The staff all works together very well and are excellent with their respective jobs. The facility is pleasant, attractive and extremely clean. If I ever need more PT I will definitely come here!

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Everyone is so friendly, the place is always clean, and the front desk is always so kind and helpful. I came here for a shoulder problem I was having. My doctor couldn't figure out why it was happening so I was referred here. The people here are very knowledgeable and knew how to help me immediately. They are great at explaining the what why and how of everything, and making sure you have the techniques and forms down for everything so you can do the exercises yourself later. Needless to say, my shoulder problem is no more, and I will be coming here for any further physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have used a few different Physical Therapy places and none compare to ARC. The people at ARC discuss your expectations, goals, and push you to reach them. I went to ARC in tears because after my total knee replacement I was way behind where I should have been on the bending of my knee. Blake listened to me, encouraged me. and worked very hard to help me reach my goals. Carter is awesome, attentive and tracked my progress and listened to my concerns. Ashley receptionist was great helping with my schedule and always greeting me with a smile. I am very happy with the outcome on my knee. I felt welcomed and knew this is where I should be. I recommend ARC to be the best there is.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with physical therapy, so I was nervous beginning the process. From the beginning, I felt like I was given very helpful advice and pointers to continue in my everyday life. Because of that, I was able to walk away from this experience with knowledge I will forever use. I enjoyed the staff and overall energy of the facility and this was a place that I could look forward to visiting!

Negative experience: Asked to see my report as I couldn't do certain things because it was painful . The physical therapist wouldn't show me said it was numbers he lied to me I read the report at my doctor's office he lied so bad on me these people are liars and are not about you and your well-being

They are very professional, courteous and most of all kind and caring of your needs. For anyone needing therapy for any reason I recommend this location and staff . Fantastic experience: My experience at ARC Physical Therapy was awesome! I came to them with neck pain, probably from years of working at a computer. In the past, an occasional chiropractic adjustment took care of it. This year, that was no longer helping. By the end of my physical therapy, my neck pain was gone, and my range of motion was much closer to normal. I also received an unexpected benefit. I've had headaches all my life (a span of 60 years). I've tried many preventative medications, but they often came with unacceptable side effects. Since starting the physical therapy, I've noticed a reduction in headache pain. I have many different kinds of headaches, so I don't expect the headaches to completely go away. However, the improvement is definitely noticeable. It really motivates me to continue the exercises on my own.

Fantastic experience: Garrett and all the therapist at ATC took great care of me through my rehab from a torn rotator cuff. Equipment and facility was clean and in good working order. Staff were all professional, caring and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a place to begin or continue your Physical Therapy I know the answer: ARC Physical Therapy+. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and our committed to getting you back to your regular self! I had a terrible left shoulder pain for years and was convinced it was a heart attack. I grew tired of blowing money on going to different health care specialist, ER visits, and physical therapist at different practices who weren't invested. I had the pleasure of working with Garrett and after only a couple weeks the pain was practically gone! I normally wouldn't go out of my way to write one of these, but if you're reading this, I cannot recommend ARC Physical Therapy+ enough. You deserve to get better and they have the professionals and equipment to bring you back to 100%!

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and RUN to a reputable company with proven, knowledgeable PT folk. They gave terrible advice to the Work Comp Doctor. I waited 30 days to be seen, 30 days for results, and then 15 days for a copy. I demanded records. Receptionist said, submit a 30 day request! Then gave false information to obtain those records quicker. I spent two weeks leaving messages for my pain doc, Dr. Foxx. No one ever called back or cared. (Apparently you contact your 'ADJUSTER' when your PT and doctor turn their back on you) -Learning experience for ARC! Based on the PT's opinion, not quality results, the doctor closed my file. NOW 6 mo later, orthopedic surgeon proves damage and said what were they thinking??? This wasn't a muscle issue.. This was a nerve issue! I tried to explain that to the PT, how my pain fluctuates and at the time of the test I was a low 4-6. Now work comp wants to deem me permanently disabled, but with zero treatment plan or any tools in my belt to help. When is this ever okay? This was all based upon a PT test! Being you were overworked, one PT did body measurements and once Abbie finished, she stepped in having me lift weights at different positions..I was being 100% honest in my muscle strength.. (YOU NEED to learn from this for the sake of others- it was nerve related pain)! I would have done better stating, NO. Every lift feels like a knife stabbing deeper into my spine, because that was the case. Here I am thinking, lets show exactly the full extent of what I can do, so I can get the most accurate reading. It was not life threatening though! I am breathing just fine! You must re-word your testing instructions to include nerve damage. Eventually the weak opinion was submitted, I have no idea how it was signed off.. Abbie Phillips PTA and Jason Herold, DPT. Overworked, and understaffed should be ARC's motto.. Never will I come here again! Nor will I send our 300 workers here. It is hilarious how hard the sales reps, TPA's, and Insurance Companies work effortlessly marketing for them at trade shows, just for this to push us away. Our company will no longer participate! They took the stance that my pain was not correct, by visual checks,(holding the back where the herniation pushes in), and by means of being able to lift more in certain areas of the test.. Lack of professionalism is all I can say. THIS IS ARC's WORDING EXACT: "the overall classification of effort is invalid due to the client (_,_) performing inconsistently during a repeated measures protocol. the client meets the material handling demands for a medium demand vocation, per the dictionary of occupational titles" FALSE!If that doesn't scream commonly used jargon terminology, then I don't know what does. Abbie stated 15 minutes into her testing, that if you feel life-threatening pain, or that you are going to cause life-threatening harm to others, speak up.. This is the absolute worst instructional anyone could provide. First lets say it in the beginning. Second, I am a construction born and raised railroad worker. I am strong in my upper body/legs, I'm not weak. NOR am I going to speak up unless it's exactly what she directed, severe and life-threatening.. I am dealing with excruciating levels of pain, but I am able to lift. It's definitely time to reassess who is calling the shots here.. I believe they didn't even look at my MRI results prior, possibly going for a non-biased opinion, being over-worked, or that I was a work comp case. Based on her results, my doctor never talked to me again. Not even to discuss it.. MRI imaging shows 3 buldges, a herniation pushing 2 cm against S1 nerve, and a rare spinal cyst. Severe numbness and weakness in fingers, toes, arms and leg, but I am moderately capable of working based on ARC's strength test right??.. I'm a safety officer, a hardworking professional. I work days people usually call in for. I NEEDED THEIR HELP. Do not trust the 5 star reviews for nerve pain OR back issues! AT MINIMUM, check what physical therapist you are being sent to and their tenure history.

