Steve graduated from the University of Mississippi with his undergraduate degree and got his Masters of Science from Shenandoah University in 2001. He is a Certified Hand Therapist and has been working at Riverside since 2001. He is happily married to Katie and is a proud father of three children: Steven, Maddie, and Andrew. When he is not at the clinic, Steve enjoys playing soccer, golf, and fly fishing.

Erika graduated from Old Dominion University in 2008 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is certified in LSVT (also known as Big Technique) which is related to Parkinson's Disease. In her spare time, she likes to go for walks with her family and play a game called cornhole.

Alyssa graduated from the Riverside College of Health Careers Physical Therapist Assistant Program and has been affiliated with the college since 2016. She has been nominated as a Champion of Caring and is currently studying for her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences Management from the University of Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys going on trips with her family, being outdoors, taking photos, and going for a run.

Kacey has achieved both her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and her Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sports, and Health Education from Radford University. She enjoys treating a variety of upper limb issues, with a focus on post-operative care. Kacey uses a variety of specialized techniques, such as custom-made splinting and kinesiology taping, to reduce pain and restore the arm and hand's functionality. Her favorite part of her job is helping people return to the activities they enjoy without any pain or limitation.

Thomas graduated from The College of William and Mary with a major in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. He then obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Thomas is a big fan of the Philadelphia 76ers, Ray Charles' music, and playing kickball.

In 2017, Kelly Rae joined Riverside. She had obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences from La Salle University in 2014, and two years later, she got her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from ECPI University. Outside of the office, she enjoys sports, being outdoors, and cats.

Amy is originally from Upstate New York, where she received her Master of Professional Studies in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 1999, graduating with honors. Since then, she has been providing physical therapy to the elderly, adults, and teens in New York, Kentucky, Washington, Maryland, and Virginia.

Amy has a lot of experience in the field of outpatient orthopedics, aiming to improve the quality of life for people with orthopedic problems, sports injuries, spinal and neurological disorders, and lymphedema. She is a certified integrated manual therapist, having received her certification from Great Lakes Seminars in March 2018. Additionally, she is part of the lymphedema team at Riverside, having earned her certification from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in June 2019.

In addition to her job, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and three daughters. She is an active person, participating in activities like running, hiking, traveling, volunteering, and exploring the outdoors.

Dawndra earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Christopher Newport University in 2017, and later obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, such as acute, outpatient orthopedics, and pediatric sports medicine, and has developed expertise in manual therapy techniques to help restore movement and suppleness in soft tissue and joints. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing DIY projects, and watching college/professional sports.

Kat is a native of Ohio who has earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Muskingum University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Dayton. Over the past four years, she has traveled to different states, gaining new skills in each place. Currently, she is living in Virginia, which is the longest she has stayed in one place in a while. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter and husband, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Rachel is an American from Indiana who was brought up in Virginia Beach. In 2017, she gained an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Tidewater Community College. She also has an Associate's Degree in Applied Science of Interior Design. Rachel is a nationally certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Before getting her degree, she worked as an aide for people with traumatic brain injuries. Additionally, Rachel is involved in her church and volunteers as a youth leader. She is a talented artist and likes painting and crocheting in her spare time.
