Services and Treatments
Lehigh Valley Hospital–17th Street: Reviews
Positive experience: I was here for rehabilitation after a knee replacement. Not a great experience. Some nurses were awesome. Other times.... missing meds, late meds, (once almost 4 hours) pain meds sometimes 2 hrs after I asked for them. Ice packs asked for and forgotten, had to ask again. 2 hours sometimes for those. Yes, I do realize the nurses are extremely busy...it's hard when you ask for pain meds and don't get them until you're in screaming pain. 8 and 9:00 am meds come almost 4 hours late then you're taking a crap load of meds all at once, not to mention it was almost time for the second dose of some. (I don't like to keep pushing the call button) A few times PT or OT I couldn't do because of getting meds late or scheduled too close together. I appreciated everything the nurses did for me, just the bad experiences were hard. I did end up having 3 anxiety attacks, those set me back. The Dr did address the issues and straighten them out the last couple of days. I asked to go home, it was taking a toll on me. Again, I do understand the pressure the nurses are under, but that all stopped when the new nurses came in. The kitchen staff are very accommodating. This was my second time there. The first time was somewhat better.
Negative experience: Like some others, lack of English skills, "Serious" lack of help and lack of keeping up time for pain medications are their major downfalls. I am a strong cognizant man only there to learn to walk again after a major surgery. If I had a loved one of lesser caliber than me, I would be scared for them. Day 1 for me I had the diahriah and I pushed my call bell and waited 45 minutes for help. If that's how you want you or your loved one treated, you can get that here.
We apologize for the difficulties you encountered during your stay, and we take your feedback seriously. Ensuring timely and effective care is our priority, and we're committed to improving. Please reach out to us at lvhn.org/contact so we can discuss your experience further.
Negative experience: I went to emergency room today ,I now understand why people would rather take there chance dying at home then going to the hospital.
We deeply regret that your visit did not meet your expectations. For us to address your concerns, please contact us at lvhn.org/contact so we can assist you further.
Negative experience: Would not reccomend this hospital if your American. Barely anybody speaks English, the staff is rude and pushy, and they have absolutely no concept of time. Use LVHN for all my medical needs, only came here because cedar crest didn't have any available appointments. This hospital is disgusting in comparison to Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest.
We regret that your visit did not meet your expectations. Our team is committed to improving patient experiences, and we take your feedback seriously. Please reach out at lvhn.org/contact to help us resolve the issues you raised.

Gracias Dr DeRose, gracias, muchas gracias. EXCELENTE CIRUJANO!!!

Negative experience: Disgusting staff who like to claim child abuse way to much and destroy families and medically kidnap children.
Negative experience: Ever since my father committed suicide in April 26, 2017 at the age of 60, a proud marine, who battled with Depression, PSTD, and anxiety, I started to struggle severely having anxiety & debilitating panic attacks. It worsened when my uncle passed away 3 weeks later at 63 unexpectedly. A year later, my grandfather, then my grandmother, and being a faith based community activist in the Lehigh valley for over 16 years (TAKEOVER MINISTRIES) i dealt with all sorts of trauma. You can google my name and you’ll see how much I’ve invested into my community. My former primary Dr decided to have the 17th street Psychiatric dept handle my med mgmt. During my very first visit I met with CRNP JANE E. EWUZIE. She was extremely unprofessional. She’d talk over me, she also has an EXTREMELY thick accent and being a proud Latino I have relatives who have accents as well, but MRS EWUZIE’S was really difficult to understand so when I’d ask her to please repeat herself she became very rude and condescending. She’d Say angrily “What do you mean you don’t understand? I’m speaking English!” And kept repeating it each time id ask her to repeat something. At this point I started to get anxious and asked to leave. She refused to let me leave at first saying “We need to finish this” and again I said no, I would like anyone else to help but you. In fact let me speak to a supervisor. MRS EWUZIE said “The supervisor isn’t here” LIES! MRS MOORE who was the supervisor was sitting by the receptionist. I complain about my experience