St. Rose Hospital: Reviews
Negative experience: While the ER nurses are very friendly and helpful, the facilty is filthy. I cringed at how dirty the floors were and the bathroom inside that is for patient use was DISGUSTING. Is this a hospital or a gas station? I was very surprised and disappointed.
Negative experience: Terrible service, terrible staff. The amount of time you have to wait to get a poor diagnosis is ridiculous. All staff, even the doctors are so careless about the patients. They do not give you updates, they have you just there waiting and they do not even offer water after 6 hours of wait. Terrible, insensitives, I do not know how this hospital can continue working like that and how they are allowed to treat patients like that.
Negative experience: Anyone who wants to die of pain and the doctor tells him to drink water should go to this hospital. My wife is pregnant. She had this experience for three days and in another hospital she was diagnosed with appendicitis. The staff are extremely disrespectful and the doctors are unprofessional. Please don't play with your life.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and doctors. I visited St Rose ER a few times in the last two months due to my anxiety attacks, and the staff and doctors here are very friendly and professional. They showed great sympathy with my situation and took good care of me every time I visited the ER. One time, the nurse even brought a sandwiche to me. I have been to another hospital, but they don't care about me as the St. Rose Hospital does, I feel safe and warm here. Obviously, I don't want to end up in the hospital again. But if I do, I trust St. Rose
Positive experience: Thee worst, they have a bunch of MA's walking around the er as if the room is not filled with patients I don't understand how is this so,I hate to speak of this hospital poorly because when I lived in union city years ago they were top tier but now it's a clown show, the N.P's and M.A's are all decorated as if they're in the streets and the wait time is ridiculous, from me sitting here there's more staff communicating and walking the halls than actually taking care of the patients
Negative experience: I had a frustrating experience at St. Rose Hospital's emergency department. After waiting for an excessively long time without any updates, I decided to leave and seek care elsewhere. The lack of communication and delays were extremely disappointing. It's clear that improvements are needed in both wait times and patient management to provide a better experience for those in need of urgent care. This Hospital is not even worth a 1 star!
Negative experience: If you’ll have an emergency please stay home if you gonna decide to come at this hospital .
Positive experience: FUI POR UNA HEMORRAGIA EL 5/29/24 Y FUERON MUY AMABLES TODOS MUY HUMANITARIOS CONMIGO Y ATENTOS CON MI FAMILIA ESTOY AGRADECIDA CON TODOS ES DURO ESTE TRABAJO YA Q DEJAN A SUS FAMILIAS Y TAMBIÉN TIENEN PROBLEMAS TODOS SOMOS HUMANOS
Negative experience: Absolute nightmare I got there at 1:30 a.m. I waited till 6:00 a.m. no results they still wanted me to wait until 7 a.m. mind you this is post-pandemic covid test takes about half an hour maybe 15 minutes just for the wait to see the results. Every time I come here I know I'm going to have to wait 3 to 4 hours but 5 1/2 hours for a covid test and no result is absurd.
Negative experience: Basura
Negative experience: The worst hospital, I have ever experience with it. They don’t have enough staff and professional doctors….
Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars! Not sure how some people are employed here. Even the Doctors. I stayed the night in the ER with my mother in-law. The EMTs that took her from our house would not allow me to put shoes on her feet as they walked her outside on the cold concrete and she was clearly out of it. They stayed parked in front of our house for 20mins before taking her. We got to the hospital & It was filthy they barely checked on her and when we asked for help a lot of staff really acted like they didn’t see or hear me. Also when the doctor came in he seemed high or something and was disregarding the information I was giving forcing her to do exercises when she was clearly not in a good state (Dizzy, unstable) when I tried to assist he wouldn’t let me. I feel like he was stereotyping us especially because my mother in-law barely knows English. I’m so happy I didn’t leave her alone there. Luckily there was one good nurse that night I wish I remembered his name. He came and asked us if the Drs. Had given us the news on what they found. I said no and he looked frustrated and closed the curtain. Long story short they didn’t come and tell us anything smh just that one nurse did! They found an aneurysm in the cat scan and didn’t bother to tell us any thing as Professionals and Drs you would think they would. Aside of pee all over the floor and the bathrooms being filthy I can’t find one good thing to say other than I think that nurse was an angel. We waited until the next morning be transferred to a hospital in SF with the right doctors & equipment those doctors never came.
Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at St. Rose Hospital. I injured myself on Saturday night and discovered on Sunday morning I need some medical attention. I was in the surgery room by Monday afternoon. Throughout my experience everyone from the ER Nurse and doctor all the way to dedicated nurses, surgeon, Physical Therapy assistants and even additional staff were amazing!! They were very attentive and fun to interact with. I would definitely recommend this facility. The staff members are the best!! Thank you all for everything.
Negative experience: Super crowded and unorganized have to wait for hours they say you will be called shortly but shortly is 3 hours don’t think you would survive if you come here
Positive experience: They took care of me good and make sure i was ok before they sent me home.
Positive experience: Once you get past the waiting room mess, the nurses on the fourth floor were very kind to me thank you Aleth
Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at the beginning because of my last experience, but recently everything has changed. The staff members were good, and I had quality assistance. I recommend you.
Fantastic experience: Tuve mi primer cesárea con el doctor Minevich todo estuvo fantástico me atendieron de maravilla muy agradecida con el personal de maternidad
Fantastic experience: Great experience. Professional care.
Negative experience: Very bad experience few of your nurses caused my to depression
Fantastic experience: i was born here lol
Fantastic experience: Great service
Fantastic experience: I’m giving it a 5 star only because I was born in this hospital January 24, 1997 I wish I could visit someday.
Negative experience: The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Such a big miscommunication. I do appreciate the people that want to help people out there situations but not those that just categories you base off a little info get have. Doctor's asking and pushing questions so that you can say something that will get you out there way and on your way to wherever they send you.
Positive experience: Issues with the IV machine in my room kept making noise for hours before anymore would attend. I felt staff was annoyed when I would use the call button to silence the machine. The vitals monitor they use is a large bulky device they put in a chest pocket on the gown. This made using the chamber pot really difficult.
Fantastic experience: Great staff overall and very helpfull
Positive experience: I was taken to St. Rose Hospital because I was stricken with kidney and bladder infections. The ER Staff was very nice and accommodating. They rapidly diagnosed my problem within approximately an hour. I was admitted that very night. My stay there was very satisfying because most of the hospital staff were caring and polite.
Fantastic experience: Great medical service. Doctors and nurses are great and really hospitable.
Negative experience: They don’t care about patients at all. We came early for our appointment 2 hour’s because we live very far and had some other appointments which before this appointment, and we told them why do we come early. The registration was nice and took us to the waiting room and asked the people who sit in the “Cardiology Office” ask for our EEG test and told the department why do we come early. The people who sit in the “ Cardiology Office” Did Not talk to us anything and let us just wait more than 2 hours. They could let us know they will still let us started out test in regular time then we could go somewhere to eat our lunch. And during the waiting time, only 1 or 2 patients come. They just sat in their office without telling us anything. We are patients and 73 years old. We wait and wait more than 2 hours. We didn’t eat any thing and they didn’t even come see us passed our appointment time. We are very disappointed with the less communication and less empathetic.
Negative experience: The fact that I have to stay up here for test results when you guys made me write down my number is completely ridiculous, won't be coming here again
Fantastic experience: Experts, highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: My father was there had 2 surgerys. Everything was fantastic the care and empathy that he received The surgeons the doctors everything Was spot one he's back home now. Recovering thank you so much. Saint Rose ICU Staff
Negative experience: The nurses at the front have flat out disrespected people in front of other patients. The rooms are crusty (like dust in the vents and peeling walls crusty). Also, don’t expect them to explain their procedures, they usually end up doing stuff without really saying what they’re doing. It’s a weird and toxic hospital.
Fantastic experience: Hola mi nombre es candida la verdad fue super la atención de las enfermeras como de los doctores todo mundo se portaron éticos i professionales
Positive experience: Not the greatest hospital for family ER visits but they did get the job done. It's a smaller and older hospital after all. They're a bit light on staff so expect to have a family member be there to assist the patient. I would come back here again if the situation arises.
Negative experience: I was so sick I come here in pain but the make me with like 9 hours and the didn’t come so left the hospital in pain
Fantastic experience: Charise the night RN was very sweet and patient with me. ER doc did not waste any time.
