Fantastic experience: I was having real bad shoulder pain when my primary care physician referred me to Therapy South. I couldn’t throw a baseball or shoot a basketball without severely feeling pain in my shoulder. On my first visit they sat down with me and came up with a diagnosis. 1 month, 8 visits, later I am completely pain free and back to playing ball with my kids. Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful for the physical therapy team at Therapy South. My recovery from ACL and meniscus tear repair required physical therapy for 7 months. They were patient with me but still pushed me to work hard so that I can resume normal activity. The staff worked with me and my school schedule to make sure I still stayed on schedule. There's no where else I would recommend for physical therapy! They made me feel like I was a part of their family.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for therapy to help with neck pain as the result of a car accident, and I can’t recommend this place enough! For starters, the receptionist is wonderful. She is great at answering phone calls and made sure I understood what would be covered with my insurance - even offering payment plans. Jaron, my PT, was phenomenal and offered dry needling treatment. Man does that stuff work! Holly filled in for Jaron one afternoon, and she did not skip a beat. The staff really worked as a team to help me reach my goals.

Fantastic experience: I saw Katie for pelvic floor rehab and would highly recommend her. She was honest with me about what was achievable during our sessions. If you're experiencing issues and are unsure if physical therapy is for you, schedule a consultation. You'll be glad you did. Everyone else I interacted with was helpful and accommodating during my sessions. Stacy helped me with all my questions regarding insurance, billing, and payment.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Therapy South to anyone, I use the office on Hwy 72.

Negative experience: I wish I could give this less than one star because they don’t deserve even that. Rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with and the couple that owns the place are somehow worse. Not sure why they would berate a paying customer the way they did. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who goes there, you will need it

Negative experience: These people are selfish, We have a group of respectful friends honoring a fallen biker, They claim we have a cross on THEIR property and are trying to take it down, the cross is literally 2 feet off the road, far away out of anyones way, and the city OWNS 15 feet of property from the road, so there is no way they should be allowed to take the cross, or mess with it in anyway.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending for a couple weeks now with Courtney, and she’s been great! My therapy needs have been for pretty sensitive and difficult issues and she has done well listening to what I’m feeling and having a hard time with. The facility seems set up to deal with a lot of different physical issues. Also she is referring me to a counselor as supplemental therapy for my problems which I appreciate! Overall I feel seen and helped.

The environment there is just so open and friendly. A major plus is....you don't get any surprise bills! They work with you from the beginning and keep you informed. Positive experience: I've had a good experience with my therapist, Michael, on the University Drive location. Fortunately, he gave me a thorough assessment before starting therapy and focused in on the exact area and problem while really listening to my concerns. This is something that, surprisingly, a major orthopedic center failed to do, despite 2 MRI's. Therapy has been beneficial and I am seeing improvement in my shoulder. The receptionist has been really friendly and helpful. The evening hours work perfectly with my work schedule and the location is very convenient for me.

Fantastic experience: I went to Therapy South for PT following ACL reconstruction. The staff is fun and encouraging. I mostly worked with Sha'Rose who is personable, kind, and willing to learn new things in order to better help her patients. People don't tell you that while ACL recovery is hard and painful physically, it is also difficult emotionally. One of the hardest parts was rebuilding my confidence in my knee and Sha'Rose was sure to help me strengthen that while also working on knee strength. Jaron, Katie, and Michael also helped along the way and were so fun to work with. And Stacy at the front desk is awesome! She was able to handle any insurance problems/questions. We put in the work and at my 3 month strength test, I measured a quad deficit of 10%! I would definitely recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: I have to say, I was in pretty bad shape when I started going to Therapy South, and now I can do so many things that I couldn’t do before because of the pain. The folks there are so friendly and personable. They really do make you feel like you’re in the best hands, and that’s because you are.

Fantastic experience: I went to therapy south post ACL surgery and I had nothing but an amazing experience. For the first session, I did not think I would be walking again but the staff was extremely supportive. By the end was the first week I was walking short distance without crutches. Through their guidance I was able to achieve the 12 week goals set by the surgeon by week 6. However, the staff kept finding new ways to help with mobility, strength and endurance. After 12 weeks of PT I was back to running and normal activity. Once I completed my PT I felt like if I went somewhere else I wouldn't have received the same results. Therapy South went above and beyond to ensure my full recovery.