with MRS MOORE and she transferred me weeks later to DR VIRDI. He’s a psych and was already on edge and triggered & before I even had a chance to say anything he begins sarcastically with “I HOPE YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME LIKE YOU DID WITH MRS EWUZIE!” At that point I knew I was not in good hands. The meeting went horribly. He wasn’t listening, he was arrogant, sarcastic, demeaning, and treated me like some sort of drug addict & POS and clearly was looking down on me. He brings in Supervisor MOORE into the session because he quickly realized I wasn’t going to tolerate his behavior, but never spoke aggressively to him or anyone, just merely spoke up for myself professionally. We didn’t get anywhere. Being a Christian man, I prayed and decided to just humble myself weeks later and apologized via the LVHN PORTAL even tho I knew I wasn’t wrong but hoping we could start over on a better note. I come in for the next session and this time unbeknownst to me their was a Nurse their. She was there for “accountability” for both of us but clearly was partial. DR VIRDI once again was extremely insensitive, disrespectful and mentally and emotionally triggering. At that point I complained yet again to MRS MOORE and waited a week or so and her response was “SORRY, WE CANT CHANGE YOUR PSYCH DR VIRDI. No matter what I said, no matter how dissatisfied, my mental well being wasn’t a priority clearly. I also made a complaint with my insurance company, as well as LVHN’s PATIENT ADVOCATEs and an investigation was conducted by DEPT OF PSYCHIATRY CHAIR MR EDWARD R. NORRIS, MD, MBA. The letter was filled with LIE AFTER LIE, and one EXTREMELY SHOCKING, FALSE & SLANDEROUS ACCUSATION MADE BY CRNP MRS EWUZIE was her accusing me of being “PERVERSE”!!!!!! HUH?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME I have never been accused of such a thing. I have 3 beautiful daughters, a gorgeous wife, and would NEVER stoop that low and destroy my life and credibility by being “PERVERSE” with any women. It was RETALIATORY, DESPERATE & DISGUSTING. This was all in MR NORRIS’s letter. My heart aches for those who battle with mental illness. And all I could think of were all of the other patients who had to sadly endure this level of trauma and unprofessionalism. I also contacted the dept of health, a few days ago, and plan to possibly retain a lawyer because of the FALSE & SLANDEROUS accusations suddenly & conveniently made after I complained about CRNP EWUZIE & it reached the Chair of LVHN’s PSYCH DEPT. I beg you STAY AWAY!! STAY FARRRRRRR AWAY!!
Negative experience: LVHN over dosed me during labor. And lost me again during the c section. I was never told. LVHN erased a professional psych eval and had a nurse fabricate a new one. They told. A domestic violence survivor. That she didn't save her child and I. That she didn't leave.a because she was Delusional and paranoid. They told a women he spinal cord injury was in her head , refusing to provide medical treatment. Do not trust LVHN. They are irresponsible and dangerous . And are willing to modify records and check moms heart every time but deny the heart condition her multiple deaths during labor caused her. You do not can a hero a survivor a women who left m who saved her and her child. You do not call her crazy based on hersay and take her child without any evidence of any negligence or harm. LVHN May god have mercy on your souls. It's disgusting how easily you destroy lives. It's costing you your souls. Stop doing harm.
Fantastic experience: My wife went here on wed morning for a procedure. I cannot put into words how pleased we were with the experience. Everyone and I mean everyone was on their game. The whole staff from the Receptionist to Dr Alphonse who did the procedure were fantastic. I would recommend this hospital hands down if you need there services.
We're delighted to hear about your positive experience during your wife's procedure. Providing exceptional care from our receptionists to our medical staff is our top priority. Thank you for recommending us, and we're honored to have served you both.
Fantastic experience: Went to the cafeteria for breakfast and I have to say it has improved for the better. They have a new cashier that is the sweetest person ever. If you ever have to be at the hospital for anything stop by and see Catherine she will make your whole day better. Great job!!!!
We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience at our cafeteria and found Catherine to be exceptionally sweet. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to her and the team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're grateful for the opportunity to make your day brighter during your time with us.
