Greg has been managing and in charge of outpatient rehabilitation clinics for more than two decades. He has extensive experience in creating physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs. He has worked with hospitals to establish and expand clinic operations to multiple locations. Greg had a vision of aquatic therapy in Kansas City and helped his therapy team develop Phased Progression, a concept that is now used on a daily basis by Synergy staff. He also created Synergy Solutions LLC, a consulting business, to provide guidance, training, and management services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and privately owned physical therapy centers. Through Greg's innovative approach to creating service lines, clients can maximize their profits. Additionally, he lectures on entrepreneurship at local colleges and MBA programs. Furthermore, Greg is passionate about community service and is an ordained minister and author.
In May 2015, Danielle earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Mary and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Central Christian College in 2011. She has recently completed her training and is currently a Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) through the International Spine and Pain Institute. She is knowledgeable in post-operative and orthopedic care, as well as balance training after a concussion and falls. She is certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) level 1 and 2 for sport, posture, pregnancy, edema, and pain. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her family and cheering on Kansas City sports teams.
Janeisha was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but developed a fondness for the Kansas City area while studying at Rockhurst University. In 2014, she graduated with a major in Macrobiology and a minor in the Physics of Medicine. Two years later, she completed her Master's degree at the University of Missouri St Louis, where she discovered her true passion in life - motivating and aiding others to recognize the incredible things our bodies are capable of. In 2020, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Southwest Baptist University. During her studies, she was chosen to join a physical therapy mission to Cap Haitien, Haiti, where she and her team provided physical therapy services and healthcare education. This experience gave her a new perspective on her profession and the desire to always be an advocate for her patients. Janeisha has worked with people of all ages with a variety of conditions, such as total joint replacements, spinal cord injuries, strokes, chronic pain, and sports injuries. Her professional interests include pelvic floor rehabilitation, pain management, and orthopedic management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog Maverik, trying new foods, and traveling.
LeAnne earned her Associates in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Penn Valley Community College in October 2013 and an Associates of Arts degree from Longview Community College in the past. Before working for Synergy, she was involved in multiunit operations, which included customer service, daily operations, and training new staff. She became interested in physical therapy due to her interest in natural healing methods and physical fitness. She started working at Synergy Therapies in January 2016 and brings her experience, diligence, and expertise to her patient care, with a focus on manual therapy techniques combined with functional and therapeutic exercise. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends watching Kansas City Chiefs football and Royals baseball, as well as working out, biking, gardening, and participating in other warm weather outdoor activities.
Mykala has been a part of Synergy Therapies since February 2018. She earned her Associate in Arts degree with a focus on science from Blue River Community College, and also received her Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Concorde Career College. Before graduating from college, Mykala had to go through physical therapy multiple times due to hip and knee surgeries, which increased her interest in the field. Her experience includes pelvic floor therapy, outpatient therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing therapy. She was particularly drawn to the healing power of aquatic therapy after completing a clinical rotation and her own rehabilitation at Synergy Therapies. In her free time, Mykala enjoys spending time with her family and pets, doing outdoor activities, and taking trips to new places.
In November 2018, Laura joined Synergy as the Front Office Coordinator. She is excellent at interacting with people and enjoys making them happy. She is an expert at juggling multiple tasks and is very efficient at running the day-to-day operations that involve the patient. When she is not at Synergy, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

I had to undergo aquatic physical therapy due to the effects of rheumatoid arthritis on my knees and legs. Lee was amazing - he was patient, professional and always willing to explain anything I didn't understand. He was very knowledgeable and the whole team at Synergy was incredibly friendly. My experience with total knee replacement therapy was amazing! I had water therapy and four gym sessions, and the workouts were fantastic. The atmosphere at Synergy is amazing! Laura, the receptionist, is extremely welcoming and kind. I have been going to the physical therapy sessions there for two months and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The therapists, Leanne, J, Danielle, and tech Selena are all incredibly skilled, friendly, and professional. If you're looking for excellent aquatic or land therapy, this is the place to go. I strongly suggest giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: If you’re on the fence about where to go for physical therapy, choose InReach. They are affordable and transparent when it comes to financing your visits. They accommodate to what YOU need. Everyone is super friendly! I came in with knee pain and it was affecting my way of my everyday living to the point where I couldn’t do things without having to take a seat. Sometimes even just sitting caused my knees to swell. I am 25 but my knees aged me and held me back on so many social events and basic tasks. I saw Scott and LeAnne for my appointments and wow they are amazing!!! They never tried to push me past my limits and provided so many helpful stretches and exercises I could use at home or at the gym! Scott and LeAnne always made me feel safe and comfortable when I had my appointments! InReach worked around my busy schedule and always accommodated to my needs! I had issues kneeling with full body weight for years!! LeAnne showed me a yoga pose I could use to help myself get up and I’ve never been more relieved in my life! I felt like I was starting to feel like my age again! I’m so thankful and grateful I found InReach and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Great place if you need physical therapy! All employees were friendly. Scott was my therapist and made me feel comfortable right away! He explained what exactly why I was doing the exercises and end result we were looking for! He answered all my questions and most definitely did not make me feel like I was bothering him. My “room spinning” is gone and he gave me an at home program to help with my balance and making me feel better! If I need to have therapy in the future this will definitely be my go to place! I highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: My daughter significantly hurt her back and was constantly in a great deal of pain, making walking very difficult. She was prescribed physical therapy and choose In Reach. LeAnne was an answer to our prayers. She not only seemed in tune to what her physical needs were but also picked up on her depression and helped her focus on the positive progress she was making. My daughter is back to living a fairly normal life just 3 short months after her injury, something we were told probably wouldn't happen. Thank you, In Reach for hiring LeAnne! She gave me my daughter back and my granddaughter her mother back. We are forever grateful! If we ever need PT again., we will for sure use LeAnne!

