Established in 2020, P4 Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy service founded by physical therapists with over 42 years of experience. We strive to provide community-based care that puts the patient's needs first. Our unique partnership model allows us to consistently deliver high-quality outpatient care with a purpose.