Fantastic experience: I usually go here for the Dental Clinic , I have noticed many times that the staff is extremely caring , knowledgeable and very professional ... there's no condescending judgemental attitudes like at Cedar Crest Blvd. I never felt like I was a interruption to any of the health care providers at this location as they treat everyone like a personal friend.
Thank you for your kind words and positive feedback. We're delighted to hear that you feel welcomed and valued by our staff, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with the same level of care in the future.
Positive experience: My daughter went have baby.. she was put all way down hall even though most rooms empty.. she had talk with management because waited from 640 to after 710pm order food.. over 30min calling & holding to try order food only to be told closed or cold sandwich.. was told next day totally unacceptable since just delivered baby breastfeeding & needed hot meal !! Most everything else was great except if left alone for 2 min perhaps she could've ordered meal sooner too !
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience your daughter experienced. We'll address the issue promptly to ensure better service in the future.
Negative experience: I couldn't even go in the room with my girlfriend that's pregnant going on 4 months pregnant this is the second time this happened. Absolutely horrible feeling. I wanted to also hear what the doctors had to say and make my gf more comfortable. I think it's discrimination honestly.
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit. Please reach out to us at lvhn.org/contact so we can address your concerns directly. Our priority is to ensure all patients and their loved ones receive the support and care they need during their time with us.
Negative experience: Waited until two hours before my appt to tell me they couldn't see me today when the appt was booked 3 days prior. Unprofessional and lacking of any empathy. The woman didn't even have the decency to call me back and had my other doctor's office do it.
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please contact us at lvhn.org/contact so we can investigate and address this issue promptly. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to improve our services and provide better experiences for our patients.
Negative experience: While waiting for my daughter who was having surgery at this facility, my husband and I went to the cafeteria for breakfast. Maybe it was a bad day there, but the staff could not have been any ruder or more disengaged. I pray the medical care is better than the cafeteria staff.
We apologize for your recent experience with us. Our team should always be ready to greet you with a smile and a friendly attitude. We'll focus on improving, and hope that you'll give us another chance to earn back your trust. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.
Negative experience: First off all the nurses and staff on surgery 2nd floor were great! Especially Nurse Fran! Ok the nightmare part arrived at hospital and go in to get breakfast for husband prior to my surgery the tall girl working there was so Ghetto rude. She was trying to pick fight with me literally. This is not a way to treat people anywhere let alone hospital. The little Indian woman supervisor working there seen it all. She ran over to help me and was very compassionate and professional and apologized. It's allot to write in detail. All I can say is stay away from cafeteria. And this hospital needs a update for sure. I would go to the other lhvn hospitals if you can they are much cleaner an not ghetto.
Fantastic experience: Súper nices customer service . Love how they care for the patients. They make you feel at home .
We appreciate the review. We're happy to hear that our team delivered the quality care that we're known for. Thank you for choosing us as your Healthcare provider. We wish you all the best!

We appreciate your feedback regarding your ER experience, and we're sorry for any inconvenience. Your concerns are important to us, and we'd like to address them. Please contact us at lvhn.org/contact with more details about your visit so we can investigate and work towards improvements in our patient care and discharge processes.
Negative experience: Came to be seen and I have epilepsy and I've been sitting waiting for 2 hours and they say they see people depending on severity and what's bad an epilepic patient means nothing.
We apologize for the extended wait time you experienced during your visit. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to improving our service. Please share more details about your experience at lvhn.org/contact so we can address your concerns promptly.
Negative experience: Really bad service spoke with Angie for information for a patient transferred me to someone else spoke with Ann at 4k and she just disconnected the call ( I guess because she did not want to search)
We apologize for your recent experience with us. Our team should always be ready to greet you with a smile and a friendly attitude. We'll focus on improving, and hope that you'll give us another chance to earn back your trust. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.
Fantastic experience: Dental clinic is great
We're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience at our dental clinic! We're committed to providing excellent care and appreciate your support. Thank you for choosing our dental services!
