Fantastic experience: I have gone through two rounds of physical therapy here, both times I have been met with compassion, support, understanding, and flexibility. I cannot recommend this office enough. Brandon England is an amazing physical therapist, when I found out I needed another round of PT I decided to drive 45 minutes to this location because of the amazing team here. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. Hopefully this will be my last round of physical therapy but if not, I already know exactly where I will go.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Stacey Sargent enough as a physical therapist. When I first came in, I had intense lumbar pain that was really affecting my daily life. Stacy took the time to thoroughly assess my situation and tailored a treatment plan with exercises and techniques that were truly helpful. She was incredibly attentive to my pain levels and focused on providing effective relief through dry needling, muscle stimulation, and targeted massages. Her care, professionalism, and dedication to my recovery made a world of difference, and I’m grateful to have had such a skilled therapist guiding me back to health. If you’re in need of a PT, Stacy is the one to see!

Fantastic experience: I came in with hip pain from a minor sports injury. I'd been hurting for six months and finally decided to try PT. Jonathan was very personable and listened well. He exudes expertise, and I began my routine of recommended exercises. Together, we made adjustments to the care plan, and I began to see marked improvement. I was released with an exercise plan to continue on my own, with an open invitation to come back in if I felt the need. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team! Fantastic experience: Everyone is kind and considerate. Because I was coming due to neck problems from a traumatic accident, I was particularly vulnerable. I wasn’t really sure I could feel “normal” again. However, I am doing so much better from the exercises and being heard. Stacey listens with her heart and responds with her knowledge. Now, I understand my condition and what happened in my wreck. I am blessed that my doctor sent me here.

Fantastic experience: One of the best physical therapy places I have been too. Russell was kind and listened to my concerns about my hip. He concentrated on that area and was able to get my back to no pain. I also used Emma once and she was able to continue my care without slowing the recovery down. The staff (used June & Ashton ) helping with the exercise explained them throughly. If any questions about them they would reexplain. Would use them again.

Fantastic experience: Where do you start with a place like this. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional and fun. The doctors especially Russell and Emma who are amazing and where would they be without the PT professionals?? They are the ones who finish us off with our exercises and heat therapy. Fantastic experience: Focus Physiotherapy treated me for a total knee replacement, they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly during my 3 month therapy session. Scheduling, appointment flexibility and their wonderful staff helped me recover quickly and completely. I can’t recommend these folks enough and I am more than pleased with the treatments. Fantastic experience: I saw Russell Cook for my ongoing neck pain, and I had a great experience!! He was really good at explaining everything going on with my neck and made me feel comfortable right away. His exercises and advice made a big difference, and my neck feels much better. Fantastic experience: Shout out to Emma and staff. They are all amazing and work as a team. I feel so much better and I'm no longer in pain. I have done PT before and it helped some but this place is amazing. Trust me, they know what they are doing. The atmosphere is relaxing and home like.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is really kind and helpful. It's like talking to friends every time I come. I came in with chronic hip pain from an accident. Emma helped with multiple different therapies to help ease the pain and by giving me an exercise plan. Both have been really helpful and I'm happy to say that I'm mostly pain free. On days that I do have some pain, it's manageable and the exercises I learned help. The pain continues to lessen and I'm hopeful that with everything that I learned, I'll be back to how I was before my accident. Maybe better!

Fantastic experience: Emma was absolutely amazing for my TMJ therapy! Everyone at Focus made sure I understood my condition, how to resolve it, and things I could do at home to make improvements. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were even able to do evening appointments so I could come in after work! Fantastic experience: Focus Physiotherapy is the best therapy around, hands down! My whole family goes. I've done about every type of therapy there is, for all kind of issues, but I keep coming back to see Stacy Sargent. Twice, I have driven 2,600 miles to get a month of treatment from Stacy. She is intuitive, present, compassionate, persistent, and ever adaptable. She has helped me through several health crises, including two ankle surgeries, a broken neck, and chronic low back issues. I've had nine surgeries and countless injuries, but Stacy has always made me feel taken care of. She gives me hope again. She went over and beyond to reccomend a "fellow" physiotherapist near my new home, which has been a lifesaver. Shout out to Brandon for that L4 adjustment. Thanks for being gentle. Fantastic experience: I love going to my sessions at Focus Physiotherapy. From the moment I walk in, Keaunna and Stasia greet me and make me feel very welcome. (It’s like ‘Cheers!’ Everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.) My fabulous main therapist, Emma H., is extremely knowledgeable (holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy). She’s able to make clear why we’re doing what we’re doing and what it should make possible in the future. I feel both taken care of and educated. Constantly cheerful and encouraging, Emma obviously loves her job and loves working with patients. At Focus, you always have a 2nd therapist who helps run you through the exercises, and I often work with Ashton, who is also terrific: knowledgeable, diligent, and lovely. The location itself is always bustling whenever I go, but I’ve never had a problem finding parking, it’s always very clean and well-kept, and it never feels crowded. I’m really thrilled my doctor referred me to Focus, and I’m grateful for the great experience I’ve had!