Fantastic experience: This has been the first time I have ever had to have physical therapy and the staff has been great! Garret has really helped me with my knee pain and is very knowledgeable, professional,and friendly. This is the only place to get physical therapy that get results!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is the worst. I've had some terrible experiences in the past but this place is different. Everyone is so nice and has a great sense of humor. Jacob was great and made the experience fun. I walked in with a crush injury to my dominant hand writing like a 4 year old child and was able to walk out of there with a fully functioning hand that writes like an adult. Jacob was very patient with my 3,000 questions and concerns. He took extra time to explain things to me and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this place (mostly Jacob) for any physical therapy needs!

I Ruptured My Achilles Tendon and Garrett who was my trainer did a great Job with getting me back on my feet and getting me back the confidence in my Achilles. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this place! I started physical therapy thinking it wasn’t going to do me much good and I left feeling stronger than I did before my injury. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the facility itself has everything you need to get better. Garrett is amazing, and I’m so grateful for all of his encouragement during my rehabilitation. He really pushed me to do more and challenge myself, but he is also very personable and funny, so therapy never felt like “work” to me. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest areas I've ever been. My Therapist Derrick knows what he's doing and has taken me from a place of pain and discomfort to moving around like I have never been injured.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience for me. I walked into the facility in a boot after not a broken and dislocated ankle, torn ligaments, repair surgery and not being able to do anything for 10 weeks. Three weeks later, I walked out in two shoes, no crutches and confidence I hadn't had in weeks. I worked with Danielle, Derek, Abbie, and Jason and they all were amazing. I am so happy I was referred to them.

Fantastic experience: This is great place to rehab and heal! All of staff are very kind to each other and their clients and make your appointment fun. Jacob is a pro at upper extremities and it's obvious he loves what he does. Deleah always greets you with a smile and is a scheduling wiz. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of work comp or personal injury therapy.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at this location make therapy fun and vary the exercises so you don't get bored. They are totally focused on you getting better and gave me home excercises as well as an easy to follow regime at the clinic. They all have a great sense of humor, which makes the hard work easier to take, and the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. I was able to reach my healing goals in only six weeks and they were very flexible about working with my schedule to plan appointments. I highly reccomend the Noland Rd. ARCPT clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but the highest praises for the therapist (Danielle Ewing) and the therapy (water therapy for my knees) I have received from ARC. They were very gracious and kind and made special arrangements with a local pool to allow me to take my knee therapy in the water due to severe arthritis and spurs in my knees. I have no cartilege left. I have been in terrible pain in both knees for over 4 years now. I'm only 44! I have to walk with a cane! Too soon! Today after my first water therapy appointment, I feel like a million bucks. Absolutely no pain in either knee. Danielle was very patient and showed me how to do many exercises to not only increase my flexibility, but also to strengthen my leg muscles to keep my knees in line and working fine! I'm not expecting a miracle, and I know eventually the pain will come back,. but its really nice getting the first break from constant pain in 4 YEARS! Thank you so much, Danielle! I hope many people read this, and decide to take a chance to feel better like I did. You rock!!!

Fantastic experience: This team is amazing. You will know each worker by their name because they all care for you. They are very friendly and by far the best people I have gone to therapy for. I’ve been back to this location three times for my shoulder and if I ever have to go back to therapy I will definitely go to them. The other clients there are also very friendly. Everyone makes the situation a little better! This is the only place I’ll go to!