Negative experience: 11 minutes late for an appointment = canceled A panicked message about worrying I'd run out of my meds that keep me alive earns me a call from crisis but not a call back about the meds.... you definitely earned a terrible review. Do better. People need you to survive
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent interaction with us. Your feedback is crucial, and we understand the importance of timely communication. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to provide further details about your situation by reaching out to us at lvhn.org/contact. Your input will help us improve our processes and ensure better service in the future.
Fantastic experience: I had a procedure done and everyone was very professional but still friendly. Many times the smaller facilities are more likely to be more on their toes in working FOR the patient and not care about numbers. I would recommend this facility hands down!!
Thank you so much for your amazing review! It's wonderful to know that the staff was both professional and friendly during your procedure. We take pride in putting the patient's needs first and providing exceptional care. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Negative experience: El peor emergency room que he ido. Hay poco espacio, el personal no es nada profesional . Incluso para en check in es un desastre .

Negative experience: Horrible and inconsiderate staff in the emergency room - was here from out of town visiting family and got severely sick. Sat waiting for 3 hours until i eventually left to go elsewhere. Was told repeatedly that i was next, all the while several ppl were being seen and discharged.
This is extremely concerning to hear. Your experience and well-being mean everything to us, and we certainly understand how important timely emergency care is. Please reach out to us at lvhn.org/contact at your earliest convenience. We would like to speak with you directly.
Negative experience: Stay away from this emergency room!!! They sign you in leave you suffering until they feel like taking care of you, I literally felt like I was being bullied by all these nurses that I was about to just walk out with the horrible pain I had to go to St Luke's instead... They left me there crying in pain holding my meds over my head!! Literally only one doctor and a bunch of rude nurses!!! Especially Hannah!!! I will be contacting the damn director of this fallen hospital!! Lehigh Valley just sucks all way around now... I'm going with St Luke's from now on because I've never been treated so poorly there the way I was here. Sad since I live near Lehigh Valley!
Negative experience: If I could give this place less then a one star I would . Waited over four hours In the waiting room . Staff is a little too layed back to be working in a e.r facility . Asked multiple time's what is the hold up ? Not one person I spoke to had an answer to why it was taking so long . If you can help it take the extra 10 minutes to drive to cedar crest or got to Bethlehem this place is about as slow as molasses .
Thank you for letting us know. We certainly understand how important timely care and a hassle-free appointment process are. We will do our utmost to improve upon these aspects of our care, and hope that you will continue to place your trust in us as a Healthcare provider.
Negative experience: I was “treated” here last week around 3am. I had terrible body aches, sore throat & ears, cough, etc. the nurse in registration seemingly didn’t have the time to care for me. The staff just glared at me as I tried to find my way to the bathroom. Whatever drama was going on at the nurses station seemed to keep them all preoccupied. The doctor was the same, dismissive, awful bedside manner, snarky remarks, total lack of care and concern. The reason for this review, is that they tested me for Covid and failed to tell me I was positive. After a week of suffering through my symptoms and being told “just take advil”, I went to urgent care where they showed me in my chart that I was Covid positive, from that test, at that location, on that date. This “care team” literally let me out and about for an entire week and the whole time I had Covid and they entirely failed to tell me. Upon discharge, I was given a cough drop for the pain in my throat. Considering it was almost 4am and I didn’t have any prescriptions to pick up, I asked if I could have a couple more until pharmacies opened. The nurse responded with “no, it doesn’t work like that. You only get one”. The sad part is there’s so many issues from this visit I haven’t even listed. I just want to know how they failed so miserably. I wonder how many other contagious patients they let roam around unbeknownst to them that they have a contagious and potentially life threatening disease. Can’t wait to get the medical bill for the verbal abuse I received and one single cough drop. Great work guys job well done! I will say, the receptionist who checked me in was wonderful. Other than her, this place and it’s staff are horrible.
Negative experience: In a nut shell, I am happy with the Doctors at the hospital and thankful for there services but I am not happy with in a certain department at this location. A female name Ebony ( I'm sure she lied to me about her name over the phone ) kept wanted to verify my personal and confidential information over the phone and I'm not a huge fan of doing that. very disrespectful when she started laughing in the background doing our call. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold until I couldn't hold anymore. Very unprofessional.
