Fantastic experience: GLEN AND THE STAFF ARE AWESOME!!!!

Fantastic experience: After weeks of discomfort, muscle relaxers, Tylenol, ibuprofen, poor sleep, and missed work my doctor referred me to PT. I hit the jackpot with Glen Akers and his team! Arthritis in my neck + poor posture + a pinched nerve had me miserable. I felt increasingly better with each visit, I would arrive in such discomfort, and then leave an hour later with noticeably less pain. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience going through physical therapy due to an injury and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me through it. The time, care, and attention to detail that all of the staff at the Gresham clinic displayed was nothing short of incredible. Recovering from my injury was difficult, but everyone kept cheering me on and worked together to make sure that I received the best care possible. It was bittersweet when I graduated from PT because I built such strong connections with my Physical Therapist and the rest of the staff. I'm happy that I don't have any more appointments, but I know I'm going to miss working with the folks at Gresham every week. Fantastic experience: Great crew. I have done 34 visits with Michelle or Kevin but I would recommend all of them. I look forward to my appointments and I enjoy working out/exercising in their facility. I am finishing up my last session and I am much stronger now than I was when I started. I have a whole repertoire of exercises that I can incorporate into my routine to keep my knee in shape.

Fantastic experience: The staff at are phenomenal, listening to clients needs, it's a pleasant, happy environment that makes you want to keep your appointments. The office manager that keeps things rolling smoothly and makes appointments is awesome. Barrett worked with me and I cannot say enough about his amazing skill of learning a clients needs and ability in getting to their progress in their treatment.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and her team are rock stars! I suffered two different knee injuries from my 80 lb poodle bowling me over while running with other dogs at the dog park. As an avid hiker, and at nearly 70 yrs old, it looked like my hiking career was over. I went to my doc and told him it looked like it was time to hang up my hiking boots because I just couldn't deal with the pain anymore. Instead, he sent me to Michelle at ProActive Physical Therapy. Now, 2 months later, I'm back on the trail and in training for a 30-mile Wildwood thru hike coming up next year. The knee pain is nearly gone and I'm regaining my strength. Michelle quickly determined that the source of my knee pain was actually weakness in my hips, something the doc never figured out. Their professionalism and enthusiasm in regard to my recovery never wavered and their senses of humor made the medicine go down just a little bit easier. I highly recommend these people! See you in the mountains!

Negative experience: If you are Hispanic and disabled, or have disabilities that are not control don’t give your business to them. They will discriminate against your disability and they will make you feel you are not worthy having. They are in the healthcare industry and they should definitely know a little more about certain things. What happened ———At first they cancel my appointment at the last minute the first time. I completely understood because we all have a life, that includes staff and doctors…… etc……. I know that things will come up, or people will get sick, which I was ok and I didn’t complain or anything. I never requested to see any other doctor/therapist. When the receptionist/representative call me from Proactive Physical Therapy to cancel my appointment she never mentioned to me. That if any appointments need it to be canceled I just need to call 3 days in advance. When my appointment was which they did a last minute cancelation, they gave me a new but I had to wait 2-3 weeks until being seen. I didn’t complain at all. The first appointment came and I had to reschedule it. I get migraines, cluster headaches and seizures, they are not completely controlled yet unfortunately and they’ve not been for years. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to a cluster migraine plus my personal support worker was out of town. I was feeling horrible and I just couldn’t go. In the summer my migraines come more often unfortunately and it can trigger other health problems. The heat makes me feel horrible and when I get a migraine or cluster headache it triggers other health problems, which I am more afraid of getting more seizures than the amount that I usually get . I made it to my first appointment June 17 the doctor/therapist was nice. The receptionist at the beginning they were ok, the customer service wasn’t the best. I filled out some information, wrote down health problems after that receptionist just told me fill out the sign and date, which I did. While at the front office, the receptionists never mention anything about the 3 day policy. My husband was also a witness of that. After seeing the therapist, she walked me outside to schedule future appointments. The Kios wasn’t working there was no receptionist in the front office and we kept waiting for a few minutes. The Therapist had to go get a receptionist to help me schedule my appointments. We schedule the appointments that week, again she never mention the 3 day policy, I said thank and walked to find my ride. Unfortunately I had to schedule the next appointment that I had on June 21 had a migraine. On the no show appointment my kids had passed the flu to me and which it cause me to get the flu plus migraines, also over the weekend I had a seizure. I called on June 25 day right at 10:00 am asking to be seen another day but same week. I was trying to explain the situation. The receptionist basically said it was not her problem they have their own policies and they have to follow them. That is when she mention to me the 3 day in advance policy to me. I explained to her, that I understand that me being disable is not her fault, problem. I mention to her I wrote down my health problems and because they are obviously not control and she said well I don’t have the time to schedule any appointments for you. I requested to talk to the manager she left the message and same thing. I’m tired of people being so rude and disrespectful, they discriminate against people with disability. They make them feel they are not worthy of being treated like any other person just because they have a disability. I will be reporting the business and uploading the voice message as evidence. And please take your business somewhere else if your health is not completely controlled.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was always cheery, positive and helpful. She was a good listener when I had challenges….and gave good feedback when 1’d make progress. Overall a great experience with her and the other staff!

