Fantastic experience: Went for my routine breast exam early in morning nice person to check me in and the one who did the exam were good polite. Gave me a small gift bag.

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapists are kind, polite, &!serious about helping their assigned patients. The facility is clean and all equipment is wiped and sanitized after each use. “They are professionals”!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to physical therapy at Bon Secours In Motion for 3 months and I wanted to express my appreciation for Zachary P. and the front desk staff. Zach developed a treatment plan that was right for my disc bulge and lower back pain. He keeps the exercises challenging and listens to feedback. He has helped decrease my pain and I am looking forward to further appointments.

Negative experience: I went to my appointment today as I was encountered. I got on 164 western freeway as I approached college drive the traffic was bumper to bumper. Traffic creeping and I'm almost at the chesapeake ramp and harborview blvd. I called in motion to let them know I was going to be late 3/4 minutes. I walked in the door at 313 and the therapist refused to let me have my session. They told me I needed to reschedule. I've never in my life seen so much unprofessionalism. It's a problem when a therapist refuses patients' services because of traffic. Now I'm more behind now then when I started.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and employees!!! I really enjoyed my session. The physical therapist (Isaac) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The front staff made sure all of my questions were answered and even provided me a folder to hold all my supporting documents. Just above and beyond! The faculty is state of the art and new... with adequate free parking. I would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Customer service is polite, the 1 star is not for them. Scheduled an appointment via phone call a month before arriving. Arrived on-time with promises of blood tests and a general physical. I was eventually questioned by the nurse, only for the doctor to repeat the exact same questions, jot down the incorrect answers, and assume I have STDs because I wrote that I'm Bisexual...? The recommended amount of medicine they suggested to me would have given me a blood clot and lead to my death. No blood tests were conducted, no physical was given. I was asked to come back 6 months later for a blood test with no promise of it happening. All-in-all: A 100 dollar bill to: miss a day of work, be given dangerously incorrect medical information, and have no tests or medical information measured. Would not recommend for anyone LGBT or looking for a functioning hospital.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing my PT here for years; for different body parts. I've got chronic issues which will require PT forever (though not 365) and I'll forever ask for my referrals to go to In-Motion. They've got lots of great therapists and you'll for sure see great results!

Fantastic experience: This location is in one word "AMAZING!". They all work really well together, are super friendly, and most importantly they really helped me feel better! The therapist are really engaged and extremely knowledgeable. The front office staff was friendly and professional and explained my insurance to me thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone with PT or OT needs. If you want top notch care and world class service, go here!

Fantastic experience: I love all my thearpest Rose, amanda, Zach they have all helped me so much and really get to know you as a person they act like they truly care about you and getting yourself back to the best motion as possible....I would highly recommend them to anyone....I also love the front staff they always try there best to work with your schedule friendly wouldn't want to go anywhere else....You Guys Rock!

Negative experience: Would not recommend! I canceled an appointment and rescheduled only to come in was told I was discharged. Apparently they have a 30 day policy that I was not aware of. Discharging me meant that I will have to start the process all over and get a new referral from my doctor. This is totally unacceptable what place would not call and tell you before they discharge you? Look elsewhere.

Negative experience: After having to call in 3 times to get an appointment, each time being told they would call me back i finally got one and went in for an evulation, not only did they have the wrong insurance estimate worked up but they required a hefty payment at the visit which they failed to tell me about before hand. Had the appointment scheduled for almost 3 weeks, they waited until I filled all paperwork out to inform me, after I had already spoke to my insurance company and had been approved for the visits. The one lady at the front desk had an attitude as well.

Negative experience: The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. No etiquette at all. No customer service and the way she talked to me was degrading and humiliating in front of several other people. I walked out and will be taking my services elsewhere

I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan...'caring and very knowledgeable. He knows just what you need!

Positive experience: Friendly staff that is very accommodating. Front desk will do as much as they can to get you into the calendar. They are attentive and considerate in person and on the telephone. The therapist ate 99% on time. If a therapist is not on time or a bit late,; the front staff reminds the therapist via intercom of appointment. The therapist ate thorough and take their time working with each clients. Great place for therapy BUT they need Saturday hours, because students and working class are not always free M - F.

Fantastic experience: I loved coming here for physical therapy. The staff was friendly and learned your name quickly. I hated when my time was up. It was actually fun and not painful. They really knew how to adjust my therapy as I improved.

Fantastic experience: My son suffered a sports related knee injury and they did there jobs well. He worked with a variety of different therapist and not one complaint about any of them. Because of the number of visit we made, got to know the desk staff well. They were always polite and helpful. My son has fully recovered and returned back tonhis sport, thanks to them it was with out surgery. Great job, defiantly recommend.

Negative experience: My limited experiences with physical therapy have all been exactly the same each time, and this location is no different. Physical therapy at its best can transform your life for the better, while at its worst it's simply one of the biggest rip-offs in our medical system today. Let me be clear; there are some fantastic physical therapists employed at this location, who take great pride in their work. However the system itself is a joke and needs to be overhauled. Therapists that are continually rotating back and forth between multiple patients at a time are not able to render the level of care the patient deserves. It's also common practice to have a different person working with you every time, resulting in minimal consistency in your treatment protocol. Many of the therapists at this location often appear stressed out, burned out and bored with their jobs. I can't imagine hiring a personal trainer at a gym that walks off each time after they tell me to perform an exercise, or goes away to talk to their friends or co-workers during our session together. Yet, despite paying 2-3 times more than a personal training session for physical therapy, this is exactly the culture by which most physical therapy clinics operate. Additionally, you're often seeing a physical therapy asst. or a physical therapy tech who has absolutely no qualifications and no business treating patients. This location has banners hanging up touting itself as the best in the area, which is mind boggling to me. It's all about the benjamins baby. I'm sure my comments will alienate me from some of my peers, as I also work in the health and wellness industry. That being said, many of these same people know deep down I'm telling the truth.