We apologize for the experience you had. We take matters of privacy and professionalism seriously. Your feedback is valuable, and we will address this issue with our team. If you would like to provide further details or discuss your experience, please feel free to contact us at lvhn.org/contact. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Negative experience: Longest waiting room experience ever .. unprofessional, careless people, been in waiting room for over 2 hours and still got no service. It’s not even packed in here. Doctors seem to be playing monopoly and doing their shopping lists rather than help people that are sick. I will never return to this hospital again. Every hospital in the area is faster than this one. What a joke . Get more staff or better staff
Thank you for letting us know. We certainly understand how important timely care and a hassle-free appointment process are. We will do our utmost to improve upon these aspects of our care, and hope that you will continue to place your trust in us as a Healthcare provider.
Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best hospital I have ever been to . I had a ruptured aneurysm spent over a month in ICU Nurses and staff were above amazing !! not only to me but my family .. I have and will continue to recommend this hospital and be forever grateful they saved my life !!
Fantastic experience: You guys r amazing!!!!! :-)
Fantastic experience: My experience at this facility was absolutely fantastic! As a person with chronic pancreatitis for 12 years i have been to several hospitals. Out of all of them this hospital was hands down the best of all of them. Dr. Lopez-Rodriguez and the nursing staff were very professional, kind and understanding of my condition and did everything they could to make me comfortable and get me feeling better. IF YOU ARE TRULY SICK AND IN PAIN THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!!
Fantastic experience: This hospital is a great hospital. I have had many surgeries there. The care was always to notch.
Fantastic experience: Awesome children's clinic! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly Recommend!
Fantastic experience: Good hospital
Fantastic experience: Es lo mejor para mi familia
Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with my surgery here. All of the members of the surgery team came to greet me beforehand. My nurses did everything they could to ease my nerves before I went under, too. I couldn't have asked for a kinder experience.
We certainly strive to provide only the best quality care and service. Glad to hear that you can always count on us. Take care!
Fantastic experience: Where do I start! This hospital experience was like no other. I have had my share of surgeries and hospitalizations. St. Lukes used to be my go to for care. I didn't have a great experience with a previous surgery there. The receptionist let me know where to check in. After checking in I did not wait for long before I was called in. They were pleasant. Once I got to my room the bubbly nurse gave me the prep instructions. Unfortunately I only remember one nurse's name, Caroline who was a great caring nurse who placed my iv. My surgeon Dr. Miles checked in with me promptly. I was asked identifying information by all the staff confirming who I was and why I was there. Dr. Folgueras the anesthesiologist was very kind and polite. She addressed my concerns. The staff treated me like a (loved) family member, even in the operating room. I had some concerns about my garment being open. A nurse said," don't worry we will keep you covered." After my surgery was completed, in recovery I had mentioned to the accompanying nurse that my mouth was dry. She proceeded to spoon feed me ice cubes without my request. That is pretty amazing to be so attentive. A nurse and Dr. Miles both called me the next day to ask how I was doing and explained the result. I like that. I know good hospitals work hard with staff to build a reputation through patient care. I feel it is important to leave a detailed review to reflect these efforts. Since I am trusting people with my body seeing a good disposition is important. I would recommend this doctor and this hospital due to a good experience. Thank you!
Positive experience: With it being a hospital it concerns me that they are not doing temperature checks.
Positive experience: Had an appointment, used the valet. Everything flowed nicely. The valets were on the ball, as usual.
Negative experience: Went for COVID booster. Appointment at 145pm. Arrived 15 minutes early. 3 people b4 me. Long story short an hour wait for 3 people. Left and will not be back. Poor planning. Poor scheduling. Poor service.