Fantastic experience: My husband had his first appt. With Glen today. First the front desk receptionist is awesome so helpful kind and really knows what she’s doing. She needs a raise. Second Glen was awesome so through and really on top of things. Excited that my husband with have great improvements in mobility. My husband said he liked the information that Glen gave him and that he was easy to follow and understand. Nice to see people who take pride in their work.

Fantastic experience: I had some knee stiffness and dealt with pain when I walked. The staff has taking the pain down from a seven out of 10 to a two. Dr. Glen and his assistants are very caring and educated. They offer a ton of quality training and very efficient recovery exercises. I'll be going back soon for more therapy to crunch the pain down to as little as possible. I'd definitely recommend them for their understanding and kindness.

Fantastic experience: From the time that I called and set up my appointment, to the end of my sessions, the staff was very caring, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. My Therapist was Kevin. I really appreciate how Kevin would explain things thoroughly and then show me how the therapy was going to be performed. If I had questions ( … I usually do!), he would thoroughly explain. I appreciate that in my situation, they were able to accommodate me very quickly. I have already recommended ProActive to several people. I will definitely use them again in the future, if something arises. Thank you ProActive!!!

Fantastic experience: ProActive is an excellent physical therapy provider. They take time to create a specified therapy plan for whatever injury/ailment one has. Within weeks they had fixed my issue and also gave me the knowhow to continue rehabilitation at home. I highly recommend ProActive to anyone with physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: This is my second P.T. here at the Gresham facility. One for my knee surgery and was given fantastic help to get me to walking. They are a very sincere and fun group to work with. Then about 2 years later I got a sciatic nerve and went to the same place and they took care of that for me. I have got such good care there and their specialists there know what they are doing, when you follow their instructions. Thank you ProActive P.T.S.

Fantastic experience: I am a HUGE fan of this physical therapy center, and I will highly recommend it to anyone I know in need of such services! My previous experience with physical therapy was that they just rattled off the standard exercises from a print off then gave you a rubber band and called it good. This place is far better than that! The staff here works with you and constantly adapts their training exercises to help you achieve your goals. They get to know you on a first name basis and are genuinely interested in your physical well being and getting you to lead a happy active life again. I truly can't say enough great things about this business and the service I am receiving here. My injury has been a nightmare of doctors who just give me standard replies I could have Googled just as easily, office people who could care less if my fax never makes it anywhere, and generally disinterested nurses who think I'm just some sheep to be herded around. Coming to Pro Active Ortho has been a refreshing experience! Oh yeah, and they will send things via email if you ask! Why this is a plus for the medical industry in the year 2013 is just sad.. but Pro Active Ortho & Sports doesn't do lame excuses like the rest of the limping industry. They genuinely will do what it takes to work with you, and the rest of the industry could learn a thing or 600 from this excellent team! If you need somewhere to go, stop looking. This is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience I had working with Glen at ProActive, and how grateful I am for my life-changing physical therapy with him! After a car accident three years ago I had a nerve injury affecting my right arm and hand that made ridiculously simple tasks (holding a tea cup, spoon feeding my baby, hanging up clothes...) painful and difficult. I tried many rounds of physical therapy at other offices, and it always became something I dreaded because it was painful, boring, and frustrating. After having surgery this fall I completed my post-op rehab with Glen, and what a refreshing experience! I always looked forward to coming into office- everyone is so friendly, warm, and funny that I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Glen really took my personality into account when designing my therapy, and he made things so fun. (He invented "Body Ball", where we got to throw balls at each other for points! BEST PT EVER!!!) Having therapy that I enjoyed kept me motivated, and the exercises were always challenging but accessible, so I could feel proud of what I'd accomplished rather than defeated. I really trusted Glen and always felt comfortable telling him if something was too hard or if it just didn't work for me. After just 3 months of therapy my surgeon was astonished by how much progress I'd made, and so was I! Many of the things that I thought were impossible (working out, holding/carrying my son, driving) are a part of my life again with Glen's help. I was actually disappointed when my therapy was over because I miss all my pals at Proactive! Again, I am so grateful for Glen's ability to bring joy and humor to a very challenging part of my life. You guys are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: After struggling for a few years with jaw pain and very limited functionality, I was diagnosed with TMD by a specialist. The "gapping" exercises at home helped very little so my doctor suggested physical therapy at Proactive. Wow! From the very first appointment I could tell things were going to improve. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and quickly recognized that my jaw pain was connected to neck and shoulder issues. After 2 months of weekly therapy and home exercises to stretch and strengthen these integrated muscles/joints, I have zero jaw pain and I have normal range opening my mouth! Thank you Glen and Kyza!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to ProActive Physical Therapy Specialist by my medical provider, with Kaiser Permanente. I had Greater Trochanteric bursitis of my right hip. 1st of all, one can choose a clinic closer to where you live. I had positive results within 2 weeks of appointments going 2X/week. My Physical therapist, Glen, promptly diagnosed which specific muscles needed strengthening and provided me copies of those home exercises to practice. The following week I had Emily, a Physical therapy assistant, who added additional exercises to further strengthen my muscles. Within 2 weeks of therapy, I was feeling close to my normal. I highly recommend these PT clinics for their expertise and availability of appointments to support healing quickly.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with this team. Started out in agony and ended up feeling 100% after just a few short weeks. Highly recommend them. I hope to never see them again (haha), but I will always be thankful for their care and attention when I really needed it.

