Aurora BayCare opened in September 2001 as a joint effort of Aurora Health Care and BayCare Clinic. Fantastic experience: I had a very great experience at Aurora Bay Care when i had my Bunion surgery i would recommend anyone having bunion surgery to use Dr. Devrie and have the surgery done at Aurora Baycare Greenbay Wisconsin.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a hand/arm surgeon Dr.Klika is your man. Absolutely amazing. Not only was the surgery a success but absolutely pain free through the whole process, to include recovery. The staff are amazing as well, very courteous and helpful. Negative experience: Remember when you called to make an appointment and you could talk directly to a member of the department's staff? Those were the days! Now when you call this number, 288-8100, to schedule an appointment you are routed to someone outside the hospital. I have been trying to schedule a routine appointment. Not too long ago, this task would have taken me 5-10 minutes. I am now on day 3 and still have no appointment. Why can't we call the departments directly and make appointments anymore? Why did Aurora take the ability to talk to someone who knows you, knows the area, and who knows the staff away?

Fantastic experience: I was seen urgently for an eye issue requiring immediate surgery. This was a scary situation and Dr. Wang's office put me at ease. Professional and caring staff who took their time & answered my questions.

Negative experience: Currently 4 months pregnant and have been calling for months to see a doctor. My appointment was today and called to see if there were any earlier times available and the scheduling lady completely took me off the schedule and hung up on me. They told me their soonest was in another month will be 5 months pregnant by then, with no access to healthcare!!!!! This is horrible.

Negative experience: I hope at least ONE person reads this and benefits from my review. I can tell you that the care I received was adequate and in some areas outstanding. The HUGE ISSUE I have with this company is the billing department. While going through diagnostics, I was given a quote regarding a surgical procedure to get to the bottom of my symptoms. After insurance, my quote stated that my responsibility of the bill would be approx 750$ which I was okay with. Post surgery I was given a bill totalling 23,000 dollars!!!!!!!!!! It took almost a full calendar year and an audit by the insurance commission of Wisconsin to correct the issue. I repeatedly called Auroras billing department to talk to the head of billing, but was ignored and handed down to a lower level employee time and time again while they told me repeatedly that they did nothing wrong. Review your bill and make sure they don't take advantage of you like they tried to take advantage of me. I can only imagine the amount of people who overpay for service after doing through what I did.

Negative experience: I had surgery on July 19, 2024. The anesthesiologist put in my record that I tested positive for diabetes. He also put in my record that I was noncompliant with my sleep apnea machine. I never tested positive for diabetes. I do not have diabetes. I am compliant with my sleep apnea machine. This was the anesthesiologist. Who is not even contracted through Aurora. This is not the first time nor the second that this has happened with Aurora. I spoke to a supervisor and a Nurse and they told me it was my job to correct my record. I know that if you’re records are held by The federal government Medicare VA You’re right to ask for Amendment of records Under the privacy Act 1974 Maybe greater than under the HIPAA. These two sets of rules overlap. You are entitled to the best part of both laws. Not only may other laws provide patients with better amendment rights than HIPAA, but they may offer better remedies and clear causes of action in case you have to take it to the next step to correct records. It is your responsibility to check your records and I would definitely do that if you are a patient at Aurora.

Negative experience: Waiting forever to be seen. The male nurse was kinda rude and seemed like he could care less about what was going on. Unfortunately my insurance didn't cover the visit and found out that Aurora double billed me for labs because they felt the need the labs needed to be double checked by another lab (So they could charge me more) so I ended up with a huge bill. Hospitals are the biggest scam out there.

Negative experience: So disappointed in the after hours service. Was on hold for two hours just so they could tell me they wouldn't be able to get in touch with ANY doctor for an emergency script for an inhaler and I should go to the emergency room. What a joke. If it's after hours don't waste your time waiting for them to figure out something simple.

Fantastic experience: Under went at total joint replacement. Was treated with respect and understanding by all. Did not feel like I was rushed or just a number. Nursing staff was top notch. Providers explained every step with patience.

