Fantastic experience: This place has saved my quality of life. When I first started I was hesitant because I wasn't sure how my spine (after upper cervical) would respond to someone working on it. Danielle and her team has taken care of me. This place is professional, welcoming, and clean. Danielle is a wealth of knowledge about the body, personable, and she genuinely takes the time to know you as a person. You're not just a number. Tatiana and Kendall are highly motivating with the exercises and positive. This place wants has your best interest at heart. After 8 weeks my mobility has improved and pain levels have gone down drastically. The exercises make you stronger and the environment is safe and positive. Bill is also talented in the deep massages that target the areas that need help the most. Highly recommend this place and Danielle at your PT. You will receive top notch care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to OSCPT for over two months now and have seen amazing progress with my left shoulder. I had been stuck with no progress for months and after going here I am pleasantly surprised at what I can now do with my dominant arm. When she is working with me, she has a lot of compassion and truly understands what is going on with my pain and spinal issues. Danielle is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: I originally came in here for TMJ issues, but I have found that with the help of Danielle, and the other therapists that I’m able to fix so many more things that are wrong in my body. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, and they make you feel right at home. This place has everything you need to get your body back to 100%. I highly recommend the services here. This is the first place I have found that has been able to answer many of the questions that nobody else could answer.

Fantastic experience: Danielle is amazing and full of knowledge. She evaluates and adjusts treatment of my back, hip, numbness down my leg and arms resulting in positive measurable results. No more restless nights in pain trying to sleep. She watches and listens to me describing stiffness as I am strengthening my lower back and augments my PT plan on a regular basis. She interjects with corrections of form to make sure I am doing the exercises properly. I know she cares and is working with me to overcome years of back pains and mobility issues. Fantastic experience: I brought my baby in to see Cindy & she was amazing!! My son had a lot of minor digestive issues from birth- acid reflux, spitting up a lot, painful gas, constipation, etc. After months of his doctors telling me it was all “normal” and he’d grow out of it, I went to see Cindy. Everyone at the office was SO nice and helpful. Cindy saw my son when he was 4 months old. She was gentle, sweet & could immediately tell what the issue was. She massaged his belly and moved things around so his GI tract was aligned better. And Cindy even showed me what to do to help the baby at home. After two sessions, my son stopped having constipation issues, crying from discomfort & painful gas, and even started enjoying car rides (he always cried the whole time he was in his carseat). It was amazing- I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the doctors tell me my son’s colic and digestive problems were normal and to wait it out. I only wish I had brought him in sooner!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cindy Shaw and her associates for about 3 years off and on. Whenever I have experienced back and/or hip pain or tightness, I've scheduled an appointment and I have always gotten immediate relief. Fortunately, I have never had to have a series of treatments. Cindy is a wonderful therapist and has magical "healing hands". She barely touches me and uses gentle pressure in what I guess are the right places. She sends me home with a set of exercises I can do myself to maintain the adjustment for weeks. I am so glad I found Orthopedic and Spine Care; all of the therapists are carefully chosen by and get additional training from Cindy herself.

Cindy Shaw is one of the best in Southern California and we are all fortunate to have her amazing hands to keep us healthy so we can continue working hard and playing hard. Fantastic experience: I went to Orthopedic Spine and Care owned by Cindy Shaw, located at Springdale and Edinger following surgery for a knee replacement and earlier for rehab for a herniated disc. The care is spectacular. Her clinic was recommended to me by Dr Michael Beebe, PT, OCS, spine and orthopedic research located in Arizona. Fantastic experience: I have known Cindy Shaw for probably 25 years or more. When I was told I needed immediate back surgery for spinal stenosis and severe disc disease (documented on MRI). She was recommended to me by another PT who I liked a lot, but he said Cindy was the best for my condition, She had me lie down, put her hand under my lower back and in 15 minutes told me what was going on, that the previously prescribed exercises would only make things worse and before I left that first session, I felt 50% better physically and 100% mentally. Since that time I have climbed Mt. Whitney twice, run a fell marathon, trekked in the Himalayas, etc. I see here once every three months for a tune up and also if there is a new problem Hip, neck, etc). Fantastic experience: I am an active senior citizen who had an extensive back surgery. In addition to back issues I have torn glutes. Cindy Shaw and her team treated me and thanks to them I have returned to all my previous activities which include 5 days a week at the gym which include a 1 mile swim. I am an avid diver and underwater photographer. After 1 1/2 years I am once again able to dive thanks to the greatest therapy group in Orange County.

I am a fitness professional and working with Cindy Shaw has allowed me to break through limitations I've struggled with for years and take my own workouts and movement to another level. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Cindy Shaw and her team there for over 10 years--and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, even though I drive 45 minutes one-way to get to her. She has fixed problems in my neck, shoulders, hands and back that the doctors had no idea how to deal with (other than medicate to death!). In fact, it was a highly respected doctor/surgeon who referred me to Cindy in the first place, saying, "When we don't know what to do, we send people to Cindy." She is uniquely gifted.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Physical Therapy office in Southern California! All the PT's here (Cindy, Cynthia, Lisa, Elizabeth and Rona) are excellent! It does not really matter what therapist you get as they are all highly skilled in treating complex orthopedic issues. As a bonus, they are all very nice people as well! I have avoided neck surgery by being treated here. I have been to other PT offices in the past and they do not come close to this office. Cindy Shaw and all of her therapists are second to none!
