Fantastic experience: Every single person that works at this location is simply awesome!! Extremely kind friendly and knowledgeable! The only reason I ended up at this location was because the Harbour View office did not have availability for me. Love the Harbour View people too!

The staff and physical therapist are very professional and helpful and knowledgeable in their experience and training in helping with the clients and with 2 locations this one in the Churchland area at the YMCA and the other at the corner of Frederick Blvd and High st makes it very convenient.

Fantastic experience: Comfortable safe clean caring friendly polite knowledgeable enough staff and enough space to work with everyone enough space outside to park your car one-time appointments if you have to do Rehabilitation I highly recommend you visiting this place receptionist is awesome always have something friendly to say no one there is overbearing have not experienced very understanding when you are able to accomplish a gold and willing to help you get there they are team players and will help out a co-worker in a pinch and showing them something new to try to get you to your gold I am a very pleased I have about 4 more weeks and I have to pray it continues to stay this way

Negative experience: Not understanding to Their patients. Threatened to cancel because when patient is having mental illness and other issues. How rude. Just know they aren’t always on time and sometimes have to make the client wait as well. We are all human. They aren’t perfect and aren’t always on time with a lot of stuff. I guess since you have to make a whole schedule for the entire month, you’re not supposed to have changes or “life happens” during that time because if you try to call and reschedule it’s considered a cancel and they will threatened to cancel you entirely. Weird, especially when it was a “life happens” situation. Normally patients have a good experience here. Maybe doctors should refer patients elsewhere. Very disappointing.
