Negative experience: I recently was a CNA here for five years. I was terminated here back in June and it was a false termination due to the likelihood of friendships in the management department lead to a terrible devastating decision made by the nursing department . I was told that I was being terminated because some people couldn’t handle who I was. Yet I am not perfect and I have my flaws but who doesn’t but one thing I was not was disrespectful nor was I ever insubordinate I loved working at this facility and knowing the decision being made upon me was hard to take corporate did nothing, not even an investigation all I did was receive a devastating phone call stating that I would no longer be working there, and it was a hard decision to make. I was patronized by an individual in that place who is a nurse, who treat you nonetheless, other than a person And she told them that I was insubordinate and did not go clock in now I’m not the brightest person on the planet, but I do know insubordination means stating what you’re not going to do And why would I not want to get paid? OK and due to this small misunderstanding left me with a lot of hurt and confusion. Anyway just thought I’d leave this review to let you know, be mindful of where you work and who you work around cause it’s people really out there to get you and you’ve done absolutely nothing to them. Oh & to those who work with close friends A piece of advice when you take upon a position and you have your friend at work with you, you should learn to keep your personal feelings to yourself Because causing people their jobs Without a FULL investigation could end up going totally wrong for you.

Negative experience: If you apply on indeed make sure to call. It is a waste of gas. The receptionist is also rude.

Negative experience: The facility is great but lately too much playing around and you can't get medicine on time bc nurses be on phone instead of taking care of the patients needs and CNA's neglecting some residents

Negative experience: My mother is a resident at this facility for several years now and her care had progressively worse just this month the staff over dosed her with pain medication and couldn't even tell the Hemsi nor ER Dr what medication they had given her along with a fall that she had sustained and wasn't reported to family for 2 days

Negative experience: This place is horrible there is not a lot of good staff that work there. The place smells horrible bathrooms and residents rooms are dirty. The residents do not get treated with proper care at all. The place is depression I would not recommend this place at all for anyone to come and stay. They give you the run around and they tell lies the DON and ADON are horrible. Huntsville health and Rehab has a bad turn over rate.

Negative experience: My sister has been bed fast for 5 years and this year she completely stopped talking. She cried all the time I call to get her appointment with hair dresser and they told me she was not able to sit up because her foot was broke .it was all bones in her ankle. They had took her to er and they put it in a cast it started draining from injection and when I went to the review I told them someone abused my sister I said I wanted her to see a Dr on the 16 ambulance took her to see Dr su at to she had 3 broke toes and a bone trying to prevent her leg they had to have her leg amputated. I am heart broke someone could be so mean.

Fantastic experience: They took really good care of me. There physical therapy department is awesome. Thanks to Matt and Sasha I am able to walk again. The nurses are awesome. To many to name. The CNAS are great. Thanks to Jackie for taking good care of me and pushing me to get up and go. The shower team are very awesome and caring. I could not have asked for better care than they gave me.

Negative experience: Don't EVER WORK HERE! the facility is disgusting 2 cna' s got suspended for abuse staff is rude and the place is really depression. I would never step foot back there. Residents do not get taken care of properly not worth it at all.

Negative experience: VERY POOR!! This facility smells horrible and my dad didnt get changed for the 1st 3 days of being there. Just to many concerns to list here.

Negative experience: Terrible staffing issues. The workers are nice but they need help. When patients push the call button it might take 30 minutes or even an hour at times for someone to help them. This is a regular occurrence. What happens when there's an emergency? We won't be back.