Fantastic experience: I can't believe the progress we've made in such a short time. I was in so much pain when first arriving, and now rarely feel pain. I then address it with my exercises. When my PT starts digging around, I can feel how much further we have to go. But Katie is phenomenally knowledgeable and a great communicator. She is always telling me what she's doing, why she's doing it, why the current exercise is needed, etc. She rocks! And I am so thrilled with your program and your staff. Top shelf, and hats off! I primarily worked with Stephanie and Shaunta for a myomectomy recovery - marvelous! Katie was great with creating a continuing exercise program that challenged my abilities. Fantastic experience: When you first walk in, they make you feel welcomed. It all starts with Stacey at the front desk. Then your introduced to the therapist; Michael, Stephanie, Shaunta, Katie, Jaron, And last but not least Darby. They all care and partake in your recovery process. Their all awesome and I highly recommend them to all. My recovery process was a battle but I pulled through and I am very grateful to them all.

He truly cares about his patients and I still can't believe how much progress I made under his direction. The first day I walked into his clinic I struggled to be able to do basic daily activities, and now I am back to running and lifting at the gym with no pain! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend TherapySouth and their women's health/pelvic floor physical therapists--especially, Stephanie Perez. I had terrible pelvic floor pain, spasms, and other symptoms, and after just about 8 sessions, most of my symptoms have either gone away or come back less often or less severely, and now I have tools, like stretches and breath work, that I've learned how to use to help with symptoms of pelvic floor tension and urge incontinence. Stephanie is great at listening to you to understand everything you're experiencing to be able to give you holistic care, treatment, support, and an optimistic outlook for your success in getting back to feeling more like you, less stressed and more relaxed about your body.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my physical therapy regime at TherapySouth after having labrum tear repair surgery in my right shoulder. Being brand new to the Madison area, I had no idea where to go or who to see. So I googled physical therapists near me and the top reviews were all about TherapySouth. As a result, I requested my initial consult with Jaron 2 days after surgery to start the healing process and gain back range of motion and stabilization post-op. After having completed 16 sessions over 7 weeks since surgery, I feel better than I have in years with the mobility I have gained back and the solid stability my shoulder now has. The therapy team here is amazing and actually listen to your concerns and work with you to address them. They work on goals that are created with you and support their patients throughout the full course of treatment. By far this is the best PT Clinic I have been to for physical rehabilitation and if I ever have to do PT again, this will be the first place I go to. Michael and his team know how to take care of their patients from start to finish!

Not overloaded with a ton of patients. Time management is excellent! I was quarantined during therapy and was still able to continue pt via telehealth from home.

She was able to help me recover strength and mobility in places that I thought I just had to live with after childbirth. She also used several techniques to help me with pain I was experiencing. The staff here was always friendly. I highly recommend this location and especially Dr. Stephanie Perez to any mother's after childbirth. My only regret is not going sooner!

I am so very grateful for her and the progress she has already helped me to achieve! I haven't worked with any other therapist, but they all seem wonderful and fully engaged with their parients. Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with my experience at TherapySouth. I was able to get in for my first appointment right away, without a long wait. The office staff was efficient and handled the paperwork quickly. My therapist, Stephanie, was professional, knowledgeable about my specific health issues, and very reassuring. I appreciated her discretion and attentiveness. I continued in weekly therapy sessions for about 8 weeks. I always left feeling very positive about the progress that I was making, and Stephanie added exercises each week to continue my improvement. At the end of the 8 weeks, she re-evaluated me and we both saw significant improvement. I am so pleased with the whole experience!

Fantastic experience: I have finished up today with about 5 weeks of physical therapy at Therapy South/Huntsville. This is the second time I have had pt here and I would not go anywhere else. Everyone knows my name there and I feel happy to be there. Most importantly, all the therapist are excellent. I used Michael this time and Katie. They are both gifted therapists. Fantastic experience: I have, in my many years, had occasion to be a patient at several Physical Therapy locations for various problems. I have never been as impressed and pleased as I am with Therapy South Hwy 72 Huntsville AL. I usually work with Michael, but have been with all the therapists. They are all very knowledgeable, personable, patient and dedicated to helping you heal. What I find most impressive, as opposed to some PT locations, is the total attention you are given by your therapist for a full hour. There are no assistants or trainees. I obviously highly recommend Therapy South and its staff. They have kept me mobile and helped reduce my pain. A heartfelt thank you.