Negative experience: Go to any other hospital. Do not come here unless you want to sit way you better off going to Highland Hospital literally will have you sitting in the room and waiting 2 to 3 hours just to see an emergency room doctor. They are bad on communication skills.
Negative experience: I came in with a third degree burn, in an Extreme amount of pain, to the point of crying and not being able to walk. I was first in line, and sat in the waiting room for at least half an hour, before going up to the check in and asking for the wait time- letting them know I was about to lose consciousness from pain. The nurse said "we'll be with you soon, just wait" but I couldn't walk back to my seat from the pain, which is when she came to finally check on me. I was admitted and given a bed, and had a heart monitor put on. One nurse gave me a cold compress for my burn. That was All the care I received- nothing else, over two hours. I went into shock- could barely stay conscious- and alerted a nurse- and they still did nothing. I absolutely do not recommend them- if I hadn't had medical training myself, gone home and handled it, I would still be in danger. Very negligent health care, that should not continue.
Negative experience: The nurses are neglecting patients who are actively declining. Their attitudes, lack of care, and physical unresponsiveness to critically unhealthy patients is disgusting. Call lights go dismissed, charge nurses yell for additional help and no one arrives, IVs leak without care, and misinformation around the hospital are all witnessed within an hour. If this hospital is not shut down soon I will be disappointed. How many patients have died as a result of their negligence? If I could give 0 stars I would.
Fantastic experience: this hospital birthed the love of my life :3
Negative experience: Somewhat helpful staff but billing is a headache and expensive
Negative experience: On October 5th, 2023 I took my mom to the emergency room as she had a sharp pain on her lower right side abdomen and transfered to her right side back, she couldn’t move and it even hurt when breathing. We checked in and they took us in to a patient waiting area where the nurse asked what was wring and stated it was a nerve. The pain was so bad that my mom was even crying of how much it hurt. We waited for about four hours while my mom was in pain and complaining. When we asked if it would take much longer and pointed out about people being taken in before us the nurse in charge of the floor said “everyone else's pain was more important and that my mom would be seen last” after saying her pain was a nerve without a diagnosis of a doctor. He also said “we were free to go”. All of this after already waiting 4 hours. This is not the first time it happens.
Negative experience: Malísimo emergencia, mala atención, y súper demorado
Negative experience: If you have an emergency, don’t ever bother. You will not be seen. Minimum wait time is 8hrs God help me, I will never step my foot in this hospital again.
Fantastic experience: Hi I highly recommend this hospital. I had two C- section and they did really good care of me . They are amazing. I want to thanks DR. Hsu and DR. Singer . Nurse Lipings and Neha for their great help .
Negative experience: Es la peor atención empezando desde que te registran
Negative experience: Id rather die than come to this hospitol these people that work here lie and lazy as hell ... ps we hear everything inside the waiting room...they should actually close this hospital biggest waste of money and scam
Fantastic experience: Thank you St. Rose labor and delivery!! The whole care team was amazing. Every single member I interacted with made sure I was taken care of on a high quality health care level. Also to ensure I was comfortable and encouraged throughout my whole birthing process. I especially want to thank nurse Cindy. I suffer from anxiety and this woman held my hand, offered kind words, she calmed me down. Thank you Dr Simons, Dr Minevich. My room was bright and welcoming. I had lots of pillows blankets clean gowns. I wasn’t an easy patient with my health conditions but they were able to attend to and keep watch on all my extra needs. Thank you again team for delivering a wondering life long experience
Negative experience: They take a long time for everything not worth this place very slow
Fantastic experience: Freindly people and good staff.
Fantastic experience: LOVE IT
Positive experience: I like St. Rose Hospital and it is near my house and their service helping sick people are excellent ❤️
Negative experience: Worse hospital ever all they do is gossip about your information not help you good luck.
Fantastic experience: On May 19 2023 I was at Emergency area of the hospital and the Paramedics and the people at the emergency area were very helpful and kind to me they were trying to find out what was wrong with me I did not have to wait for a long time to get me a room. The Doctors and Nurses were very kind and helpful. When I was in the room all the nurses were taking all my vitals and were kind and helpful to me. I loved that they were very good to me. I want to thank the hospital staff than you very much for taking good care of me and may god bless all of you for what you do.