Negative experience: i love aurora. i would give aurora 5 stars. baycare medical center, however, is scam artists trying to pinch every penny they can. I have had several ER vists here. auroras bills are always fair, but baycare sends additional bills. lots of them. i had 3 bills over $2000 each from a single 2-3 hour ER visit.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Awowale my orthopedic surgeon, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Dr. Awowale and the team at Aurora Bay Care. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment plan for my knee injury. Their knowledge and expertise were evident as they walked me through the procedure, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. During my surgery, Dr. Awowale displayed exceptional skill and precision, putting me at ease throughout the entire process. Post-surgery, they followed up with me regularly to ensure my recovery was on track and provided invaluable guidance on rehabilitation exercises to aid in my recovery. Negative experience: A couple days ago I went to the ER for some back problems. At then end of the treatment I still didn’t feel good and was getting wheel chaired out. But the nurse that handled me was horrible and unprofessional. As I was wincing in pain and taking my time trying to sit down in the wheel chair she had the audacity to say that “she doesn’t have all night to do this” and that she “has other patients to attend to” also all the interactions with this nurse was just horrible. She had attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all and or did not want to help or aid me. Also when we got to the car as soon as I stood up she pulled the wheelchair and just left, she did not make sure I was ok or make sure I got into my vehicle.

Negative experience: My brother was sent to the ER by ambulance and we had the worst experience here. The nurse we had was absolutely degrading and disgusting. Her name was Xyny. When asked what meds were given to my brother, she told us “I don’t know I’m not the nurse who gave it to him.” She didn’t even care to look into his chart even when she had pulled up since she was asking him about said medications they had given him. On top of that, every time she came in she was rude and had attitude. She would tell my brother that he’s not feeling any pain even when he told her his pain was at a 10. When discharging my brother, she told him he needed to get up and get out. “You need to get out, I have other patients to see.” My favorite remark from her was “I don’t have all day to do this with you. You need to get up. It’s not that painful.” As if she KNEW how his pain felt. How absolutely disgusting! These remarks were made more than once. She even told me I had to get my brother up and to the car. She didn’t want to help or cared to, and when my brother’s knees buckled from under him she had the audacity to roll her eyes. After we finally got my brother out of the ER and to the car she didn’t even wait for him to fully get up before snatching the wheel chair and going back into the hospital. She also had the audacity to tell my brother that he needed to eat less and be a better person when it comes to his health. She continued to say it was all his fault for his situation. I didn’t realize she was also a doctor and nutritionist. I didn’t realize this hospital doesn’t train their nurses in proper bedside manners and patient care. Or even how to be a nurse as she would give medication without explaining or tell a patient how they feel. What a disgusting place to be. Don’t waste a penny on this place. Only come if you want to be treated like less than an animal.

Negative experience: Interesting was told by a nurse in the neurologist dept. that patients don’t have a right to choose which Dr. they can see . Yes the referral was approved. Since the nurse took it upon herself to cancel the appt. I was able to find another Dr. with better credentials, with polite and friendly staff/nurses and it’s not with Aurora.

Fantastic experience: I was at the hospital for 3 days and every staff member I came in contact with was amazing! My doctor seemed knowledgeable and caring. My ICU nurse made sure I got a mountain dew as soon as my restrictions were lifted. My night shift RN took out my garbage. Two ladies from the lab came up to draw blood and we laughed the whole time they were in the room. Definitely was a pleasant experience for as sick as I was! Thank you to all the staff members I came in contact with! I appreciate everything you do!

Negative experience: My wife went to the Urgent Care and was tested for Covid. The test was positive and a prescription for paxlovid was issued. Unfortunately, she gave the address of a pharmacy that, unknown to her, was closed for the weekend. She has attempted, using you laughable phone system, to get the prescription changed to pharmacy that is open. As of this time we have made five calls with a conspicuous lack of success. A nurse was supposed to call back 2 hours ago and we are still waiting. Bc paxlovid must be taken within a time frame in order to be successful. At this point I am ready to break my 30 year relationship with Aurora over their incompetence.

