New Life Physical Therapy

Positive experience: ***UPDATE 10/23/24*** Since I have made this review, I have received calls from New Life. I received a sincere apology from Brandon for the service provided and would be mindful in the future. Their director, Thomas, also called and visited our office to offer his apologies as well and would do his best to avoid similar situations in the future. I really appreciate this because it is so important for specialists to build good relationships with each others offices - it just ensures our patients get the best care. Thank you again, Thomas! I called to verify if they provide a particular PT assessment for a patient. Brennan or Brandon answered. He quickly said that everyone was in a meeting and that they will have to call me back, but he rudely hung up on me without taking my info. Prior to this I left a couple of messages (after 9am) because no one was answering their phones. I am reluctant to send our patients to this facility due to the service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at New Life Physical Therapy. All of the staff is very friendly! Tom helped with my vertigo and tmj. He truly knows what he is doing. I felt better and better after every visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tom Feck worked with me for groin injury and took the time to educate me on what happened and explained the process for getting me back to normal. The staff were professional and flexible with getting me scheduled for an appointment right away.

Fantastic experience: After my neck surgery, I went to New Life for my rehab, and my PT was Tom, and sometimes it was with Christine when Tom was on vacation. They were both great and understood all of my needs, and they did a great job of getting me back to normal, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff there were also great and very friendly, which made my time there very enjoyable. I would definitely come back, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great service and get the results you're looking for. NC

Fantastic experience: New Life Physical Therapy made a really good move. They added Tom Feck to their team. My two younger daughters have been going to Tom for physical therapy off and on for 5 years. They play soccer for the Blues, Slammers, and in high school. They get banged up and Tom helps getting them back on the field. Tom explains clearly the details of what is ailing their body and explains how the treatment will help the body recover. Tom is very personable and professional. We drive 35 minutes to go here and it's worth it because I trust Tom, and we get great results.

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about Physical Therapy. As I was concerned with, (and expressed) I did become "just another" to be subbed out to whichever staff member was available. I also encountered "philosophical differences" between treating therapists, which led to inconsistency in my visits too. My work schedule is a bit challenging, something I CLARIFIED at the beginning of my treatments. I was told at the beginning they too were having some staffing difficulties, but we all agreed that we would work together, amicably. Recently, I was chastised by one of the Therapists that I need to invest more effort into coming....NOT what can we do to help see you more frequently? This was followed up by another phone call asking should we close your account? Sadly, I would like to continue, but I can "read the room" and I do not have the sense that I am NOT a desired patient.

Fantastic experience: Came in due to having pain in my hip flexor/lower back and not being able to run. Within two months my pain went away and I was able to exercise freely while continuing my exercises and stretches. The physical therapists and staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, improving, and able to get in. Anytime I missed or couldn't make an appointment they worked with me to ensure I was able to get an appointment. Lisa was my PT and she is amazing and will do her best to work with you and ensure you are comfortable. The same can be said of the aides, they are extremely kind and friendly and will continuously check in on you. Glad I found this place and I'll come back if the need arises in the future.

Fantastic experience: I came to New Life with chronic back pain and sciatica symptoms and I am so happy/relieved I did. I had gone through 2 rounds of PT within the last 3 years or so and New Life was definitely the best experience of them all. The entire New Life team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I felt comfortable and supported during each session and it was a great experience getting to know the staff. I always left feeling great and I noticed a significant improvement in my sciatica symptoms. While I hope I won't need PT in the future again, I would definitely return if needed and couldn't recommend New Life enough!

Fantastic experience: New Life Phyical Therapy was the one I chose of my surgeon's reference list after my lumbar back surgery and they were amazing! They offer aquatic therapy which really helped me. I was able to get maximum benefit from the exercises that way. The therapist, Lisa, was especially helpful and got me moving well again. A very helpful and friendly crew there that goes out of their way to get you feeling better. This is the place to go for PT!!

Fantastic experience: Hace 6 meses fui operada de reemplazo total de rodilla izquierda, buscando en Google encontré a New life Therapy, Andrea es una excelente terapista, me dio confianza, seguridad y ma ayudo con todas mis terapias, lo que más que encanto fueron los masajes que me dio en la rodilla, la cicatriz mejoró en un 80%, todo el personal es muy amable y muy profesional.....Hoy que he vuelto a ser operada de rodilla derecha no dudaré en acudir de nuevo con esta excelente terapista.....Nos vemos pronto Andrea

Fantastic experience: I barely had any movement in my right shoulder when I started my pt after traring some muscle in my shoulder. After 20 sessions, I'm about 90 and getting better. Excellent and very knowledgeable staffs. Very friendly and wonderful supporting staffs. Sanitary and cleanliness are exceptional. Fully equipped for any therapy. Swimming pool for aquatic rehab is a plus. So glad my doctor recommended New Life Therapy. Would definitely recommend New Life Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Andrea really took care of my Mom. The whole process from setting up a schedule and designing a program for My Mom was an excellent experience. My Mom Really enjoyed going in the pool and doing all the exercises to get her knee more flexible/Mobile after her knee replacement surgery. After completing the program she felt no pain to walk and she even now runs. Couldn’t ask for a better service and I highly recommend New Life!!

Fantastic experience: If you need physical therapy, Andrea and the staff at New Life is a great choice! I have always been a strong, fit, athletic person, but recently have suffered from some chronic back pain. I didn’t think I needed to go to physical therapy. But when my pain was bad enough to stop me from exercising, and then my mood dipped because I wasn’t getting enough physical activity, which in turn prevented me all of the happy chemicals one gets from physical exercise, I knew I needed to do something. I stumbled upon New Life Rehabilitation almost by accident. It was very close to my home, and took my insurance. I didn’t have a recommendation. But what a happy accident! The staff is so wonderful! They are organized, professional, but also caring, with amazing bedside manner, in addition to a surprising dose of FUN! I did six visits in two weeks just before Halloween. And boy does this team love their holidays! I looked forward to every visit. That is saying something... who wants to go to physical therapy? The exercises and bodywork and facility equipment all are on point. But I was also really surprised by how beneficial the affect of their caring energy was on me. Thank you New Life Rehabilitation! You come highly recommended from me!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding facility, great staff and therapists. They take your rehab personally and work with you to meet your goals..

Negative experience: For the past few months, I have been attending physical therapy there three times a week. I had a good experience with my physical therapy sessions overall, however, when I attended one of my last sessions, I had accidentally left my Ray Bans in their office. When I was at my next session they told me that my glasses were there and that they had them. They went to go look for them and came back telling me they couldn’t find them again and that they’d look and I’d get them next week. On top of that, they claimed I owed them $398 because I was not on the plan that was suggested to me and if I did not pay, i would be sent to collections. I did not argue with them, I simply paid them. So then my next session arrived, I had asked them for my glasses back and they looked at me like they did not know what I was talking about. The lady at the front had told me that it could of been someone front the janitorial company who could of taken them and there was nothing she or the company could do. Why would you inform me that you had my glasses and then they aren’t there when I arrived. And to tell me “it is what it is”. This is a bad business, they don’t have integrity and they don’t even stand behind their customers. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that offers great customer service and loyalty.
