After a running injury that had me worried I’d have to give up my training, Hunter worked with me to build a recovery plan that was both effective and supportive. He took the time to understand my goals and tailored each session to make sure I could keep running safely. Overall, the staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and really invested in their patients’ success. Thanks to them, I’m not only back to running but also stronger and more confident than before. Highly recommend for any athletes out there!
Fantastic experience: Was having an ankle issue which I thought would ruin my marathon training. Was able to get a quick diagnoses and good treatment plan. I had Hunter and he also showed me other issues with my running form so I wouldn’t have issues in the future. After about 2 months my issue is gone and my marathon is saved.

Fantastic experience: Jonathan and his team at Focus are the absolute best at post-op rehab. Jonathan facilitated my rehab after I had shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and rotator cuff. As an orthopedic nurse and educator, I have seen some of the best PT specialists in the business, but Jonathan is second to none. His approach to therapy, using both traditional and cutting edge techniques, coupled with his knowledge of everything related to musculoskeletal recovery is incredible. Fantastic experience: Hunter, Physical Therapist and Elijah, Exercise Specialist are knowledgeable and personable. I have only had two sessions and both sessions have increased my range of motion in my cervical area. My pain has decreased and the exercises at home have given me more comfort and confidence that I will be able to manage and more of an opportunity to go about my days with better quality!!! Fantastic experience: Due to three back surgeries and a total shoulder replacement, I have been to Focus Physiotherapy four times. Why do I always return to Focus? I return because of the quality of care and the quality of the team. They are not just “staff”. They are a cohesive team who work towards one goal; a successful surgery recovery. Hunter and Sarah are incredible physical therapists. Hunter is my physical therapist, but when he is not there, I have no problem with seeing Sarah. They spend the first 15 minutes of every appointment asking questions, massaging the sore places, and physically manipulating the surgical area. Bre is the receptionist that keeps Focus running smoothly. She is amazing. Then there is Elijah. He is Sarah and Hunter’s right hand when it comes to keeping me on my toes, making sure I am doing the exercises correctly. I will never go to any other physical therapy place. Why mess with perfection? I love these guys.

I saw the same PT every visit (Hunter) and he always asked how my issues were and if any new issues or setbacks happened he would adjust my exercises accordingly. Fantastic experience: I have had 6 appointments so far at Focus Physiotherapy on Winchester Road. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone. Sarah, one of the therapists, is extremely knowledgeable, very caring, honest and friendly. I have been to a couple other therapists and not one of them was as concerned as Sarah about what was really going on with my shoulder. Elijah, her exercise assistant, is knowledgeable and very attentive. Their office is very clean as well. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of therapy to give this office a call. You won’t be disappointed. I’m so thankful I figured out I could go somewhere other than the office owned therapy locations.

Fantastic experience: After total hip replacement I developed some muscle and scarring issues . My surgeon recommended Jonathan Zecker , Focus PT. He did not disappoint. Every visit was crafted with a review of the previous week and how I was feeling. Detailed explanation of how we were going to proceed . Fantastic experience: I had fallen on my shoulder and my doctor said I needed physical therapy. Focus discovered I had a more serious problem and suggested my doctor send me for an MRI. Within a week of getting the MRI I was getting shoulder surgery. Focus led me through over 20 weeks of therapy and did a great job the whole way.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Focus. I have arthritis in my left shoulder that is causing me occasional pain right now. Everyone here is nice, professional and knowledgeable! When I first came in the receptionist was welcoming! Hunter and Faith guided me through my therapy and exercise. They were great! Fantastic experience: Focus physiotherapy helped me heal my ankle and affective hip. I was going while I was training for a race and doing a lot of running, and my therapist Hunter was always really attentive to any pain I was having. Anna was also great at helping me do all the exercises, and the rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Always a great experience!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is healthcare professional and also has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, I can’t speak highly enough about the expert treatment and care I have received over the last year of coming to Focus. The therapists’ knowledge of the anatomy and physiology is unmatched by any PT organization I’ve ever worked encountered personally or professionally and it is definitely not a “one-size-fits-all” kind of practice! Each evaluation and care plan is individualized for every single client each time you come in for an appointment. I would not still be walking today without the ongoing care I receive here from Jonathan, as well as from Hunter, and Sarah and their staff. Fantastic experience: My neurologist referred me to focus physiotherapy after c ontinuously feeling neuropathy pain in my left leg, foot, and bursitis in my left hip. I was depressed that I hurt so much from just standing up and had lots of trouble walking. I had become glued to the sofa.I starting two days a week sessions in June 2023. I immediately began getting relief from pain the 1st week. I am on my 3rd month attending sessions and I plan on continuing through the month of September. The therapists, Hunter and Naomi, ask me every time how I feel before, during, & at the end of each sessions. The exercises are easy to do, not painful at all. My goals are to rebuild strength , balance and to become completely pain free. The neuropathy I was experiencing has dramatically been reduced, with very few days my toes hurting. Since my stroke in 2015, I have been going to various physical therapy offices. This one is fantastic and so personable. Thank you focus physiotherapists, you really make me feel so good!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The people all around are helping, understanding, and kind when it comes to physical work it is definitely healing. I had Hunter Hardman and he was the best and he treats his patients with his upmost care. Nyomi is normally who helps guide with the exercises and she is overall a ray of sunshine! Brooklyn at the front knows her stuff when it comes to appointments and paperwork help. I would love to come back for the people and the good times they provide while working out. Fantastic experience: We (me and my wife) both found Dr. Hunter to be terrific! He is a caring professional who listens. I had this pain in my leg for three years; 3 podiatrists and one physical therapist later, no result. Dr. Hunter diagnosed and treated me to almost no pain; also, I can walk much better.