Negative experience: Beware of Aurora BayCare Urgent Care locations I strongly advise you to avoid them! I believe it is essential to raise awareness about the issues I encountered during my recent medical visits. I hope this message of warning can help others find a better alternative. Lack of Accuracy and Communication: I visited an Aurora BayCare’s urgent care facility, seeking prompt medical attention. Unfortunately, my initial diagnosis and treatment plan were inaccurate, leading to a deteriorating condition. The lack of clear communication regarding testing and my diagnosis exacerbated my health situation. Hospitalization and Recovery: After my urgent care visit, I ended up at in the Aurora BayCare emergency room and was subsequently hospitalized/kept for observation for two days. Ultimately, pneumonia left me out of work for over two weeks, and my overall recovery took more than a month nearly two. This situation could have been avoided if Aurora BayCare had provided accurate information and a proper treatment plan, and followed up with me with critical information from my urgent care visit. Medical Professionals’ Concerns: Other medical professionals, both during and after my hospital stay, expressed alarm at the situation. Their substantiation underscores the severity of the issues I faced. Financial Impact: I incurred significant medical expenses due to Aurora BayCare’s shortcomings. Thankfully, insurance covered a portion, but I still had to pay over $2500 out of pocket. Patient-Centric Approach: While the hospital staff did their best during my hospitalization, I emphasize the need for patient-centered care. A follow-up plan and accurate communication are crucial to prevent unnecessary suffering and financial burden. I urge you to consider alternative health care providers. Prioritizing patient well-being over financial incentives should be the standard. I am advocating for better practices to ensure better treatment for the people who place their trust in their system. They should be held accountable every step of the way our they will continue to take short cuts and make mistakes. I consider myself lucky to be writing this, but I will not gamble with my life again. I urge you to consider alternatives.

Negative experience: Totally disgusted! Dealing with pain for years ,finally get a referral to Dr.clark ,have appt setup. Get a call as I'm driving to appointment that they want to cancel! I'm an hour away from baycare so it's totally unacceptable that they called an hour before my appointment. Take your medical issues and money elsewhere this place will just make you angry and unhappy.

Negative experience: I received multiple text messages demanding payment before even receiving an EOB or a bill in the mail. Upon receiving a 4 figure bill, I called within ONE business day of receipt to request a 90 day payment plan. They demanded more than 50% up front or threatened collections. The bill was not even DUE yet and they threatened collections. Be wary. Be advised. You are nothing more than a paycheck. You do not matter. Your well-being and health do not matter. Bring them deep pockets. Healthcare at its worst. ***They will threaten ruin your credit BEFORE your bill is even due.***

Fantastic experience: Great place!! Cafeteria was great fresh fruits and hot food if u choose too. Pharmacy is great on filling your medications fast. Hospital itself is great I had emergency surgery and I was in need for help and my surgeon was best and she still has my respect she awesome and they treat u good office If u got papers that need docs help they get it done fast and sent out to get stuff done for you.

Negative experience: My experience with my surgery was great. However, I am giving 1 stars because of the billing. I had my surgeries (2) back in July and August of 2023. Everything was sent through insurance and I have been fighting it since. I paid $900 towards the LIVEWELL app as it states on my statements. They then sent my payments to a bill my insurance covered for Bay Care. I called and tried to figure out what was going on, and they said they weren't accepting my insurance. They back billed this to me. I was now sent to collections and they will not pull this out of collections for me to pay. I will never go here again. This is still a fight 8 months later.

Negative experience: I was sent by ambulance to Dickinson Marshfield to Aurora BayCare Emergency for an MRI to determine if I needed emergency surgery related to my history and current systems. Aurora BayCare did not know why I was there. I was there 24 hours, did not have an MRI, did not see anyone from neurology and only given pain meds. I feel like it was to sedate me. I was told that it was up to an anesthesiologist to determine when the MRI would be done. It could be mid week, this was on Sunday. It wasn't until I said I wanted to leave that I saw neurology and suddenly had an MRI scheduled later that day. I was brought in by ambulance and treated like a seeker, yet they kept giving me pain medication. I was in a severe panic attack. Nothing was done to address my mental health. I left AMA went to the Bellin Emergency. I was admitted and had an MRI the following morning. There were very attentive DO’s, MD’s, PA’s, nurses and staff that I feel saved my life. Within hours Bellin had home health and in-home therapy set up, as they recognized chronic pain and treated the body as a whole. Edit: I wrote a letter to Risk Management. They responded stating my 'perception' of events didn't match the charting. Also it mentioned, more than once they were treating a specific body part. That is not the part I have issues with and have years of evidence supporting the correct part.

