Fantastic experience: My mom who is 85 has had several stints at the WeCare facility in Hayward. While the location of WeCare is a little further out, this is by far the best short term care facility I have experienced in the Bay Area. The last time my mom went in, she was unable to walk, eat or even speak - fast forward, she came back home completely rehabbed thanks to the excellent care at the facility. Dr.Jain her attending physician is one of the best in the Bay Area. All of the nurses that attended to my mom have been extremely caring and my mom who is very hard to please has always been appreciative of each of them. Iryna, her social care worker has always been there to help plan the necessary next steps and provide sound advice. The rehab specialists took very good care of her and so did the dietician who sometimes cooked her choice of Indian food. Overall an amazing facility and I would strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a care facility for their adult parents or grandparents.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this 24 hours care facility. Thank you Dr. A Jain and all the staff at We Care. They’re highly focused on their clientele. Our mom has been admitted since July of this year and we have seen a lot of improvements on her well being. Overall mental state has changed and she seems to be more happy.

Fantastic experience: My experiance in We Care Center have been Amazingly kind, gentle, & careing. They have all the amentities you could want. We have Doctor Jain his N.P. visit often. I am finally at the end of my stay here with their Medical Care. We have enough staff to cook your meals, clean the center here. We are blessed to have a activitys room to watch movies as well as have dinner together and play bingo. It is staffed Wonderful & Carizmatic people

Fantastic experience: We is a clean and neat facility with a friendly, helpful staff. The Physical therapy is nearly 5 days a week for me as I have faced serious weakness from repeated bouts of chemotherapy. I am grateful to Dr. Jane and his staff for making sure that they are doing everything in their power me stronger. The nursing staff, including the CNAs, social worker Iryna have been very Friendly and knowledgeable. My next-door neighbors parents both stayed here and I would highly recommend We care.

Negative experience: There is no way this place has 4.5 stars. It is a little hole in the wall with subpar care and management. My mother was in this facility an entire month because her rehab got dragged out thanks to the useless physical therapy staff they didn't know how to work with my mom with Dementia. If they didn't have staff to work with someone like her, then they had no business answering the referral. They left her in her room, and when I complained, all they did was put her in a wheelchair. She was there for rehab to walk. The good-for-nothing social worker was also aggressive and did nothing to help the situation. NEVER AGAIN! Nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Beware. Check the facility first. Go in and talk with the staff and give them the specific care needs of your loved one and hold them accountable for it. What they did with my mom is NOT okay. The only "power" we have against this kind of service is HERE in providing review to enlighten others.

Fantastic experience: We always heard nursing homes are scary place to be placing elderly. It is wrong until my grandma was placed there for 2 months back in Aug 2023 to Oct 2023. The staffs are making sure my grandma is well taken care of also they let my mother stay with my grandma during the day. Even after my grandma discharged from nursing home, they provided PT/OT care at the house. Also with insurance, they provide my grandma hospital bed, commodes, wheelchair to make sure she is comfortable at home. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: WeCare truly deserves a glowing 5-star rating. Their exceptional staff, from doctors to nurses, provides outstanding service. My mother recently relocated to this nursing facility, and the level of care and affection she's received has been remarkable. Furthermore, their provision of three Mandarin-speaking nurses ensures convenient communication for non-English-speaking Chinese patients. We are genuinely impressed with their service and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

Fantastic experience: It is a small nursing home, which has excellent staff and exceptional service. My dad was here for a couple of weeks and was treated with kindness and genuine care. The best thing I liked about it is the response time from ringing the bell to the time staff shows up at the door is less than 5 minutes. I have been in other places where the response time is about 20 minutes to half an hour. I am very pleased with their services and would highly recommend to others as well.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place with all of this stuff being so helpful. Kind nice I enjoy every time I come and visit my mom they’re always very kind to me as well. It’s always clean. They have lots of activities for them to do. I’m so happy . Makes me feel happy. We found this place for my mom I will definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: A facility that makes sure the care of each patient is customized to their needs. Whether it be health or social issues. Majority of the patients return home in a much better state and can function independently. I would strongly recommend without reservations.

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay the staff was wonderful helpful and always went the extra the rehab center was like clockwork mon-fri with a great team that will really work you out other patients where easy to get a long real family atmosphere thank you to all the nurses CNAs helpers activity coordinators and the people behind the scenes I appreciate you all happily stayed there very clean helpful and resourceful I'm a diabetic amputee but with a team like yours I don't even kiss my foot lol ty

Fantastic experience: Both my mother and father have been patients at We Care Skilled Nursing facility. They both received excellent care from all of the staff, Dr Ash Jain and all of the support staff. I am very happy and grateful to this skilled nursing facility for warm kindness and care that they provided for my parents. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to other patients.

Fantastic experience: My mom stayed in this facility for 3 months and received great care from the staff and physical therapy team. My family and I appreciate all the help, attention and compassion extended to my mom during her stay. The friendly environment helped my mom adjust easily. She also enjoyed a lot of the social activities and fellowship. Fantastic experience: I am currently a patient at We Care, and the nursing care is excellent...attentive and caring. The physical therapy team has always been professional & each session not only helps build back strength and agility but also helps with the social side of recovery. The food is very good and they also have events everyone can participate in (or not... Your choice) My recovery has been steady and I'm so appreciative of the care I've been receiving

Fantastic experience: We had an EXCELLENT experience here. My godmother, in her late 70's, had major abdominal surgery in November, and went downhill after coming home. Long story short, after she fell, it became clear she needed additional support before returning home again. She was TERRIFIED of "going into a home" because "that's where people go to die" - but two days after transitioning into We Care, she called to thank me for finding them. She LOVED it. She said it smelled good, and the people were "so kind!" They provided a caring and supportive environment with intensive rehab for a little over a month. She is now home, and we are confident that this time she will be able to stay home. We are using We Care Home Health to continue supporting her with this transition. She's significantly physically stronger, and has also recovered cognitively. This is a smaller facility, and the nurses and staff knew ME by name, even though I wasn't able to visit due to COVID. There is a real personalization of care, from people who care. Based on our experience, I highly recommend them.
