Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years due to a work injury. I have also been seen fir a motor vehicle accident. While I'm not fully healed from my work injuries I can tell you that when you are seen by any of the physical therapists you will get more then recovery and continued ability to move. You will be welcomed with compassion, humor, love, acceptance, understanding, friendship and so much more. They truly approach there patients in a holistic manner. I will forever recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy. No one will be disappointed with there capabilities.

Fantastic experience: Cascade PT is the best physical therapy for me. They are a great team-friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I usually see Liz but they are all great. Liz always finds the tight spots and resolves the them using a variety of standard and innovative techniques. I have several old injuries that flare up; Cascade PT makes it possible for me to stay active and do the things I want to do. I highly highly recommend Cascade PT. I won’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Cascade PT is the only place I’ll consider for my PT needs. I’ve had many injuries over the years and so grateful my doctor first referred me here. I’ve seen almost all the PT’s and they are beyond excellent. Additionally the staff are empathetic and so sweet. Big shout out to Liz (co-owner and PT) whose approach to healing is refreshing. I’m a bigger bodied person and Liz has a beautiful unique lens that differs from our typical fat-shaming American medical model. I’ve felt empowered and encouraged every time I’ve left her office because of the way she reframes body strength, image, health and healing. If you are looking in the reviews for a place to get holistic PT… this is it. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Warm and welcoming staff at CPT. Great help and informative Doctors of Physical Therapy helping me to reduce my aches and pains. And they gave me the necessary techniques to use when not at the clinic. And they have always helped me know how to better help myself while on the job or at home to reduce pain and prevent injury.

Fantastic experience: Kind, caring and professional. C.P.T. helped me with my lower back and leg pain. They discovered the problem areas quickly and treated them and then gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to keep the pain away.

Fantastic experience: This is not the first time I have used Cascade PT. They use the ASTYM method for healing that I can no longer find at Kaiser. The "frosting on the cake" is how kind everyone there is!!! I'm extremely happy with Cascade!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my therapist, Liz Reynolds. I started having low back problems earlier this year. Initially, my doctor referred me to the PT group in my medical clinic. The therapist was lovely but the therapy didn't help my worsening pain, which after having an MRI turned out to be a herniated disc extruding into my S1 nerve space. The sciatica progressed and, despite multiple unsuccessful interventions, led to a microdiscectomy surgery last month. I decided to try this clinic after my specialty doctor suggested a clinic with gym facilities so I could maintain some level of fitness (I'm also a member of Cascade Athletic Center). Prior to the surgery, Liz helped me with simple exercises to at least find temporary relief when I could barely function. Now that I am recovering, she is helping me with stretching and strengthening exercises. Her specific expertise with back injuries has been most helpful, plus I appreciate her honest advice about taking it slowly as I return to my usual high level of activity. I've worked with PT's both professionally and as a client and she is definitely top notch!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my physical concerns, even showing me in a book how things work and giving great instruction with a printout of the stretches I should be doing and how they are done. Very accommodating since I work 4 jobs they were still able to work me in and when I just showed up in pain Shaena was able to get Sara to tape me so that I could walk without pain. Fantastic experience: I am what you might call a "Frequent Flyer". I have been a patient here since 2011 for various parts of my body. The staff here has always taken great care of me and I made my recoveries more bearable. They have been very supportive through many aspects of my life, not only my physical therapy. They are diligent on keeping up with their training and very knowledgeable about the latest techniques to make things better for their patients. I know that I will need more physical therapy in the future and I know that I will be back. I can honestly say that I look forward to seeing them again. Who can say that about going through pain? Lol.

Fantastic experience: I had siatic scoliosis and was crooked. Doctors said I'd be fine in a few weeks and dismissed me I went to them after my hospitals physical therapist has me scheduled 4 weeks out. They got me in 3 days later and new exactly what was wrong and had me fixed up in a month. Very knowledgeable team and pleasant to work with.

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy place in the whole Northwest! They have a very friendly staff and there is almost no wait time every time I come in. They do really amazing work here helping people recover from all sorts of accidents. They answered all our questions and were great with demonstrating exercises, offering modifications, and providing printouts for the home exercises. Fantastic experience: Liz and Sarah are awesome! I had a bad flare up in April from an old back injury about 10 years ago. At my doctor’s recommendation, I went to Cascade and Liz/Sarah had me completely pain free after only two sessions. Still no pain even now after a few weeks have passed. These folks know what they are doing and take excellent care of their patients!

Fantastic experience: Cascade Physical Therapy is a collection of people who are great at their jobs while being genuinely amazing human beings I've been going to Cascade Physical Therapy for about 4 months and quite literally everything I've experienced has been positive. Not even a semblance of negativity to speak of. Seriously, I can't even think of the most pedantic thing to be critical about. I have yet to even have a wait time that exceeded 5 or so minutes. Each time you walk into Cascade Physical Therapy, you are exuberantly greeted by one of the great, cheerful, professional receptionists at the front desk. And often you won't even have time to sit in the waiting room. Which by the way, has chairs that are actually very comfortable/supportive. I can only review the two physical therapists that I have had the pleasure of working with, Liz Reynolds and Mark Beutler. Both of which are absolutely FANTASTIC at their jobs and erudite when it comes to physical therapy but more importantly are genuinely amazing people. I have had about 5 other physical therapists in my lifetime, who are great people in their own right, but none of which were as good as Liz and Mark are in making you forget you are currently engaged in a physical therapy session. Being personable is virtually a requirement for a physical therapist since they spend upwards of an hour at a time, often multiple times a week, with many different people. But saying Liz and Mark are personable would be putting it mildly. All in all, if you are recommended by a medical physician to go to Cascade Physical Therapy, there is an unequivocal reason for it. If you need physical therapy and have the option of choosing the physical therapy center you attend, I would definitely recommend Cascade Physical Therapy to you.