Fantastic experience: I was there only twice and had surgery today on my elbow there staff was VERY nice and so was my doctor I am at home already and feeling fine I would have no problem going there in an emergency that will not happen God willing just saying ALOHA
Fantastic experience: St. Rose Hospital has an excellent medical staff. My daughter and I give many thanks to this hospital for saving my husband's life from covid-19.
Negative experience: DO NOT DELIVER YOUR CHILD HERE OR GO IN FOR RECOVERY!!!!!!!!! WHILE FEW OF THE STAFF IS EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL THE MAJORITY ARE RUDE, POORLY TRAINED AND VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH PARENTS/NEWBORNS. ******THEY FED MY PREMATURE BABY EXPIRED FORMULA & TREATED HIM FOR NOT EATING IT*****, TWISTED HIS FOOT EXTREMELY HARD AND ROUGH WHILE DRAWING BLOOD AND TALKED TO ME RECKLESSLY ASKING WHY I CAME TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE I CHOSE NOT TO DO CERTAIN STANDARD TESTS PER MY DISCRETION AND STANDARD OF CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: Everytime we come to their emergency room expect to wait for a very long time. They got you in for EKG then ck your vital signs and thats it...we've been here since 10:30pm and its amost 2:10am. If theres really non emergency why can they just let the patient go. Their way of managing situations in the ER are so bad. This will be the last time we are going to their ER. Id rather drive further but you dont need to be up the whole night waiting when you dont need to be admitted.
Negative experience: Dr. Nyeri is absolutely horrible, extremely impatient and does not properly care in the least for his patients-- DO NOT COME HERE-- DO NOT EVER BRING YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, NEVER NEVER NEVER-- it was already frustrating that the entire ER staff are just a completely cadre of uncaring misfits. As a business owner myself who is always catering to clients, I was completely aghast with his behavior towards me once he finally got round to my bedside-- roughly roused me from sleep, threw off my blankets, was speaking too fast like a salesman, forcefully shining light in my eyes, nonchalantly looking at his notes while spewing garbed nonsense I could barely comprehend. Freaking heck-- this was a doctor??? I get it-- it's middle of the night and everyone on the medical staff is tired-- but both his actions and that of the ER team in the emergency room were extremely unbecoming for a doctor and if he cannot show proper care to patients who have been waiting for 7 hours, then he should just sit at home. Definitely will NOT recommend him or this hospital to even my worst enemies and will highly discourage any of my family, friends or clients to venture to St. Rose ever again-- Kaiser and Eden medical had much more exceptionally wonderful doctors.
Negative experience: 2 hr wait to get a room and another 2hrs to see a doctor and another 2hrs to get released. Same thing every time
Negative experience: No staff, no nurses, ER is not ER they just tell you to wait and wait for hours. Worst health services… don’t come if you are in emergency
Negative experience: This hospital is the worst hospital in existence. I wish I could give it -0 stars, my sister came here so many times because she had a numerous amount problems around her abdominal area. Countless doctors found nothing wrong and just pushed her away from being treated for anything. They refused to do any x-rays, ultrasounds or cat scans no matter how much her body yearned for urgent medical attention. It took for us to travel to a different country with even less advanced technology and studies, they found a tumor the size of a mango in her left ovary. They found this in the span of just TWO days. I know America has a lot on its plate when it comes to the healthcare system but we have to do better than this. They said this tumor had been growing for Atleast 1-3 years. I am beyond disappointed in this hospital. They don’t attend to you unless you are DYING or show grave signs of severe illness. The truth is, they wait for you to almost be dead just so they can milk you of all your money only to say they can’t do anything about it.
Fantastic experience: I am struck by how polite and considerate employees are- both to the public and each other. This is unusual in such a setting. It speaks well to their culture. Also, very clean and organized. Impressive.
Negative experience: emergency receptionists do not have a good service ignore people and prefer to be talking to each other
Negative experience: Don’t use the blood lab here, they misplaced or lost my sample so never got the results. You will likely waste time here.
