Ivy Rehab for Kids

Positive experience: Very nice staff at the Hampton location. However, horrible at respecting the privacy of their clients. The staff discusses the progress in front of other clients and their parents.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible, when we first started they was amazing and slowly started to discharge my son out of each of the sessions he needed. I should have removed him then but I absolutely loved the speech therapist that was actually wanting to help him then she left around march and since then my son has been on a “floating schedule” we never get a call for him to have a session unless I call to remind them he’s on the so called floating schedule we was told by June they would have another speech therapist and here it is literally almost august and no new speech therapist. The only reason I stayed was because of the location and being told I can have the afternoon times I needed to keep due to my work schedule. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous if you actually want your child to get the help they need to succeed do not depend on this place.

Fantastic experience: So far I really like this place. The staff are professional and friendly. My daughter also feels comfortable and enjoyed the staff as well. I was even able to bring my little one to her appointment and they are flexible with working with your schedule. I'am really pleased.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Ivy rehab for a year now and we absolutely love them. From the front desk to the therapist everyone is welcoming and ready to help. Danielle and Annette are so patient with him and he has made amazing strides in both therapies. I would 100% whole heartedly recommend them for anyone who is seeking therapies for their littles. This office will treat you and your child as family!

Each therapist is so passionate about the success of their patients and streamlines their sessions to each patients strengths to reach their goals! This office has brand new equipment that all the kids love. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic and what a blessing it is to the area.

Fantastic experience: My son started PT with Danielle at 3 months old for torticollis. She was so nice and educated and knew exactly what she was doing. She helped my son and me(with learning exercises to do with me ) and now his movement is so much better and the shape of his head is now improving and he just turned 6 months. Highly recommend danielle for who ever needs PT for their kids !!