Fantastic experience: Inreach formerly known as synergy, is one of the best places for therapy, they have a large heated pool with different depths which make exercises much easier but just as effective as being on ground. The office staff managed by Laura are wonderful. The therapists Lee, Leeann, and a few others who's names have escaped my brain, are managed by senior therapist Scott are great people. Very intelligent in their fields. They have a program for people who don't have doctor ordered therapy to use their pool for for exercise for only 10 dollars for a 1 hour visit. I highly recommend inreach for people who want to see improvement in their bodies. They will provide a free evaluation, and work very closely with your doctor. I could go on for an hour, but I hope you understand my review. Of all the therapy places in the metro, inreach is the best. Go check them out, and talk to Scott, you will be happy you did. Thank You inreach for everything you've helped me with, I appreciate you all.

Fantastic experience: When the doctor said he was sending me to physical therapy for 6 weeks for my back injury, I cried.I was not looking forward to it at all as I had been to PT at different locations 4 times before for different injuries/surgeries and I called them pain and torture sessions. I decided to research and find the location I wanted to go to and not just where the doctor referred me to this time. I am SO glad I did! I could tell as soon as I made the call to schedule the evaluation appointment, this place was different. The staff at In Reach truly care about helping you minimize your pain while helping you heal. Having the ability to have therapy in a heated pool or in the gym is a huge help. If I ever need PT in the future (and knowing me, I probably will), In Reach will be the only place I will go. PT here doesn't mean pain and torture, it means personal treatment because they treat everyone as an individual and everyone's treatment plan is tailored just for them.

Fantastic experience: I am 63 and I broke my fibula in late August of 2022. I had surgery Sept 12th, with a plate and 8 screws. After weeks of physical therapy I was able to go back to bowling in early December and set my average at 151. Thank you so much for all your help and encouragement!! Fantastic experience: Amazing Therapy Atmosphere!! Laura the receptionist is very welcoming and inviting. I’ve been going to Synergy for 2 months and I wouldn’t go to another physical therapy place ever again! The therapists Leanne, J, Danielle and the tech Selena are beyond amazing, very friendly, professional, and hands on. If you’re looking for great aquatic and land therapy this is the place. Fantastic experience: The therapists listen to you and help design exercises to meet your personal needs. I have made more progress in a shorter time than ever before. They will send you an email with your exercises and you can download an app. The app not only has pictures but videos to walk you through each one to make sure you remember the correct posture and motions. Positive experience: This review is hard to write. I loved the DPT's Jae and Danielle. They were spectacular, friendly, caring and very professional. So I'm giving two stars for those two star PTs. Im giving a third star because they have convient, 5pm appointments. However, I am a front line medical worker. My profession has taken a beating in 2020 and most of us are very sensitive about wearing masks. There were three employees at this medical facility that either dont wear masks at all or wear them under their chin or over their lips. I asked why this wasnt enforced and never got a real answer. My PTs wore them every time, but it was optional for other employees and patients. After I inquired, I started seeing the other secretary and Therapists wearing them until I made an error and came on the wrong day. The three employees were not wearing them over their mouths. Then I came at an earlier time than normal, on another day, and saw them scury to put them on. So the moral of this story is that if you dont wear masks, this would be your physical therapy place. If you do, I would reconsider this establishment. Oh, and the Jackson County mandate is posted on the door. So you have to wear the mask in, but is not enforced, making the front line worker's jobs much more difficult. Jea and Danielle, you are amazing people, , I'm sorry I quit coming due to non enforcement of the mandate. I wish you both the best.

Fantastic experience: Synergy Therapies have brought me through Fibromyalgia flares, spinal stenosis flares, and so much more. The therapists are the best, and the warm salt water pool is my lifesaver.