Negative experience: They are rude and wack
Negative experience: Not a clean hospital. Poor condition, food service workers not friendly. My sister was admitted December 2021. Died January 14th 2022. Her surgery on the 11th was okay. Two hours after I arrived the nurses were running down the hallway telling all the visitors to get out!! A disease outbreak...I left immediately. I called to talk to my sister but was put on hold 28 minutes. When a nurse finally answered I heard another nurse say HANG UP. I made more calls over the next 2 days getting excuses, I'll have the nurse call, phone kept ringing, put on hold time and time again. Finally on the 14th nurse Helen called to give me shocking news she probably wasn't supposed to tell me but I made a note of it. A few minutes later Dr. Kapila said my sister had flatlined and they'd been working on her for an hour. How can she have a successful surgery of her toe amputated to flatlining. He said he would call me back to let me know how she's doing. Within 10 minutes he called to say WE LOSS HER. Wrongful death is what it is!! Our family is devastated.
Negative experience: I went to the ER for severe pain on my shoulder, arms and back. I waited 45min. (waiting time is ok and understandable because there are lots of patients) but the thing is they called everyone in the room with the 2 patients after me who were called first than me.
Negative experience: Worst service I went with the worst pain of my life I got there and they emergency room was empty. I waited 1 hour and they never called me so I had to leave to a different hospital! I could of die right there
Negative experience: Garage service
Negative experience: This hospital is Saint Death Hospital. My father was in ER because he fainted at my house. He was breathing fine he was talking fine he even told me he wanted to go to work after being released from the hospital like if nothing had happened. The nurse took him “supposedly to do a scan” when suddenly I see them bringing him back to his ER room and they closed the curtains. I got curious on what was happening so I open the curtains and I see my father trying to breath and he was getting pale and blue. I told the nurse what’s happening to my dad and they said they didn’t know so two nurses started doing CPR on my father but they WERE laughing and talking, gossiping to eachother about something while my father was loosing his life …how can someone do that ? Pretending to help my dad but they were careless laughing and gossiping like if nothing was happening while My mother was crying and my father was dying. Them two were just acting like nothing… with no sympathy and no compassion! Their gossip was more important than saving a life. These “nurses” are careless. Don’t take your loved ones there. You may not see them again. Look at all the reviews! Be wise and be careful.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful service
Negative experience: I have been here fore 5 hours and haven't see a doctor this is b---- s--- please find another hospital to go to I told them I was haveing a shortness of breath and still no Dr.
Negative experience: They make me wait for 5hrs, It’s horrible.
Negative experience: For an emergency we should wait two hours to check you a nurse the emergency department is very bad , no priority for emergency patients
Negative experience: I went to this hospital many times. Each time when there we had to wait there for 4 just to be checked by the doctors.
Negative experience: This is the worst place in the planet!!! I sat and watched how a bleeding patient was forgotten about in the waiting room!! They forgot about this man for over an hour!!!!
Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, nurses, doctors from the ER to all the three days of my stay. Getting discharged today.
Fantastic experience: Really nice staff, made light banter with me while I was feeling horrible which actually made me feel a lot better. And my doctor did an amazing job being able to hook me up to an IV with my extremely small veins.
Fantastic experience: I thought it was possible I had a blood clot so I was looking for a place not too far to go to last minute and I was really skeptical about coming here because their reviews are horrible. I Arrived and they checked me in right away. They seemed tired of working with low energy. Their is a long wait time around 3 to 4 hours but that’s expected it’s the ER. None of them were rude and overall I had a great experience at Rose and they treated me well.
Fantastic experience: A family member had a hip replacement surgery here recently and we were very happy with the care that was received, from the security personnel to the nurses, doctors and therapists. Everybody seemed to know what they were supposed to do and were informative and helpful. We had no complaints, it was a very positive experience.
Fantastic experience: I went to St.Rose in a communicable disease emergency. They immediately took me in from the ER after spending almost three hours in the ER at another hospital. The care in the ER was non-judgmental and very thorough by PA Michael and nurse. I was admitted and the care in isolation was top-notch. I really appreciate the care afforded to me by my two main nurses, Jag and Sarah, along with the CNAs. I’m aware that they risked their own well-being and that of their families by taking care of me, and I just can’t simply be appreciative enough.
Negative experience: The worst hospital ever!!! They provide no updates on the status of patient in the emergency for hours and do not have a patient portal to understand what is actually going on! Staff and nurses are extremely rude!