Negative experience: The physical therapy was good but the reception staff and billing is severely lacking. I had good insurance but had not met the high deductible. I paid well over a hundred bucks for the first visit but was told the second visit would be much less. I pay the second fee only to find it is almost as much as the first. I don’t return because it is too expensive and I tell them so. I have different insurance now and was planning to see if my new insurance would have better coverage. After 2 1/2 months from my last visit however I get an additional bill for 34 dollars. I paid a total of 250 dollars for two visits at the insurance contracted rate. They had no explanation as to why they sent me an additional late bill other than they found an existing balance moving to a new system. Considering the PT doesn’t spent the entire time working with you the hourly rate is exorbitant. Don’t know why anyone would pay more for a PT than a physician. Billing manager was extremely snooty trying to tell me I don’t know how insurance works. I won’t be going back.
We are very sorry we did not meet your expectations. At Focus, we work very hard to try to provide great value to our clients. We understand that they are trusting us with their health and their resources. We’re very sorry that that you did not experience that. As to the rate, We operate like any practice in a preferred provider network based on the fee schedule the insurance company sets.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Focus Physiotherapy in Huntsville!! Brandon E. and the entire team (shoutouts to my exercise therapists!) and are fully invested in their patients recovery — ensuring each individual patient is able to live their very best empowered life! They have become like family, and are truly now my “primary functional providers”, a relationship akin to the one I have with my PCP. As such, I share in my goals and outcomes, and am amazed by much progress I’ve seen in a short time. No more accepting pain as a circumstance of getting older! Fantastic experience: I chose to complete PT for my knee at Focus due to my husband having multiple positive experiences there. My first appointment was a couple of weeks prior to a family ski trip. At this point (having had five sessions) I am impressed with the attention and expertise I have received there. The therapists are extremely well educated and continue with regular in-service training even as they see patients. The facility is nice, with attention to cleanliness and neatness. As a professional ballet educator/dancer, it can be difficult to find therapists who understand and are attentive to the injuries and wear/tear from a physically demanding career. Fantastic experience: Great experience. Hands on approach before completing exercises allowed my neck and back to loosen up prior to working them out which help them heal better. Lowered pain meds to just Tylenol when needed which is a big plus. Less headaches from tensed neck muscles, almost completely gone. The ability to just turn my head to look in my blind spots instead of my whole body while driving is a major improvement. Highly recommend for major aches and pains. Even if you have that ache that you've learned to live with, get rid of it with some therapy and feel even better.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a friend in hopes of finding some relief for a 20+ year old neck injury. It's been slow going, but I have definitely noticed a difference and hope to get back to not having constant pain. Everyone working here is friendly and encouraging as well, which helps. Fantastic experience: I had PT at another physical therapy provider in town following rotator cuff surgery and was seeing little improvement after many weeks. A friend suggested Focus Physiotherapy. I transferred and was incredibly impressed. The physical therapist works with you on each visit, unlike some other providers. My concerns were heard and my improvement was swift and noticeable. I have subsequently returned following other surgeries. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a weird issue with my chest and Brandon was able to locate the muscle causing my discomfort and we were able to focus treatment from there. We also improved the mobility in my spine and neck. The staff here are professional and they do their best to listen to you and identity your problem. Great overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Brandon is very knowledgeable in treating my complex conditions. I really like how every session you spend a good amount of time with a physical therapist. Other places I have been to I just saw the PT once at the beginning. Their staff are also very responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brandon P is so intelligent and great at what he does. I had been told that I had right SI joint pain and the doctor was planning on surgery. This pain started a year before. I decided to get PT to prove I had done everything before surgery. So glad I did! The first visit he told me that I didn’t have SI joint pain. It took 4 months but he told me he thought it was a torn hamstring. I saw Dr Su and he said the same thing. I had surgery and will return for therapy at 9 weeks after surgery. I’m at 7 weeks post surgery and look forward to seeing Brandon again in a couple more weeks.
