Our clinic, owned and operated by physical therapists, is located in the Historic Downtown Gresham area at the corner of 3rd and Miller, a short distance away from the library. We specialize in manual therapy based on evidence, as well as exercise and strength training, to help our patients recover quickly, rehabilitate, and prevent injuries. To ensure our therapists are up to date with the latest treatments and clinical excellence, we emphasize continuing education. Our team is prepared to help you on your healing journey.
We are proud to be part of the Gresham area and to have the opportunity to support the local charities and organizations in the area. We are proud to partner with Sno-Cap, Gresham Barlow Educational Foundation, My Father’s House, Meals on Wheels, and the Salvation Army. In addition, we work with local high schools and Mount Hood Community College to provide local students interested in health care professions with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. We also provide our expertise to local teams, such as Reynolds Little League and Gresham Youth Football, to help prevent and treat injuries.
When I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. The facility was well-kept and I was astonished that when I entered I had very limited mobility in my neck and waist, but when I left I could turn my neck and twist my waist with ease. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for relief from pain, professionalism, and kindness.
I feel like they genuinely care about my progress and are doing everything they can to help me. This is my second time receiving physical therapy and the staff are incredible! When Madeline Patton was 13, she was given a frightening diagnosis of scoliosis. The news was too much for the young girl to take in, but she refused to let it stop her and began a physical therapy program, determined not to accept that there was nothing she could do to reduce the curvature of her spine.
Charlie Anderson is an avid fan of the outdoors and takes advantage of all the outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer. Last winter, he had an unfortunate accident while skiing, where a tree got in his way and caused a knee injury. This threw his life off balance, but luckily the professionals at Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy – Athletic Club of Bend were able to help him avoid surgery and get back to skiing before the ski season was over.
After years of dealing with hip pain and pelvic floor discomfort, Karen Garcia started a life-changing physical therapy program. To her surprise, she found out that her two issues, which seemed unrelated, were actually connected. She hopes that by sharing her story, other women will have the same realization that she did.
Savannah Lash had believed that winning the platinum award in a dance competition was out of reach due to her decreasing flexibility and increasing pain. However, after undergoing physical therapy, she was able to acquire the skills necessary to achieve her goals.

Fantastic experience: I've only had two sessions here. The space is clean and bright and centrally-located in Downtown Gresham near plenty of parking. The front desk is friendly and making appointments, even cancelling them, is very pleasant. Folks exercising in the space have a happy vibe to them, also very pleasant. My therapist, Nikki, seems very knowledgeable and I'm looking forward to working with her. (If only the doctors would be so responsive!)

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival I was greeted by staff members who were extremely polite professional and welcoming the environment is very well kept I was amazed at the fact that when I entered I had very little motion and my neck and turning my waist from side to side I walked out of there able to do the both I would recommend this place to anyone who seeks pain relief professionalism along with kindness

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about the staff at this office. After a severe injury to my arm that required surgery, I have had a wonderful recovery experience and am now healing ahead of schedule. Dr. Nicole Holm and Dr. Cecilia Mah are both fantastic and truly care about their clients. The specific exercises they have walked me through have helped me regain function in my arm faster than I ever thought possible. Every week of therapy that I have received I have seen progress in my recovery. I strongly recommend this team if you need to seek physical therapy/healing after an accident or surgery.

My program was about 18 months long because of head injury and surgery and continuing vestigial problems and they worked with me every step--patiently, regularly having to step back and and start exercises again because I wasn't responding. No matter who I worked with, they were encouraging and so educated and never judgmental. This is what I want in PT, plain and simple. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat if I needed to.
Fantastic experience: All staff I worked with were very understanding and relatable! It seemed the more I worked with them the more I discovered other challenges and they incorporated those into my sessions. They taught me several stretching and positioning techniques I can do on my own to help myself and know if I have any challenges, I can go back at anytime. Fantastic experience: I have been in to see John Parr at Therapeutic Associates about 20 times for neck and sciatic pain. John is a very skilled, caring and compassionate Therapist. Every time I left an appointment I felt well cared for and in less pain. Their location is beautiful, clean and easy to find. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I came in for my hamstring and during the initial meeting they discovered that my leg joint was actually out of alignment which was part of the problem. After a few sessions John had me back to 100%. Fantastic experience: The staff at gresham therapeutic associates are amazing, friendly, and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable in the fact that I am getting the treatment I need. I make progress each time I go in, I usually see John or Jessie and they both do an amazing job and listening and understanding the things you need help on. The facility is easy to find, easier to access being on ground level, and very clean. 10/10 recommend this place!