Negative experience: Mal servicio no vengan a este hospital pasan 3 hrs para atender la emergencias
Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Lily not sure if she’s a nurse or not but she kicked my dad out of the hospital (I was just discharged him from emergency) then she keep asking me to wear mask even though I’m sitting in a room with door close with my mom, already test negative for COVID and I’m not even near anyone. Good job Lily keep it up. no wonder why the Hospital rating is like that. SMH
Negative experience: WORST HOSPITAL EVER, GET HELP SOMEWHERE ELSE OR JUST STAY AT HOME. I went to the ER on the 6/11/2022 complaining of abdominal cramps and that I had been vomiting whole morning. The doctor was so quick to dismiss me saying it is just period cramps & I should go home. My lab test was done & in between the doctor in charge came to tell me he’ll just give me pain medicine and discharge me still dismissing it as a period cramp. I told him paramedics had read my bp to be at 86 and he just brushed it off by saying “but now it’s okay, no IV drips was administered, they didn’t take a proper history.Later they decided to do an ultrasound, as I was waiting Dr. Sebastian and another doc said they were getting FRUSTRATED waiting for the ultrasound results and that I should leave the hospital. I was discharged & 10 minutes after getting home I get a call that I had an ovarian cyst that had ruptured. It’s Sunday today, I’m trying to get my results or better information so I can seek help elsewhere and they say they no longer have it I have to wait till tomorrow.
Negative experience: Terrible. I waited 2 hrs at the waiting room. Then finally when I was called to a room I waited in the room for over 2 hours. Never coming here again. They say they’re busy with ambulances coming in but waiting in the room I saw only one EMT bring in a patient during the 2 hrs I waited in the room
Negative experience: Esperamos tres hora mi hija no aguataba el dolor y el vómito y no antendia si pero combran como si fueran hotel de 5 estrella muy mal mi opinión
Negative experience: If I could give it 0 stars I would… DONT ever come here they don’t care about their patients I went in very sick at 10 pm only had two people before me they had me waiting 2 HOURS!! Just to get checked in, when I asked for an update the lady said she would let me know but she never even got up her seat I NEVER got an update had to walk out. Now I’m heading to another hospital because this one couldn’t see me
Negative experience: They made my mom wait for 2 hours in the freezing ambulance before admitting her to the ER because the medic said the ER was full. When my mom got discharged, they did not provide any medications for her to take home for vomiting and diarrhea. I even asked the nurse on the phone if they could give her something and she wouldn't. She literally told me to get something for it at the pharmacy when it was 4 am! Nothing is opened... Then to make matters worse, when l went to pick her up, I called the ER to tell them I'm here but they put me on hold 3 times for so long and never told me where to pick her up. The lady on the phone in the ER yelled at me for no reason when its their own fault for not even communicating anything with me. They didn't even provide a wheelchair for my mom to the car. They made her walk in the freezing cold at 4 am with no shoes, no jacket, and no one to accompany her. She was admitted for fainting/loss of consciousness so how could they let her walk alone like that?? St Rose Hospital use to be good back in the early 2000s but now this place has gone down hill with staff who are not empathetic at all.
Negative experience: Been waiting in the emergency room for over 2 hours and still waiting. Nurses at the desk talking chilling like wth. Worst place to g. They really need to change this
Negative experience: Muy mala atención 4 horas d espera para nada. No tienen personal. Que decepción.
Negative experience: To my wife in because she has been vomiting and not able to eat for two days. Hospital gave her pain and nausea meds via injection and ran tests that came back negative. They discharged her with no medication or prescription for the nausea. Have to go to another doctor now. If you’re sick or in pain this isn’t the place. They just want to get paid and send you home!
Negative experience: I ended up in the ER today & it was horrible. Not only at first they put me in the wrong room but also the doctor was hella rude. I rather take the extra trip for kiaser. How are you going to talk to a patient rudely who's in help. Time to call osha
Negative experience: This place is horrible! I sat in the waiting area with chest pains for over an hour...only to be move to a room I couldn't breath in because of the dust build up!
Negative experience: WORST WAIT TIMES. Got here at 6:30PM currently 12:45 AM in the morning. Just to find out an ultrasound. Dont come here if you want to waste your whole day.
Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!!!!