Fantastic experience: The ProActivePT (Palmdale) team provided excellent therapy to me in rehab from a full knee replacement. David, Andrea and the team know how to provide excellent physical therapy based on each individual's needs in a professional and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: Proactive is great. I've had 4 surgeries on my shoulders. The reason I won't have a fifth surgery is because of physical therapy. Communicate, give it your all, and work at home; you will get better. I am fully convinced that a physical therapist is just as crucial as a surgeon (when necessary). I have made my rounds with everyone there. Everyone is the absolute best and I consider a friend.

Fantastic experience: After several months of minimally successful “virtual “ physical therapy following a ski injury, I was referred to Proactive in July. I worked with Sam Nicholas and he was excellent. Not only Sam, but every member of the team, was responsive to my goals and concerns. It is now November 2, and I am looking forward to the new ski season !

Fantastic experience: Before I went, I couldn't walk for 20 minutes without sharp knee pain. After a few months, I can jog a mile and walk 4+ miles, and my knee is no longer the limiting factor. They were friendly and flexible with my schedule. My knee was a problem for years and we solved it quickly, my only regret is that I didn't go in sooner.

Fantastic experience: Glen is a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. I had an injury to my foot. He took great care of me and I'm back exercising in my step class. The whole staff at Proactive is friendly and caring.

Fantastic experience: I started going to ProActive with chronic knee pain and six weeks later I gained the strength to continue with my daily activities pain free. The at-home exercises were not extremely time consuming and my therapist modified them based on my progression and pain I was still experiencing throughout the week. I feel like I left with the knowledge to manage future issues that may arise from leading an active lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I had a knee replacement in May & my surgeon sent me to Proactive Therapy for help with recovery. All the therapists & helpers offered help & guidance with 1. making sure I understood why we were doing each activity 2.How to do each of the exercises correctly 3. Offering written guidelines for each exercise 4. Always checking to see improvements & asking me if any of the activities gave me pain or problems when I did them.. If yes new guidelines were offered. Their constant care & concern for my improvement was very comforting & encouraging. I work retail & can now work my 7 hr shift & still walk my dog for up to 2 miles each day. I highly recommend Proactive Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy work.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff in Gresham was professional and friendly at every visit. Sam and Emily were my therapists and I cannot praise them high enough. I came in for therapy for a compression fracture of my L3 vertebrae barely able to hobble about and left in very good shape a few months later. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had serious jaw issues, popping, clicking, very painful. A whole year went by, getting a night guard, which made it worse, dentist saying to keep wearing the night guard and take ibuprofen!! Eventually went to Oral surgeon, he also said to keep wearing night guard but after 6 months I couldn’t open jaw to eat and then he referred me to a Dentist who has experience with jaws, TMD. Made an appt and she told me about Proactive PT specialist, Glen Akers worked on my jaw and gave excersises to do at home and after 2 months im able to eat again, open my jaw almost normally and it feels so much better!! I was actually giving up hope, never thought PT could help with such jaw troubles & pain!! Very excited to go back to the dentist and finally get cavities filled!! I’m ever so thankful for Proactive, all the staff are very friendly!! Thank you again Glenn !!!

