Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at HHC. The staff were very warm welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. My main physical therapist was Frederick. He took the time to understand my needs and developed a personalized treatment plan that really made a difference. Plus, he is super funny, charismatic, humble and loves kitties. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment for therapy. Each session was both challenging and supportive, and I appreciated the focus on education and self-care techniques. Overall, I highly recommend the Hartford Location for PT to anyone seeking effective physical therapy. Thank you for helping me on my journey to recovery! I certainly will miss them all of you.

Fantastic experience: Realmente a este momento solo he tenido una visita,una secion mi primera experiencia..pero la terapista Natalee Cifuentes fue muy amable se tomo el tiempo para aclarar mis dudas contestar mis preguntas y hacerme sentir comoda..sinceramente fui muy ansiona nerviosa y adolorida pero ella me hizo sentir comoda y un poco mas relajada..no tuve que esperar mucho para ser atendida y lo màs que me gusto todo fue en mi idioma español tal como lo solicite..Màs adelante cuando termine mi rehabilitación regresaré para dejar mi experience completa..

Fantastic experience: Outpatient physical therapy is amazing. I love working with Natalee every time. She goes through exercises and explains it thoroughly for me. The front desk is also very timely and polite. I actually like coming here unlike other offices.
