I went in to his office not being able to walk on my own, an hour after being there I was able to walk on my own to the car and now about 36 hours later I'm able function with daily tasks and I'm no where near in as much pain as I was b4 coming in.. and the fact that the doc took time to personally contact me the next day to see how I was doing! it was appreciate greatly

Fantastic experience: If I could rate any higher than 5 stars I would. My daughter has struggled with worsening back pain for over a year. We saw her PCP and a specialist and were told there is nothing wrong with her, and we were feeling frustrated. We found Dr. Bratten and from the very beginning we felt like we were exactly where we needed to be. Dr. Bratten is a master of his craft, listens intently, and cares about his patients. We have had a phenomenal experience every time we have been in, which has been a lot!! Elena and Liana are fantastic as well, they run a very well oiled machine and we drive from Vancouver just to see them! Well worth the drive and my daughter is finally seeing some relief!!

I have had the need for adjustments off and on for many years. my parents were very much in favor of the natural methods in giving the body every possible chance (rather than taking meds) etc. Also, I have inherited my father's longer back , so when problems arise (from lifting wrong, etc.) I know exactly were to go for help......DR BRATTEN!!! Fantastic experience: I have had great success working with Dr. Bratten to alleviate general numbness in my hands and feet and a sore neck. He took a holistic approach to my treatment and explained all the things that could be causing these symptoms including diet, exercise, stretching, sleeping style, toxins in foot, and getting a proper adjustment. My symptoms are entirely gone now and I appreciate all the help and support from Dr. Bratten to correct these issues I’ve been having.

I had been having knee problems for a while and it eventually got in the way of my work, I had visited other places but it didn't fix my problem. But after visiting here, Doctor Bratten quickly found the cause of my knee problems and now I can get back to work. I always enjoy my visits, everyone is so welcoming and professional.

Positive experience: It was my first experience with the chiropractor and it wasn't bad. I really wish they were able to adjust my neck all the way but he said it was a little too stiff on one side and he wasn't able to get it all aside. That was all right time.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. They will not adjust your back and do everything that THEY CAN in the first visit you see them. They will do next to nothing and rush to schedule your next visit. And lord be ready for that. They are very pushy for you to make that appointment right then and there, and if you do not be ready for them to use any mean to contact you (call,text,email,facebook). And very frequently at that. Save your money and time and find a better place that will actually do what they're suppose to.

Fantastic experience: Great place, wonderful people and fantastic treatment for the price! I was given the whole shebang and left with a bag of candy a snack and a smile in my face! They sat and talked about my history, then took me over to get vitals and talk some more. Did x rays Then took me to get the electrode therapy. After 10 min of that they did some kind of healing crystal healing Ultrasound. Then I got a full adjustment and off i went. Amazing place.

Negative experience: Mr Bratten's office insisted that I provide my Social Security Number as a new patient. When I explained that this was a "big security risk, and prohibited by law," Mr. Bratten lied to me; indicating that he was required to collect my SSN by the National Chiropractic Board. Beware, This person has a data base of every clients name, birth date, address, and SSN. There is no way that I am going to contribute to a business practitioner that lies and puts his customers at risk of identity theft. BEWARE!

Negative experience: I went for their free appointment. I felt comfortable with the doctor until I had to check out. They said that the doctor wanted to see me the next day. Told them I couldn't because I had to work. They said they could write me a note. I said no thank you. Everytime they gave me a time for the next week I said I was busy. I was able to make a appointment that fit my time. I thought about and do not want to go to someone who will not listen to me. I never went back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bratten is a great Chiropractor! I have seen multiple chiropractors in the past, but after coming here I must say I will not go anywhere else for my treatments. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of getting each person he treats back to great health! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get back to great health.

Fantastic experience: Great, individualized customer service, AND great results!

Negative experience: This is a McDonald's style practice; in and out as quick as possible. Between a Monday and Wednesday of the same week, the Dr. often did not remember what I was being treated for or what treatments I had received in his office previously. Treatments were not targeted for my injuries, the Dr. frequently dismissed my complaints and symptoms and performed the same exact adjustment at every appointment, leaving the issues unaddressed. He diagnosed conditions that I do not have, and caused me new injuries with his "treatments." They add on plenty of small, ineffective "therapies" as they call them, though they are performed incorrectly, it gives them more to bill insurance for. There was no specific treatment plan when I came to this clinic, and when I requested my progress be checked I was dismissed and told to come in more. Although getting an appointment is easy, rescheduling or cancelling is not. On eight occasions I received reminder calls for appointments I had cancelled, rescheduled, or never made in the first place. When I would tell them that I had rescheduled or I never made an appointment, the staff bickered with me insisting I had an appointment without checking their records to see that I had indeed rescheduled. I would reschedule an appointment at 1 pm on Monday, and the following Tuesday I would get a reminder call for the appointment I had changed, on a consistent basis. If I cancelled an appointment, the office staff ALWAYS used guilt and said things such as "are you sure you have to cancel? Can't you come in today instead?" with sighs and baby voices. I was treated at this clinic for six months, and my condition was either stagnant or sometimes worsened. After seeking treatment at a different clinic, my injuries have almost disappeared within 3 weeks. I highly discourage anyone from seeking treatment here.
