Fantastic experience: The office staff and therapists here are so friendly and amazing at what they do. They truly seem to care about you getting well and are knowledgeable about how to get you there. Back in April I hurt my back and through a series of unfortunate events it got so much worse and I was miserable and in constant pain by the end of June. I finally started PT at Results in August. Now it’s the beginning of October and I cleaned out my garage this week without hurting myself! Thank you for helping get me back to a more functional and pain free place and explaining what we were doing and why along the way.

Fantastic experience: Since having radical reconstruction surgery on my leg due to Cancer in October ‘22, I’ve been going to PT at Results 3x a week, to relearn how to walk. Though physically therapy can be grueling, painful and exhausting, these people (are very good at what they do, and truly care & celebrate every progress victory. (They even make it fun with theme days!) I just had my 100th session, and they made a big deal about it. Results’ PTs & admin team (inc, but not limited to, Sarah, Brandon, Amanda, Danica & Todd) are stellar, caring and amazing people. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Results Physiotherapy (Hwy 72 near Nance Rd) since 2018. I’d previously heard great things about the office and decided to give them a whirl after an auto accident (whiplash). I was very happy with the staff and results (no pun intended) and returned in 2021 for a LT frozen shoulder and again this year for a RT frozen shoulder. I came back because I was so happy with my outcome then, and I am so pleased with my progress now. My therapist is Todd. He’s professional with a great bedside manner. He has high expectations of his patients while also displaying compassion. He pushes me to get better but not to my own detriment. In fact he very clearly explained that I shouldn’t be experiencing eye twitching pain and if I am to ease up a little bit. Todd is very hands-on and adds new exercises often in order to push me to the next level. This is going to sound strange because nothing about this round of therapy has been fun, BUT part of me actually looks forward to seeing Todd and staff, because they make an uncomfortable situation as fun as it can be, injecting humor, where they can. AND…Fridays are the best - because they have themes (think Disney movies, funny hats, and even wigs). Again they try to make it as pleasant as they can and I appreciate that because holding that stretch for a 5-count is much better to a favorite song. This is my longest round of therapy to date (my shoulder was a mess) but I am so glad I took this journey with Todd and staff. I highly recommend! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Todd Clem has been my Physical Therapist par excellence for 10 years. He's provided pre and post physical therapy for 11 orthopedic surgeries. He's treated 2 fractured feet, plantar fasciitis, a fractured humerus, and broken ribs. He's treated upper and lower back pain, knee and hip pain, hand and foot pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain, as well as treated headaches and occipital neuralgia. He's treated multiple conditions/body parts all at the same time, modifying his manual manipulation and exercise routines to simultaneously maximize the benefit for each of the different treatment areas. He's graciously worked with all 10 of my doctors. He's provided practical advice on work, home, and lifestyle modifications that have greatly improved the quality of my life. During the COVID-19 lockdown, he provided home based physical therapy, driving to my home twice a week for many months. When I fell outside, in front of their Madison Clinic, he was first by my side, staying with me until the ambulance arrived and he coordinated the return of my car and personal belongings with my family. Most importantly, over all these many years, Todd has encouraged me when I felt discouraged. He pushed me when I needed to be pushed. He provided kleenex tissue when I've cried. He often was able to turn those tears of pain and frustration into tears of laughter by distracting me with his humor. Todd constantly amazes me in how he can guickly modify what he is doing with me in order to meet the need that is present in that moment. I can't thank Todd enough for all that he has done and continues to do for me. I am so grateful for Todd, and I appreciate him so very much.

Fantastic experience: This place is the BEST. Having a chronic and complicated injury from a car accident over 4 years ago, I've been to my fair share of physical therapy offices and this one is golden!! Byron was my primary PT but everyone I worked with were friendly, good humored and more than competent. Byron and this facility are golden because instead of taking a blanket approach to people and their PT needs, this is so much more PERSON CENTERED compared to any other office I've been to. Many PT's just have basic exercises they use with people, especially when they are seeing many common injuries they may just use the same treatment for everyone. Whereas Results Physiotherapy came up with unique exercises and even better LIFESTYLE ACCOMMODATIONS!!! This is what I was most excited about, they provided me with ideas for sleeping, driving in the car, doing chores, at my desk at work, ect. We found ways to incorporate PT with chores so that I can save time while also benefitting my body, finding money saving economical accommodations for my back and posture and so much more. I ended up buying all the equipment I used there to continue my PT at home because I felt more difference with their treatment plans than any other office. Honestly you can find good PT's anywhere, but overall this place is the way is should be everywhere and I'd refer anyone to them and already do!