Fantastic experience: This team is amazing! The Gresham location has helped me with two separate injuries. They also treated my daughter. I hope I don't need them again but there's no one I'd trust more with my recovery than this team.

Fantastic experience: The Proactive Gresham team is absolutely amazing, special shout out to Emily, Sam, Mary, Mikaela and Conner. The care I recieved was always just the best and everyone made sure my concerns were heard and that I was comfortable. I was a little nervous having to go outside of my insurance program for care but it was so seamless and easy. Though I'm glad to be healed up and graduated I will miss seeing everyone and getting the weekly heat therapy on my back . Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: I ruptured my quadricep tendon in December of 2019 had surgery February 28 2020 about six weeks or so after surgery I was sent to proactive physical therapy on Stark in Gresham to begin my recovery for my quadricep tendon. Glen and the rest of the staff at this location are awesome. They listen to the people they are there to help and they will adjust the treatment as necessary to better benefit the individual undergoing treatment. I had no problem getting up every day I was supposed to and going to physical therapy with Glenn, Bobby, Emily, Jennifer and Trina is awesome at the front desk. If I was to put it in a short sentence I would say; if you are allowed to pick your own physical therapist I encourage you to go see Glenn at proactive physical therapy and he will get you set up and taking care of. You won't regret the choice to go and see them for your physical therapy. Since I have finished my physical therapy at Glenn's location I have been moved to another proactive at the Gateway Shopping Center and I do have to say all the people there are just as awesome as the people are at the Gresham Clinic. So please choose proactive physical therapy for your therapy they have many locations and I believe even though I've only experienced two of them each location you will have an equally awesome recovery. The few owner partners proactive have done a great job new finding excellent employees and placing excellent people in positions of director for each Clinic.

Fantastic experience: ProActive Physical Therapy helped soooo much with my issues, using targeted exercises and heat. Before I started therapy, I wouldn't have believed they'd do me any good. My therapists are the best, they are knowledgable, capable, and friendly. I highly recommend their business.

Fantastic experience: I love this therapy office. I was referred here years ago following back surgery. Their care was wonderful at that time. Recently I needed therapy following a broken thumb, I asked my doctor for a referral to come back here. Again they were really good. I have been to other therapy places, but have not felt the care like I do here. Glen and his staff are attentive, caring, and provide high quality care. I won’t go anywhere else. They are also very good at keeping a very clean and sanitized office as we go through this pandemic. They don’t let things slip by when it comes to covid safety. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The only thing I can say is.....check them out.

Fantastic experience: WOW! This place is truly amazing. All of the staff was genuine and friendly. This was such a great environment for me to do my rehab therapy at and I would recommend it to anyone. Each session was specifically designed to give me the maximum therapeudic outcome for my recovery. They listen to you and pay attention to what you need. They were always willing and able to cater each session to my specific needs. I went to ProActive in Gresham due to a neck injury caused by a motor vehicle accident and by the time I finished therapy there 2 1/2 months later I was almost back to my normal self. Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more pleased with the treatments and care I received from P.T. Glen Akers and his staff at the Gresham ProActive Physical Therapy location. I found a professionally trained staff who really listen and encouraged me on my journey to getting better. After the first few visits, it felt like I was visiting with family and looked forward to my twice weekly appointments! I was always glad to see Trina Mitchell at the front desk to take my temperature and make my appointments. Since my visits were during the Covid-19 pandemic, I was impressed with each team member wearing masks and the measures that were taken to ensure all surfaces and equipment was constantly sanitized. Conner Roberts really had a plan to clean and identify all treatment areas as to if sanitized or not, and often assisted other staff on setting up equipment as required. As well as receiving treatments from Glen, often Emily Kostrba was my P.T. The handoff of my treatments was seamless between Glen and Emily. Each time after carefully listening to how I felt each day, they tailored my treatments to advance my progress and left detailed notes to assist each other for my next treatment. Fantastic experience: I just completed 4 months of therapy for a tibial plateau fracture and am extremely happy with the the treatment that I received. Glen, Emily, and the entire staff, are extremely competent; and they're all very nice people, as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Clients and Staff not wearing masks. My partner was treated rudely when she mentioned it to the receptionist. We had to leave without having her appointment for fear of our health. These people do not take covid 19 seriously. I would expect better from a medical facility. If you want to get sick and be talked down to, this is the PT place for you.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. The staff did a terrible job enforcing their mask policy. One woman came in with her mask pulled down under her nose, and another man came in to use the restroom with no mask at all. This is a very small office, and as someone with lots of medical issues who is at high risk for Covid19, this was very concerning. When I approached the desk with my concerns, the large blonde lady working also had her mask pulled down- she told me that she had a doctor's note and that I was wrong and the other people were wearing masks. First of all, we are in the midst of a pandemic and if you are unable to wear a mask you should not be working. Secondly, it's a small office and my vision is just fine... Neither of the other customers were wearing masks and both walked right by me multiple times. Staff was very unpleasant and rude, incredibly unprofessional and I really cannot belive that this place is still in business. There are a ton of other physical therapists out there, choose one of them.

