Negative experience: They canceled 2 of my girlfriends appointments within 2 days. She is 36 years old and 6 months pregnant. We waited over 1 month and one week just to get our first appointment for June 11 and they canceled it on the day of our appointment first claiming that the doctor was sick and then telling us that the internet and computers were down. Yesterday they called and our app was then rescheduled for June 18th and today we got a call that our appointment was canceled again. Their phone number on Google isn't even their own, it's a call center so you can't even speak with the Hayward Wellness employees unless they call you. And twice they called before and after hours. A one star rating is too high for this sad joke of a clinic. Unless you have too, avoid this place like you would the plague.

Negative experience: 4 different workers I was trying to get to assist me on 4 different occasions were incompetent and rude. You will not be able to get any information from Hayward wellness. A worker by the name of “MARTHA” literally hung up on me ?! There is long hold times. All the workers that answer the phones need to find there passion in life because it’s obviously not a job servicing clients that go here to hayward wellness. I will never return to this establishment.

Negative experience: Do not come here they are so unprofessional they have cancel on me a couple of times last minute because the doctor didnt show up how is that my fault Who will pay me for the day lost of work ??? My childs pediatrician always making mistakes oh and the wait time over an hour !

Negative experience: I transferred my Mom to this clinic, thinking that we will be accommodated in a timely manner after I got disappointed with the care given to my mother at Tiburcio Vasquez, wherein she’s never been seen and followed-up by a primary doctor but rather mostly NP. I guess, I was wrong once again. ‘Coz they are worse! It’s been past 3 months now, and we’ve never heard from them at all to even get my Mom started with them. 3 months that she’s been on their waiting cue just to be admitted:( Not a follow-up call, and my poor mother has been waiting to be seen so she can atleast continue getting a refill for her high blood pressure. Definitely very disappointed with the service.

Negative experience: The lab is very rude and unprofessional. I highly don’t think they know what they’re doing, due to the fact they sounded like they were training someone on the computer and the lady had an attitude. I get we’re all human, and some days just aren’t ours, this isn’t the first time tho. They also drew about 5 tubes of blood from me and didn’t offer me any water or even 5 min to sit to see if I was okay after. Especially being pregnant. They schedule your appointments on their time, not your time. And it’s constantly hard to get in reach with anyone there to switch the appointment they made to fit your schedule! Not sure if I feel too comfortable continuing to come here after prenatal care is up. I’ll be switching to Eden Medical Center.

Negative experience: No one answers the calls always short staff. You wait over 30 min in the lobby they take you in have you wait over an 1 hr in the room doctors take for ever. Had to request my transfer to another client as the wait is Ridiculous. I really don’t recommend this place.

Positive experience: I been coming here for a while my primary doctor is great but my pregnancy doctor isn’t taking care of me like she supposed to so I had to switch my pregnancy doctor to my old doctor at Highland they do make you wait sometimes but my primary doctor she is very excellent never had a problem with my primary doctor the staff is very helpful but the only thing is you can not talk straight to them it’s hard when you call to get in touch with them that’s what I don’t like

Negative experience: Absolutely THE WORST front desk agents. After multiple tries, and long wait times behind the line, the lady (Rafaela? Rosalinda? Margarita?) kept hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation, or just picking up the phone and hanging up right away! If you hate your job and serving people so much you don’t belong there! Someone might be in pain and instead of helping them out, you keep adding to their pain! This behavior is unacceptable and this lady must lose this position, cause she doesn’t belong in customer service!

Negative experience: The lab hours are wrong online! Online hours say they close at 5 but The last time I was here I was told they close at 4, today I came in at 3:40 and they refused to help me because they close at 3:45. Overall I’ve had to come 4 separate times to get blood work done and I was turned away because they were either “closed” or no one was available to help yet they won’t make Appointments to ensure there will be someone available.

Negative experience: Guys, if you have any other alternative, please never use their service, this place is terrible. They simply don't care. If you want to make appointment, they will have nothing available for at least 2 month, they will just cancel your appointment for any damn reason and then not reschedule you, their call center guys will keep on apologising for this but they wont help. You do blood work here, no doctor or nurse will ever bother to call you back with your results and further action. Really this place should be given negative stars but there is no option for this. Please if you have any other atlernative, stay away from this place.