Fantastic experience: I have had both cataract and vitrectomy surgeries at Aurora BayCare and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Care was top notch. Nurses were all professional and kind and knowledgeable. Environment was very clean and sterile. And the surgeons I had. . . OMG. . . the BEST. Dr. Foster performed the cataract surgery and Dr. Wang performed the vitrectomy surgery (floater removal) a year later. Both are highly skilled in what they do. Surgeries were successful. Both are kind and patient with questions and concerns. They have wonderful bedside manners. Would highly recommend both surgeons to family/friends with absolutely no hesitation. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I was impressed! I was thinking all the while relaxed and in great hands. I think even the operating room music was picked for my age but maybe that was just me thinking that. It was by far the best hospital experience I ever had!

Negative experience: If you have to call Aurora from Greenbay, Wisconsin your call is transferred to Illinois. This is the most frustrating thing. As a patient you shouldn't have to speak to someone in a different state a 3rd party. Most of the time your on the phone for a long period of time and they don't get it right!!

Negative experience: I went to ER on 6 dec 2023 I noticed that the billing statement attributes the services to a physician, whereas I was seen by a physician assistant. Upon reviewing my summary notes, I observed that neither the nurses nor the physician assistant conducted a physical examination during my visit. None of the mentioned areas, such as ears, mouth, neck, skin, or mouth, were examined. So I texted this on their LiveWell app. It has been more than 10 days, and unfortunately, I have not received a response. I sincerely hope we can address these concerns promptly to ensure transparency and maintain the high regard I hold for the medical professionals at Aurora Bay Care.

Negative experience: My wife was scheduled to have surgery. During the pre-op call, no one told her that she had to be on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours before the surgery. We both both used vacation time. When we got there, the anesthesiologist refused to do the anesthesia. There also seems to be a lot of confusion in their pre-op department. No communication between the anesthesia and surgeon. Just an awful experience.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a very scary cardiac event in my small northern town and being told I was going to be transferred and was waiting for a bed in Marquette Michigan, 2 and a half hours north. After 12 hours I was transferred an hour south to Bay Area Medical Center. From the minute I got there I knew I was in good hands. Tyler and Alex were the first nurse and aide I had, both put me at ease and I knew I was where I needed to be. EVERYONE, down to the Aides, housekeeping, and even Dietary were wonderful. I needed a heart catheterization and was very scared, but Dr. Shaikh walked into my room and I was instantly at ease. The nurses and technicians explained everything in such detail that my only fear was that they would find a blockage, which no one wants. I'm not out of the woods yet but am very thankful for everybody at Bay Area Medical Center in Green Bay. I can't remember everybody's name, but every one of them were warm, friendly and welcoming making it the best hospital stay I've ever had. The jewel in it all was Iris❤️, who was so sweet I almost didn't want to leave and my morning nurse who made sure I understood the many medications I was now on. I can't thank them all enough and highly recommend Bay Area Medical Center Green Bay.

Negative experience: Terrible place! My mother had surgery here & was left without pain control, or any fluids for 10 whole hours following her surgery because they THOUGHT her IV wasn't working, imagine having surgery & u are tortured with pain for 10 hours straight right after? They would not even give my mom a heating pack to try & relieve a little of her pain! deprived of fluids they then also starved my mother for 48 hours due to bad communication & just not caring at all about my Mom. F THIS PLACE !!

Negative experience: Ever since they switched to out-of-state call centers for scheduling it's been nothing but problems I can't understand them, they can't understand me, they dont have access to info they need, then they give me directions to areas of the hospital that don't exist because they're in Geogia so how would they know, etc, etc, etc. Aurora Baycare, stop being SO dang cheap and outsourcing critical hospital services, like customer service. Looked good on paper to your board of directors but sucks for everyone else.

Negative experience: My experience here was horrible Dr. Dickson believes your ovaries are useless after menapause smh I'm 58 not 80 complete nightmare I should've done more research on what happens to a woman when ovaries are removed smh Just for the record in other states its unethical to remove ovaries from a woman and then the last second before going into surgury she convinced me to take my tubes. I had blood drawn to see if anything was elevated to indicate I had cancer and all of it was normal smh woman beware this is unethical.

