 (1st notification) that my $22.33 balance is due. I called on 10/18 to schedule additional appointments and I was told there is a note on my account to not schedule any appointments until that is paid. This does not make me feel valued by your company and it’s a shame because I will really miss your team.

Fantastic experience: This team of therapists are the most talented and kind people I have ever met! They treated me like a person and never a number! My life is forever changed because of their help. Matt,Tara, and Lisa (now retired) are so good at what they do!! Heather and Chris are the receptionists and deserve a wonderful shout out! Such a great little family here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melotte is awesome! He has provided a completely different outlook on life dealing with my back/leg pain after a slip and fall. Dr. Melotte's knowledge and willingness to help gave me back the ability to complete simple tasks that used to feel discouraging and impossible. He listens and does not make me feel like a whiner when I need a little extra help. I did baulk at his recommendation to try dry needling, but I have since seen the light! I cannot get through the weeks without it! Amazing doc, friendly staff, great atmosphere-10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to come to Orthopedic & Spine Therapy, I HIGHLY recommend going to Matt Melotte! I came to Orthopedic & Spine Therapy with a grade 3 ankle sprain. I felt like I would never get back to running or even walking up and down stairs without pain ever again. Matt Melotte was my therapist, and he quickly helped me turn that around! After 6 months (in the grade 3 sprain world, that’s not a lot of time!) I am able to run up and down stairs, jog, and sprint with no pain at all. More than the therapy, Matt showed great empathy, knowledge, and a sense of calmness, showing me that everything would be alright and that I would just have to give it time and be persistent. Matt gave me a great experience I’ll never forget!

Everyone is truly customer centric. Steve is by far the best therapist I’ve had treatment with. Great manners, knowledgeable, and professional. He listens when you talk and addresses your issues. He continually researches new stretches. He’s good! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I deal with back pain and chronic trigger points that I can't get rid of myself. I have gone to them on and off for several years. They do a therapy called dry needling, that is, for me anyway, a miracle. Try dry needling, it'll change your life!

Fantastic experience: Matthew is amazing. When I first starting seeing him for therapy I could hardly move because my back and left side of my body was so tight and sore from my back injury. Now, since all of the dry needling he's been doing I have gained lots of mobility and flexation in my left leg and I'm nearly able to touch my toes again!! It's been over a year since I've been able to do that.

Have cronic back pain after spine surgeries and been in pain for over a year and not able to walk right,stand or seat for more than 5 minutes before having to readjust or lay on my stomach do to the horrible pain on my back and down to my legs. After a month stretching,massages and needling i can seatway better for long periods,walk better with way less pain to none at times and stand longer with less pressure and pain.looking forward to my nex appointment and getting back to normal. Fantastic experience: Lisa Vivian was my physical therapist after I had my knees replaced separately. I got good reports both times from the doctor, next time I see him is for a yearly checkup on my knees. Thank you Lisa for all of your hard work and the good results.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Orthopedic Spine Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy or who has pain. I have been going off and on over the last probably 6 or so years. I have never had a negative experience there - from the professional front desk receptionists to the therapists (and I've seen about 4 of them through the years). I highly recommend Lisa Vivian. She really listens and helps try to come up with a doable plan to treat pain. I could go to PT a few minutes from my home, but prefer to make the 45 minute drive to OST because I like it there!

Fantastic experience: I was given a recommendation of dry needling from a friend after trying muscle relaxers and chiropractic care from 2 different practices. After only a few appointments I had noticeable improvement with my sciatica. I have been recommending orthopedic and spine therapy to several others since my own experience.very professional and caring practice!!!

It was the first time I've ever had dry needling, and combined with the physical therapy I was back on my feet in record time. Matt's dry needling and Garrison's physical therapy kept my back pain from becoming worse. I know I'll call them again if my back pain returns. Fantastic experience: I've gone to O&ST a couple of time for a couple different injuries (achilles tendonitis and labrum tear in hip) and I would not have gone anywhere else. Lisa V, my therapist, was/is amazing. Took her time to understand my goals and what I wanted to accomplish. In both instances we came up with a plan we agreed upon together. The care and service you get is beyond the best. If I ever need to go back, I would only go here regardless of the 40 minute drive one way.

Fantastic experience: Matt & team are wonderful to work with and I love my visits here! They are so flexible and easy to work with, even with last minute appointments. I started coming here due to neck pain that was causing daily and sometimes continuous headaches. I hate needles, but I trust Matt and his dry needling skills completely. My neck pain has improved so much from his needling and therapy and I rarely ever get headaches anymore. I’ve already recommended him to many and will continue to do so. I will always come back here for whatever therapy I need, I trust he will listen and help me with any issues I have.