Fantastic experience: Camille at the front desk was friendly and professional. I worked with Kali primarily and Emily. Both were professional, friendly and very caring. Without them I would not have come so far. Thank you to all! I will recommend patients here if needed.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I was initially skeptical about physical therapy, and didn't think it could really help me. But I went to all my appointments, and I did what they told me. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, and you know what? I got better in just a few short weeks. The massages and heat packs were unexpected and really great. I recommend that if you need any kind of physical therapy, this is a great little group of folks who really care and do a great job; conveniently located across the street from the Albertson's on Stark near Kane.

Fantastic experience: Results!!! These folks are the best! Friendly and caring for you as a whole patient. After my series of sessions, my knee injury is almost unnoticeable. They know the little details of how to help you heal! They teach you, you do the work. Scheduling is easy and prompt. If you have treatment at Proactive, you will come out a better person!

Negative experience: After I saw the response my review got, I have to give this an even lower rating. My surgeon actually gave me SEVERAL options that would accept my insurance. But I stuck with your office. Big mistake. So unprofessional. Your comment proves that. I can add a lot more that I experienced but I chose not to initially. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wasted weeks of my insurance paying for appointments with guys who had no idea what I should be doing. Gossiped about other patients. What a joke.

Fantastic experience: I have been to two proactive locations and the gresham location is amazing. Glen and his crew know how to help ke get better and back to work. The other location i did always the same exercises. So glad i went to gresham and after 8 weeks after surgery and now at 11 weeks im back to work finally because of Glen. I was out of work for almost a year and half. So if anyone wants a great PT clinic go to thos location.

Everyone there is caring, patient, understanding and focused on your recovery. Especially my Physical Therapists Alissa Cameron and now Glen Akers. They have educated and empowered the function of my hand, through specific daily home exercise instructions, elimination of scar tissue, and measuring dexterity, strength and resilience. Fantastic experience: I worked with Glen and Tyler at ProActive and I cannot understate the amount of relief that they helped me achieve. I have scoliosis and have been living with constant back pain since I was 11 years old. I’ve tried chiropractors, stretching, yoga, flotation tanks, massage, and even PT before and those things either didn’t help at all or helped for one day and then my pain came back. I started experiencing a new back pain symptom so my doctor referred me to ProActive. When I got there, Glen did my initial assessment and I felt like he was truly listening to me and my story and he came up with a treatment plan. After just two or three sessions I was COMPLETELY pain free! I couldn’t believe it! I had really resigned myself to the fact that I was going to be living with this pain forever and now I know that it’s possible to have relief from it. While I still have set backs (like if I have to stand for long periods of time), my back hurts less than it did before during those instances and I now have the tools to help relieve my symptoms. Working with Glen and Tyler has been absolutely life changing for me and I wish I could give them a million stars.