Negative experience: There are communication problems within the departments. My initial phone call, they wanted a referral faxed. So my doctor attempted to fax it and it didn't go through. I went directly to the Wellness Center and the front desk faxed it over to the referral department for me. A couple weeks later, no call back. I gave time thinking there may be a lot of things going on behind the scenes. My next call I was transferred to the referral department. They told me they don't take faxes anymore... and to go through their portal and do it. I have to wait another week to get approved for that next. There is a lot of inconsistency here and time wasting due to it. If my issue were more serious, this would have been a massive problem. I'm guessing since I'm an outside patient things are like this. If my primary doctor WAS in the Wellness Center things would have gone smoothly. But still, the info needs to be correct for everyone. + 1 star because everyone I talked to was kind and patient! Will update if I ever manage to get an appointment with a specialist here...

Positive experience: Came here for a skin problems on my elbow, it was okay. Everyone here was nice and aside from the wait time it wasn't bad. I explained to the doctor my problem and she found out I hadn't been to the doctor in a while so she asked if I wanted any other tests. I said sure and then they sent me to get my blood drawn. Everyone here was professional.

Negative experience: Hi this place needs a new makeover with all new staff and the staff they have are disrespectful and unprofessional and they never answer the phone and they always have their voicemail full where no one can leave anything. I asked them for their supervisor and they wouldn't transfer me to why and wouldn't even give me human resources number also. This is a very poor service please listen and go to a better place to get seen these drs they have their also are very dude and don't care

Doctor was supposed to order me medication, I call back & they say it was never ordered. Also doctor I had was really rude & said anything to shut me up without helping me figure out my issue.

Negative experience: This is a TERRIBLE place to go to. The lab technicians, front staff, security guy and some of the nursing staff are very rude. They’ve messed up on my mom’s appointment dates more than once and have made her come back and forth to get lab work because they would tell her to come one day and when she was there they told her to come another day and then going back again they did the same thing. The lab people are not gentle. They’ve hurt my mom before while taking blood work. They can’t even greet the patients nicely. It seems like they just want to get through their job and finish. They have zero empathy, respect and patience.

Negative experience: I have had way too many bad experiences with this clinic. I was made to wait hours alone in a room before getting 1 measly little shot. My new doctor would not prescribe me the medication I had been taking for years. I have also been denied refills of allergy medications. She has denied me appointments when I really needed to see them. This place is completely terrible and if I could switch to a new doctor's office I would. They deserve 0 stars

Negative experience: Not even one star... Dr Srivastava was asking me rude impersonal questions that had nothing to do with the appointment. She even got to the point where she asked me if I considered myself a sad person.... Insanely rude doctor and told me she never heard of what I was telling her in her 28 years of work. Shes unprofessional and would never have someone like her work at a clinic of mine. I’ve been to many many doctors. This was the worst experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Negative experience: I would give ZERO STARS if possible, they dont even deserve one. I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment to see a financial counselor to see if i even qualify for Medicare. I waited for an hour in the lobby after being instructed by information desk to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. 30 minutes after my scheduled apt time i return to information desk to ask what time would i be seen, she said she didnt know because they had different managers. She goes and checks to find the financial counselor isn't even working, not anywhere in the building. She then announces to lobby that all appointments for financial counselor are cancelled, and to reschedule. Next available appointment not for another 3 weeks. I'd rather go sit and wait in social services building. Thanks for wasting my time and not getting me the care i need, most definitely not in a timely manner. If you need help, dont come here, you wont recieve the care you need. It's places like this that discourage people signing up for health care! You are forcing me to wait 5 weeks before even speaking to ANYONE to see if i even QUALIFY !!! This place needs new management and a new system to MAKE SURE EVERY PATIENT that walks through the door RECIEVES quality CARE and information. DONT TURN PEOPLE AWAY. Oh yeah on top of that, i went to womens restroom after holding it in an hour, afraid of missing my appointment. The MALE JANITOR WALKS IN UNANNOUNCED!! I SAW HIM THROUGH THE CRACK AS I WAS PULLING MY UNDERWEAR UP, WHO knows what he saw. I told him i was there after i saw him and he left. But shouldn't he be announcing himself and making sure there are no women using facilities BEFORE entering?!?!?!? -------NEGATIVE STARS------ DESERVED-------