Fantastic experience: Hi, just had hernia surgery at aurora bay care, doctor Micheal Mackowski was my surgeon. I cannot say enough about how I was treated, the entire staff along with Dr. Mackowski were so helpful and kind.the surgery went well, I was discharged and home by 3 in the afternoon even after having a two hour drive home. Today is day two and I have not had to take any opioids on day two.Thank you to Dr. Mackowski and his staff. Job well done, thank you. Mark Paupore

Negative experience: A week ago we came to Aurora health care about my daughter eye problem. It ended up being a sty. We were told that if it didn't go away to come back. Today when we came back for the second visit we got Dr. Jon k Carlson. He walked in looked at my daughter eye and laughed a little and said what are we really in there for. I have said we were in a week ago and was told that if it didn't get better to come back in. He laughed and said it's an easy fix how do I not know as a mother. After explaining myself that this is the first I had to deal with something like this and could use some help from a doctor. He said I don't need to see no one and it will just go away on its own. Walked out and Shake his head and giggled and said that was an easy appointment. I don't know if he was having a bad morning or if it was an easy fix and I just didn't know what to do. But as a Dr. I believe that it's your job to walk a new parent through things that you might think is easy but I might not. I felt useless when I walked out with my daughter and had to go somewhere else to get her eye checked.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Aurora BayCare. I had the best experience having eye surgery by Dr Wang. He is so competent, kind, caring and personable. He takes his time explaining the surgery and makes sure you have all your questions and concerns answered. The team of professionals at Aurora BayCare are beyond amazing. Positive experience: During my procedure the IV and other cuff was on the same are. During my many years of service with Aurora, that is not good practice. When the iv was taken out, it hurt like hell, and developed Avery bad bruised hematoma.

Negative experience: Worst emergency department ever! Twice we have had horrible experiences with them! This last time they couldn’t figure out I had strep (went to urgent care the next day and they caught it, it was so bad they feared an abscess). Left there wi to a fever that they gave me no meds for and no answers! Waited for 5 hours for no answers and I higher fever.

Fantastic experience: My daughter who is an ER nurse brought me there assuming I had a stroke in which I did. They were very professional. Had to stay 24 hours but it was good to make sure and do testing. Drs and staff were very knowledgeable and actually came and explained things to us in a way we understood. Still trying to find the cause since I’m in great health. I am doing well and recovering well. On my daily walks again. Praise God for the good care! Thank you Aurora Team!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Aurora BayCare was excellent. It started with the pre-op nurse that called me. She was so pleasant with a sense of humor yet very professional. The receptionist was very sweet. My doctor, the anesthesiologist and his assistant were very nice and explained everything. The one chatted with my husband about deer, cougars and wolves and that eased him. The doctor explained everything as planned, asked if I had any questions etc. All the nurses were so nice right up to the discharge nurse. I expressed my gratitude and she said she would share it with the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you all for a great experience. Lois

Negative experience: Disgusted with Aurora billing. I will die before I ever step foot in any of their facilities. They are the most unkind and uncaring businesses I’ve ever encountered. The Baycare portion has been very fair so far but Aurora is the bottom of the bucket.

Fantastic experience: Everyone right from the check in process, to surgery prep, to surgery and recovery did a great job. Fantastic experience: Molly Linzmeier from the breast clinic is so amazing. She helped ease my mind during a procedure that I had to get done. She even took time out of her day to come to the procedure and sit beside me for comfort. She is amazing and deserves to be recognized for being a great provider and caring for her patients. My Mom told me she really helped ease her mind as well and she appreciates her work. There is not enough providers like her anymore, and I greatly appreciate her.

Negative experience: The service was fine but I’m now being billed twice for the same visit and nobody will address my concerns (one bill is for a visit to the urgent care facility, one is for seeing the doctor…who was…at the urgent care…so why the double bill?). Beyond frustrating. I won’t go back. Very scammy. Update: I’ve already reviewed once, followed your email link to speak to someone, and gotten no response (though I have gotten another bill in the meantime).