Fantastic experience: I went to this place after a vehicle accident. I was having trouble with my back and neck. I could barely walk or stand for more than 10-15 minutes at a time, and my neck and arm were so jacked up, I couldn't type or lift anything. They really helped me get back on track, even touching base with me one more time after my insurance company refused to pay for more therapy. The people there are incredibly nice, welcoming, and understanding. They listened to my complaints and really tailored my exercises to what I was and was not able to do. They are quite knowledgeable, and explained to me the exercises I learned from them thoroughly. They made sure to verify I was isolating the correct muscles during my exercises and gave me suggestions on how to modify the exercises based on pain and/or ability. I came away from the experience with a much better understanding of my pain, where the issues actually were, and how to strengthen my problem areas on my own once therapy was completed. For context, I've gone to PT before, and even learned some of the same exercises that ProActive Physical Therapy showed me, but I was never doing them right. They also provide resistance bands free of charge unlike other places I have been to. I even received a free T-shirt upon "graduation"! I was also able to get right in within days of calling, unlike my HMO--which would have taken well over 2 months for my evaluation. I highly recommend ProActive Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT. They're amazing!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, Proactive was recommended to me by one of the surgeons after a disappointment with another service. Both Chelsea Kroster and Glen Ackers were great to work with. Going though PT with Glen after planter fasciitis surgery with good results, I came back when I had a second shoulder surgery. Chelsea was great to work with. She brought me along at a good pace with very little discomfort and pain, unlike a past experience. The staff at Proactive is very knowledgeable, giving you great personal service, and are pleasure to work with. They guided me through the PT process to an excellent result, on the time line we discussed up front and along the way. This is by far one of the best PT experiences I have ever had, having been through 4 different surgeries.

Fantastic experience: I just finished up ten weeks of physical therapy following up a total hip replacement. The therapy was instrumental in my recovery. Everyone there was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I would highly recommend Proactive Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came in with IT Band symptoms and had a hiking trip planned for six weeks out. Chelsea helped me progress from barely being able to walk around the block to walking more than 20 miles the week of my trip. She was knowledgeable, took my concerns seriously, and helped me reach my short term goal. I’m still having some lesser symptoms and I’m confident Chelsea will help me continue to improve, regaining my original strength and endurance — and surpassing it.

Fantastic experience: Glen & his team were great. His use of Astym therapy on my achellies achieved better results than I expected. It hurt like crazy while he did it, but the results were immediate and considerable.

Fantastic experience: Proactive, Gresham, is a healing center that is professional, uplifting and just plain fun. I am 74 years old, and I am made to feel comfortable, challenged, and uplifted by the entire staff, including friendly, efficiencent receptionists. Owner Glen, sets a fast paced environment with an infectious "can do" attitude. I have never experienced such amazing therapy before. Consider yourself fortunate if you become a patient there. The atmosphere is that of one big happy family.

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed since my first phone call from this office following up a referral from my primary care Dr. The front desk team is very polite and professional. They handled everything accurately with which one of my insurance companies (Auto) was responsible for bills, unlike another office I dealt with. They were busy checking in many patients but treated each as very important and communicated well. I was evaluated and accessed for my injuries today. Glen was very competent, thorough and patient. I feel he's right on track with what exercises I need to get me back on track. It's a pleasure to see a smooth running office that handles its patients with dignity.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 surgeries this year alone and within 6 months of each other (different parts of the body) and with each recovery I was so nervous, but going and seeing Taylor and Jenny and even Alissa once they never ever made me feel like I couldn't do something, they always gave great advice and we're there to help never felt like they didn't care about me or anything, im in the middle of pt for my second surgery and I'm coming out more and more confident after each visit, I highly recommend this place great staff all around and especially Molly at the front desk she's wondeful!!! Hope no more surgeries for me lol but if I ever need physically therapy I'm coming back here!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my orthopedic specialist after dislocating my shoulder and have had nothing short of an amazing experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly and personable, and they worked with me at my pace as my shoulder recovered back to full stability, strength, and endurance. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience I had working with Glen at ProActive, and how grateful I am for my life-changing physical therapy with him! After a car accident three years ago I had a nerve injury affecting my right arm and hand that made ridiculously simple tasks (holding a tea cup, spoon feeding my baby, hanging up clothes...) painful and difficult. I tried many rounds of physical therapy at other offices, and it always became something I dreaded because it was painful, boring, and frustrating. After having surgery this fall I completed my post-op rehab with Glen, and what a refreshing experience! I always looked forward to coming into office- everyone is so friendly, warm, and funny that I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Glen really took my personality into account when designing my therapy, and he made things so fun. (He invented "Body Ball", where we got to throw balls at each other for points! BEST PT EVER!!!) Having therapy that I enjoyed kept me motivated, and the exercises were always challenging but accessible, so I could feel proud of what I'd accomplished rather than defeated. I really trusted Glen and always felt comfortable telling him if something was too hard or if it just didn't work for me. After just 3 months of therapy my surgeon was astonished by how much progress I'd made, and so was I! Many of the things that I thought were impossible (working out, holding/carrying my son, driving) are a part of my life again with Glen's help. I was actually disappointed when my therapy was over because I miss all my pals at Proactive! Again, I am so grateful for Glen's ability to bring joy and humor to a very challenging part of my life. You guys are the best!!!