Negative experience: They don't have good quality care for the patients that takes medication because there's people that have to wait three to four weeks for somebody to get a hold of them and you call their phone or they're not there or they always doing something else or they don't want to pick up the phone and there's people that have to wait four to five weeks for the freaking medication and I don't think that's right I want this to be reported to the director they need to do something with that phone so when people need their medication that they could get it right away not wait three to four weeks to get their medication especially when they diabetic or the analysis or any kind of thing it's not only me that's going through that but it's lots of people going through that having a hard time so please let the director know this please some people the director needs to fix that phone system because nobody can call her on the nurses or they doctors because of their medications Yes people take medication daily to be able to function where and this the high body hospital on 17 and 2 they're not doing the job properly and the director needs to do that and to talk to the stuff there I'll talk to the big bosses or do something about those phones
Negative experience: The lady I spoke to was rude and very unprofessional. She should not be answering the phone at the children's clinic. I thought I called a hospital to speak to them about my son. It felt like I called some girls personal phone that had an attitude about something, and was taking it out on me. She was very unhelpful, and very difficult to talk to. Not a good look for a hospital.
Fantastic experience: Such A Great Place And Everybody Is Actually So Respectful And Helpful And Friendly.
Fantastic experience: Good
Fantastic experience: Lehigh Valley Hospital; lo mejor de lo mejor en cuanto a atención médica y facilidades en el Valley Lehigh.
Fantastic experience: They are always friendly. Never crowded. Very clean. Staff always greets and smiles when looking at clients. I love this hospital about if all the hospitals in my area . Mind u there are 3 others
Fantastic experience: My Favorite Hospital❤
Fantastic experience: Excelente hospital
Fantastic experience: Me encanta cuidan a mis niños y son tan amables Dios los bendiga siempre por su buen corazón.
Fantastic experience: Best pre-op and recovery experience I’ve ever had. The medical staff was amazing and provided thorough care. My continued recovery at home had been without issue.
Fantastic experience: Try it.
Positive experience: Me gusta por sus atenciones
Positive experience: They need to separate the sick... Kids in one side, adults in the other.
Negative experience: Horrible officially switched over to st Luke’s whenever you call to make an appointment you have to wait months for them to have any openings then you finally go and they completely ignore your concerns I was prescribed meds that clearly state do not take if you have asthma I tell the doctor this get ignored and the er even worse I go they completely forget about me for like 3 hours till I guess someone remembered I was in the room all the way in the back they completely ignored my symptoms only really tested for COVID to then send me home after being there for 8 hours this place is horrible the doctors don’t care about no one but the money they get
Negative experience: I would rather go into debt at another office than ever having to step foot in this office again. The only decent people I came in contact was my nurse and dentist. The front staff is absolutely atrocious. I left work for an emergency appointment because I was in massive amounts of pain as well as the next day. They refused to write me an excuse for those 2 days since nothing was performed on me, even though I got X-rays, saw a doctor, got a Novacaine shot because I was in so much pain I didn’t eat or sleep for 2 days, and set up a follow up appointment. When I argued she said she would write me an excuse for the hour I was there. So I’m going to max my credit card out and get my work done at a place that treats me like a human being and not an inconvenience because THATS how bad this place sucks.
Negative experience: Dr kulp was very rude and didn't seem to care at all about my son's health. Suggesting a whole bunch of test that wasn't even related to the issue. 2 sonogram that ended up costing 400 each with insurance payment of 2,500 each and both test were fine. Which makes me think if the first one was done and everything was fine why a second one? My whole pregnancy they said it was a high risk but didn't move a finger to lift my restrictions at work, repeatedly telling me this "could" be wrong with the baby and blah blah meanwhile my son is perfectly fine, they wouldn't acknowledge anything positive only what they thought could be wrong. I had anxiety and depression all this time as a result of this. Went to the ER a couple of times and after hours of wait they gave him what I could get in the pharmacy without a prescription. Whenever I asked doctor J Kulp she would answer with a question, not even trying to be respectful given the fact that she's also a mother....
Negative experience: The surgeon was excellent, the recovery room staff was terrible. Patients who have the possibility of needing to be admitted for 23 hours shouldn't be sent there for procedures. Instead, my elderly mother was sent home and ended up at the ER the next morning. Thankfully, she is fine, but no thanks to them. Lehigh Valley builds all these buildings at Cedar Crest...fine, but do something about you Chew St 'hospital' or stop sending patients to it. Never again.