Fantastic experience: This was our sons first surgery and because of his history of respiratory issues my wife and I were feeling pretty anxious. Negative experience: My wife went to get treatment for a knee joint infection that was caused by a genetic abnormality. The ER staff gave her the 5th degree and accused her of seeking narcotics. Thankfully after they called the specialist they were able to determine that she had a real problem. On a different issue. Our son also has a genetic disorder which requires hormone therapy in order to corrected a short stature. The hormone treatment needs to occur as soon as possible (early puberty) in order to prevent a permanent short stature. It’s literally been TWO YEARS since we have been on the list to see this specialist. I will say the nursing staff is top notch. They are extremely accommodating and polite. The issue seems to be that there is little oversight of the doctors. My thought is that the hospital is small and they don’t have the policies or procedures to deal with the variety of real world problems that normally occur in a city of 100,000.

Negative experience: My mom came into ICU ($58,000 for 3 not full days just to have a room) the day she was diagnosed with cancer masses in her liver and lung. Her liver was already shut down. We didn't know how long we had with her when we arrived at Aurora. The nurses were very friendly in the ICU. We really appreciate that. I would give them 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐But this review is based off the procedures they made my mom go through. She had just had a CT scan at another hospital ($495)a few hours before, yet they did another one ($4100). Then they said they needed to do a biopsy ($9300+). At this point we didn't have any answers as to how long we had with her or what type of cancer. About 5 minutes after they took her for the biopsy the doctor comes in and tells us the bad news. She had lung cancer that consumed her liver and left lung, on her brain and spine. She only had days to live. Got that info from the CT scan. I asked why the biopsy then if you already know? Because we want to know if it's such and such type. Which really didn't matter one way or another for us or my mom. But for their records, their science, their piece of mind. So I said it's just for the money. She laughed and said not all people are out for the money. I ask you this. Why would you put a dying patient through a procedure that didn't help anyway and gave no other info to the family that would change a thing?!! AND how convenient to give the family the information they were longing to find out FROM the biopsy, so we were impressed to believe, as you wheel her away to do the unnecessary procedure!!! You know we would've said NO to the biopsy with the information you already had!!! My mom almost died just from that procedure. It ended up causing her much more pain than necessary. She would've been better off without it. Are you satisfied with your money? I know that you "have" to milk as much as you can out of the people with your "necessary" list of procedures, it's job security and "hospital protocol". I just wish the medical field wasn't about money vs care. We are seeing so much of that. We the people are not dumb. It's shameful. She passed away 3 days later at home. We got the bill 9 or 10 days after that.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter had her appendix removed today. She went into the hospital emergency entrance at 2 am with severe pain. They diagnosed her quickly and had her in surgery 6 hours later. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurses were friendly, compassionate and professional.

Fantastic experience: Last year my appendix burst and I spent a few nights at Aurora. They were very accommodating and their staff was polite and professional. They did everything they could to make my misery more bearable and every person I dealt with there was kind and helpful. I hope I never have to go there again, but if I do, I know I'm in good hands.
Fantastic experience: My dad had open heart surgery here last fall. so he was in the ICU for 5 days. The doctors, and nurses were so nice. The day he had the surgery a nurse stayed in his room all night just to made sure he was doing okay, so we were very happy with that. Every time one of the nurses came in the room they just smiled, and joked around a bit, and make sure he was comfortable see if the rest of the family is doing okay. I was really happy that my dad went to this hospital, and its the best heart hospital in Green Bay. Thank You!
Fantastic experience: EVERY staff member that we have encountered has been courteous, compassionate, positive, and professional. I cannot say enough about the well designed and attractive facilities - it's very comforting to be in such a non-clinical setting when dealing with all the issues that my mother has faced. She underwent surgery and 6 weeks of followup treatments. The outcome is that there is no further sign of the cancer and she is back to her life as she knew it before all this started. We came here for a second opinion and instantly ABC became our first choice ... well worth the 45 minute drive past several other providers!
Fantastic experience: I suffered a serious neck injury 3 weeks ago today. I was a patient in the hospital for 1 week, 2 of those days in Intensive Care after my rather extensive surgery. I have nothing but the highest praise for the Doctors, Nurses, PA's and CNAs who cared for me while I was completely dependent on them for my care. Further my care when I did become mobile continued to be outstanding. I would highly recommend this hospital for care if a choice is given and will return there if possible for any further medical needs (I live quite a ways from Green Bay and was taken there by ambulance from my local hospital). Also the follow up care and phone calls to check up on me are greatly appreciated. Overall the most positive experience (considering the circumstances) I could have had.