Negative experience: bad customer service. Never return calls, i need an appointment with hand surgeon for a month now and they don't even bother to return my calls. I am switching provider from next month. Thanks to them. If I find a way to complain about the clinic to the board I will do.

Negative experience: I cant believe this type of service is legal. When I diabetic comes in because they are required to see a Dr. to get a refill and the dr refuses to give a refill to the patient, how is that even legal ?! Then they they tell her to go to Highland because they dont want to see her on Saturday, but that is the only day she is able to get a ride, they tell her to uber or Lyft. Mind you shes 100 percent disability & requires a scooter for mobility. She is now at highland emergency because she ran out of insulin even though she had an appointment on Saturday to refill her required for survival prescription. I will be reporting this and speaking with a lawyer. Last I checked Dr became Drs to help people, but apparently not at Hayward wellness.

Negative experience: The place is clean, and there seems to be a reasonable amount of workers, but when you're trying to get help, suddenly all of the workers either disappear or do the least possible to help. I even called to make a simple appointment, 50 minute phone call and it led me nowhere. I had good hopes for the Hayward Wellness Center, but none now.

Negative experience: Mal servicio, nunca tienen citas disponibles, te hacen esperar mas de 20 mins en el lobby y otros 20 en el consultorio, pero si llegas 10 o 20 mins tarde ellos ya no te atienden, la del front desk. Pareciera que les estas pidiendo regalado, siempre de mal humor

Negative experience: If I could give this medical center no stars I most certainly would! Worst service ever! So I booked an appointment to see a financial person there, I told the operator my situation, I had already got a pregnancy confirmation, etc. She advised me to come in and see the financial person, just with my ID. Went and saw Evelyn there who told me I had to go to the Medical office as I was not eligible for insurance, once Medical approves me for Medical insurance I could then come see one of their doctors. So I went to the Medical office a few days later, applied and was approved on the day for Medical. I called the clinic the next day to make an appointment to see the doctor only to be told I couldn't see a doctor, I had to see a financial person as per her notes, I explained my situation to the operator and she put me on hold for 20 minutes, only to come back and tell me she can't do anything else, her supervisor told her to tell me to see a financial person at the clinic. I then asked to speak to this supervisor which she replied, "sorry you can't, she's in a meeting, can't disturb her...." Frustrated at this point, I quickly ended the call. The next day I call again to make an appointment to see the doctor and explained my situation yet again, the male operator, 35 minutes later, finally confirmed an appointment for me to see a doctor on the 2nd June, 2017, at 8:40am. Woke with my three year old at 6:00am as I have no one to stay with him as my husband works, it was a mission to get to the appointment with him being grumpy and all, but we made it on time, arriving at 8:30am. Walked up to the receptionist who apologized and said there was a mistake with whoever I spoke to and I don't have a doctors appointment, I was booked in for a confirmation of pregnancy appointment, I explained my situation again to the receptionist who just replied back she's sorry, but she can't do anything for me, that the next available appointment will be on the 14th of June, 2017! I miss New Zealand so much, everyone here is so incompetent and rude, there's no such thing as good customer service here. I am only praying my husband won't change his mind to move to NZ next year as he promised :(. Nothing like this would happen there! Terrible, terrible service Hayward Wellness Centre, get your act together. Your operators are just incompetent and rude!

Negative experience: Operator needs happiness....a friendly tone is always comforting to patients, even if we don't go to you guys, sound friendly...the operator sounded annoyed and ....ugh. I called at 10am...I know we're all tired but PLEASE sound friendly towards future patients, you are the key to pulling in patients, you set the tone for your med office, literally lol