Negative experience: Had surgery and the aftercare was a nightmare. They didn't even call my family to tell them I was done and ok. They didn't call my ride they made me do it. They didn't want to send me home with any pain medicine. They didn't let me rest they rushed me out of there. Even forgot to take my IV out after discharge. I had to tell them to take it out. I didn't recommend having surgery here!!! 0 stars if I could
Negative experience: My “RN” did nothing but downplay my issue the entire time.I went in with genuine concerns about an ongoing issue that I finally decided to go to the ER about Despite me being out here for work and being 600 miles from home. The “RN” kept telling me that it is an ER and they only deal with emergencies(it was empty and I’m pretty sure she was upset about having to stop her conversation with her colleagues to do her job), and Didn’t bother to mention anything to me about my high blood pressure but I just realized I now have. Don’t waste your time here find a hospital that will actually give you service worthy of a human being.

Negative experience: Very bad place. Go somewhere else
Negative experience: Went to the diagnostic center for bloodwork on a Tuesday at 11:00am. They told me it was a 45 minute wait, which is ridiculous in the first place, but I needed the test and decided to wait. After 45 minutes passed I asked how much longer and was told there were still 6 people ahead of me. The excuse given for the extended wait was that it was now lunchtime and the blood draw employees were starting to take their lunch breaks. I was finally called for my turn at 12:25pm. So, I waited 1 1/2 hours (twice the time I was initially told) for a blood draw that literally took all of 3 minutes. HORRIBLE. I will never go there again.
Negative experience: I am FURIOUS with the level of care at this facility. My boyfriend had a surgery today. We've been here since 6 am. They didn't offer to feed him at all after the surgery. We didn't know if he needed to stay for overnight observation but there would be no nurse on staff after 11 pm??? In a surgery center! But oh, they offered to transfer him to Cedar Crest by ambulance which would have cost astronomical prices for no reason since there should be a nurse. And the nurse/tech didn't stay near the door while he used the restroom while still waking up. She just left and we had to go make sure he was okay. The staff was moody and rude by the end of the night making it no secret they weren't happy to be here. The surgical doctor was awesome though and just as upset as we were. And Robin the tech upstairs after changing rooms was great too. She brought him pudding after learning he wasn't offered anything.
Fantastic experience: Very Professional Parking Clean

Fantastic experience: El mejor hospital que he podido visitar esmi primera vez q me atiendo en el,si eficiencia trato y empatía es de primera calidad.
Fantastic experience: Muy buen hospital
Positive experience: all in all fair treatment
Negative experience: This is the 2nd time I come here and since the wait time is 30 minutes, I've been here more than that and nothing
Negative experience: This Place Is Horrible For OBYN And Pedatrics! They Take Forever!
Negative experience: This is the worst hospital ever, they dont even deserve one star, totally sucks!
Negative experience: Worst service ever every time I go in this hospital I have to wait for MORE THAN 2 HOURS all the time it’s not one time it’s really bad BE AWARE.......
Negative experience: Trying to schedule an appointment with this place is horrible. They never have appointments. Some medical assistant are super nice but other are rude. And wanna think you are stupid or something by the way they talk to you. Then they wanna complain because i take my kids somewhere else to be seen but the reason for it is because there no appointment. I wont recommend this place at all worse place ever
Negative experience: This hospital is horrible I went there yesterday for my son who had a fever of 103.5 and it took them over two hours to see us plus we had to sit in the hallway once we went to the back . We are back there today due to my son having allergic reaction to the medicine they prescribed yet we are still waiting. Ridiculous, and absurd so to conclude don't come here if you have an emergency.
Negative experience: I don’t recommend coming to this hospital. It is very bad. I’ve been waiting in this waiting room for 3 and a half hrs. The staff is very slow. Also very lazy. I’ve had a emergency and am still waiting. Don’t come here if you have a emergency. VERY BAD SERVICE!!
Negative experience: This emergency room is a scam... don’t go there unless you’re shot, stabbed or in labor... they are not concerned with finding out what’s wrong with you. No blood work, X-rays, etc.. they load you up with pain medicine until you fall asleep then once your pain is gone they ship you out and send you a ridiculous bill. No real treatment.