Fantastic experience: I never have had a reason to have Physical Therapy done until recently. I have Planters Fasciitis ... very painful. Have dealt with it the best I can before seeking PT. The staff at the Huntsville location are amazing! Super friendly, super knowledgable, encouraging ... they are all phenominal. I highly recommend the Huntsville location for your PT needs. I tried the dry needling, against my will, and day 1 today and it's the first day I have NOT had pain in my foot in over 6 months. They know what they are doing there. Scheduling appointments worked with my schedule which is great for the working person. Also they like if you bring them goodies once in awhile :-)

Fantastic experience: My bride had a severe overnight episode of acute back pain. Amanda worked her into Results busy schedule. Amanda was truly wonderful with her accommodation and encouragement. Todd did a fantastic job working out the problem and setting up a plan for both home care and professional treatment to keep my bride happy. Results is THE go to place in Madison for physical therapy. They know their stuff. And they care. They're the best!

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT!! Before going to Results Physiotheraphy I was treated twice by another company who rotates therapist. Each new therapist would read my chart and try to pickup from where the last therapist left off. To me this rotational practice is very ineffective. Results Physiotheraphy tries to keep patients with the same therapist who gets to know their strength and weakness; thus making treatment more effective. Todd used his experience and knowledge to determine that my knee problems came from my hip! After completing therapy all pain was gone. Now the rest is up to me!!!THANK You!!!

Fantastic experience: These people know what they are doing. Over the past 5 years I have been to three other therapy centers. Results physical therapy nose as much or more then the rest of them. My doctor wanted me to go to the one down on Whitesburg. Next to his office. I chose results because I have been there before and so has my wife. We are thoroughly pleased with this Physical Therapy Center.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a variety of therapy and rehab treatment options. I would recommend to everyone: athletes, elders, teens, adults, and anyone seeking therapy and treatment. I worked with Todd recovering from two separate injury rehabs and was able to fully recover both times faster than expected, without any recurring issues. I would definitely recommend any collegiate to professional athlete to see Todd for a post surgery rehab.

Fantastic experience: The staff is really good in helping getting you better by taking the time to listen to what is going on with your body and trying to get you back on your feet. Todd and a the staff members are very good in treatment by using exercises by showing which ones will help in healing the problem you have. The uses of heat, electric stems and traction really helps to relieves the pain. I highly recommend results to all my family, friends and co-workers.

Positive experience: 8/7/2020 UPDATE: I'm updating my review. The physical therapist is great. The business side is sub par!!! The frustration began before my first appointment with them! The business wanted the payment though the deductible was met at the time of the back procedure just the day before. "Well, the way it works is that you have to pay us, too. Whoever submits the claim to the insurance company first, which is usually us, you have to get the refund from the other company. Is that alright with you?" I guess it has to be now, doesn't it?! They were originally noticed of overpayment on June 25th. Still waiting!!!!!! Devin is the American Mr. Miyagi. On days that were difficult to move, he showed how to strengthen the muscles that help remove the pain. BUT you get out of physical therapy what you put into it. Apply the exercises at home on days that you don't go in. You'll heal quicker. One of my goals was to play with my grandchildren. Mission accomplished!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about Results Physiotherapy. The staff is very professional, obviously well trained, and dedicated to obtain needed results. I was referred to Results for assistance in recovering from spinal fusion surgery with a goal of core strengthening, regaining flexibility, and range of motion in not only my spine but practically everything else as well. Physical Therapist Melinda Hyatt and staff are super. Professional yet personable. They quickly gain your confidence through actions establishing your capabilities and designing a tailored exercise program for you. Don't assume by this you will not be required to earn every bit of progress that you attain. It is a no nonsense program that requires work both on site and at home, but it is tailored to the individual's capabilities, and administered and supervised by caring, professional staff. I do not hesitate in recommending this organization to all. Thank you Results.

Positive experience: The PT staff was very professional, very competent, and I really, really, REALLY enjoyed them. I can’t say enough about how comfortable they made me feel. Very good listening skills and “bedside manner.” However, I feel the support staff is a little too aggressive in trying to make sure you return for additional follow ups. This happens at the facility, PLUS they call you MULTIPLE times. It is very much annoying because it really comes across to me like they are attempting to drum up “business,” not like they are concerned with your health. Tone it down a bit, please. Further, whenever I went in, I checked to see what my financial obligation, or what was my pending balance. Then, when I tell them I need no further service, a while later I get a bill with a balance due. When I call the office responsible for billing asking how did the amount due change from what I was told at the facility, they say, “whoops, we forgot to correctly apply an adjustment.” Although I TRULY do appreciate them correcting the amount, I have a question: What if I hadn’t called, and I just remitted the requested amount, would they have found the error and sent my payment back? I think probably not. I understand it is a business, and profits need to be made. However, again, it made me feel they’re trying a little TOO HARD to make money. Like profit, not healthcare, is the priority.

Positive experience: The therapists are great and get results, however the business is not very considerate of your time. I arrived for an 0800 appointment and was filling out paperwork and surveys until 0840. I asked when I was going to be seen and if the appointment would be finished by 0900, because I had another commitment, and I got the ahhh and the deer in the headlights look. Great place poor time management.
