Fantastic experience: Eliza worked miracles on my pelvic floor! After having my third baby I sought out a pelvic floor physical therapist, just like I had with my other postpartum, but I was in much worse shape. I wasn’t sure what healing looked like or how long it would take but Eliza had me back to functioning completely normally in a few months. No pain and a world of knowledge more than with any of the other PT’s I’ve seen. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Eliza Andrews for over a year now. Eliza is extremely knowledgeable and does amazing work. I always feel better leaving than when I came in. I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have reoccurring back issues due to tight hip flexors. Eliza was extremely helpful in recognizing that and assisting me in developing a plan that keeps me training and competing. I drive almost an hour to see her and she is well worth it!

Fantastic experience: Tim is my therapist and he is amazing, I have come a long way since starting with him. I went to therapy elsewhere for 6 weeks for the issue and I am so glad that I switched. I learned more in my first 2 visits than I did in the 6 weeks. Tim takes the time with you and actually teaches you, he will take a video so that you know exactly how to do it once you get home. I would definitely recommend Tim. Thank you so much, I would not be where I am today without your help.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Inspirit Therapy has been absolutely amazing. I had a shoulder injury in April, surgery in May and I started therapy in June. In the few weeks I’ve been a patient I’ve made incredible strides. Everybody is caring and always looking out for your best interest. I would highly recommend going here if you have an injury, they truly do care and perform top notch care!

Fantastic experience: After years of dealing with chronic pain (post spinal fusion), I had 2 additional surgeries done in 2022. Recovery was slow and the usual PT treatment was not dealing with the stiffness and occasional aches. Working at InSpirit with Tim Trupke has helped my mobility immensely. I’m able to now walk more than 30 minutes at a good pace. Generalized housework and outdoor activities are easier to do. Life is good and feeling hopeful about it getting even better!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Inspirit Therapy after receiving PRP and Prolotherapy injections in my low back to strengthen instability in my pelvis. I have suffered 20+ years with low back pain. I have had numerous medical opinions, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and acupuncture done. I workout with an athletic trainer to stay strong. Yet, I continued to lack mobility. Tim is amazing! He immediately could see that my myofacial tissue was extremely tight and the entire line needed to be addressed. With proper stretching, skin scraping and cupping, I have been able to move better than ever. I have hope again... No other medical professional has ever addressed this type of therapy with me. I am completely impressed with the knowledge and facility. I would recommend Inspirit without hesitation!

Eliza is extremely hands-on - Via stretches, releases, etc., she devotes her appointment time to improving your discomfort / pain. It is rare to find someone so compassionate - I am truly Blessed to have her as my PT.

Fantastic experience: The Mobility Stretch program at Inspirit Therapy has been a game changer for me. I had chronic pain and flare ups that I could never seem to overcome until I meet Jamie. It was like she had that one missing puzzle piece. I feel better than I have in a long time. I just wish I would have started the MOST program sooner. I highly recommend Jamie.

Fantastic experience: Eliza Andrews has been a HUGE help with my COPD. My previous pulmonologist told me there was nothing I could do to improve my ability to breathe...even told me to quit singing at my church if I was experiencing breathing challenges. Eliza has helped me to find ways I CAN DO to breathe better and accomplish tasks that previously challenged me. She has also encouraged me to be my own advocate when it comes to my medical care. I LOVE her positive, encouraging attitude which has given me NEW HOPE for my wellness/life! Fantastic experience: Eliza is amazing!! I have gone to her with numerous different sports related issues. I have never been sidelined. She was able to help me control/eliminate pain through her treatments and ideas on things to do between treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable about how athletes bodies need to move, and can keep you doing what you love.

Fantastic experience: Eliza is a wealth of knowledge! The minute I met her - it felt like I was talking to a friend I have known for years. She is quite personable :) I have been struggling with an abdomen separation and weakness in my pelvic floor for a year now after my first baby. I have seen other therapists but could not seem to find what works. I was even considering surgery to repair the abdomen area. After my first visit with Eliza, she helped me use mind to muscle connections to isolate muscles (in the abdomen and pelvic region)I did not know were possible. She gave me so much reassurance that together we can heal my body - without surgery!! After working on the workouts at home, those muscles feel sore! In a good way! Like the first time you begin to workout a muscle you've been neglecting for a long time and you experience the rewarding soreness the next day. It was a breath of fresh air to experience the slight soreness. With the exercises I was doing from other professionals...they never made me feel like I was working the muscles that Eliza recently walked me through. I am thankful to have been referred to Eliza and am FINALLY beginning to heal my body. Also, she taught me how to isolate muscles I have never worked on even through my athletic years. I cannot express how having an experienced and knowledgeable Physical Therapist like Eliza Andrews has made a huge impact on my healing and overall health. I see Eliza on a regular basis for Colonic Massage (one of the few in our area) due to a back injury and also have gone to her after a substantial shoulder surgery. I highly recommend Inspirit Therapy, Eliza and the staff there for your wellness needs!

Fantastic experience: Eliza is the best women's health physical therapist I've been to. She is the only person who knew how to relieve my pudendal nerve pain which I've suffered with for over 20 years. No other doctor, specialist, or women's health therapist I've been to knew how to treat this pain. Eliza released my tight pelvic floor muscles which gave me better bladder control. She released many tight muscles I had (back, hips, etc.) by determining where the source of tightness or pain was coming from. I'm so glad I was referred to her. It's changed my life!

Our final doctor appointment again a non evasive procedure damaged my wife permanently. Inspirit saved my wife. If only had found In Spirit a couple weeks early my wife would be fine. 10 stars is the rating they deserve. Fantastic experience: Dry needling with Eliza has been a terrific experience for me dealing with TMJ as well as other perpetuating factors that contribute to back and shouler pain. I would highly recommend this form of therapy with Eliza her abliities are second to none.

Negative experience: I have seen several physical therapists for pelvic for work over the years and Eliza is hands-down the most knowledgeable of them all. I am very glad to have found her and would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Regretfully editing this review. I stand by my comment that Eliza is the most skilled therapist I’ve seen, however, I have been waiting for a medical device for five months. At the two month mark I started calling to check up on it weekly. I tried emailing as well. I believe there was a legitimate issue with delivery of the device, but no one from the office seems to know what’s going on and they have stopped responding to my inquiries. Bummer.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the POTS management program with Jamie. I had gone through 3 hip surgeries and had declined horribly. Jamie was able to slowly ease me into safe exercises, I am more aware of my symptoms and what symptoms are warning signs that I need to sit down, I have learned different techniques to help with pre-syncope symptoms and exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve. My body is in constant flight or fight mode and if you struggle with that also I highly highly recommend Craniosacral therapy with Jamie. There are weeks I crave those sessions because it helps so incredibly much. Thank you Jamie for changing my life, for the better. I wouldn’t be doing so well if it wasn’t for your guidance and encouragement

Fantastic experience: I get therapy for a number of gymnastics injuries. Only one I know of in Green Bay that does manual therapy. Manipulates the muscles-works for me SO much better than reg PT with machinery that is generic.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Inspirit Therapy for about 13 years and I've had nothing short of an excellent experience overall. I came here after going through physical therapy at another facility for over a year without any results. Eliza and her team think outside the box and tailor your therapy to your specific needs. Every appt. is very personable and hands on therapy - no putting you on a machine and leaving the room. Thanks to all their hard work I'm able to stand in an upright position again, have more range of motion, and have gained a little bit of my quality of life back. I highly recommend Inspirit Therapy and Eliza to anyone experiencing pain and lack of motion!
