Fantastic experience: Kayla has been working with my husband after his hip replacement and she is awesome! She really encourages him to push himself to do more! I love her positive energy and he is doing so much better!

Fantastic experience: Great environment with a phenomenal staff of therapists. Each team member cares wholeheartedly for their patients and they do whatever they can to better their outcomes. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had no deductable and visited numerous times. Now I received a collection bill of 200 dollars. I will call find out why. Will repost w answer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melchione and his team are so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I especially appreciated the time he took to help me understand the “why” behind the exercises that I was doing. That really helped to keep me motivated!

Fantastic experience: This is the fourth physical therapy center I have visited in 10 years and it is by far the best. I love the individual attention I get. Each therapist works with me throughout my appointment and does not constantly move from one person to another during my session. I feel they really listen to what I am telling them and they make tailored changes for me on the fly. The front desk is well Ron and the facility is frequently clean. I feel safe and validated when I visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few PT joints in my life. Good folks, good PT. This PT HOME is far FAR above the rest. My son told me about them and I thought “ehh. Next time I need a PT/OT, sure, why not?” I felt like I was visiting my favorite nieces and nephews and I was their fav rock star auntie. I love that they remembered the names and lives of returning patients, even if they weren’t seeing that patient. As long as I live in this area, I will never go to another PT joint as I have found my PT home.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by Dr. Ursick. I can't say enough good things about this facility or it's staff. I worked mainly with Megan, and I've never met a more compassionate and caring person.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I struggled with debilitating lower back pain for three years and was referred to Michael. I honestly never thought the pain would fully go away but, I'm sitting here today, completely pain free! I'm beyond thankful for him and this entire facility for giving me my quality of life back. My only regret is waiting so long to get the help I needed.

Fantastic experience: Caroline is a lifesaver in every sense of the word. I've experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness from everyone at BRPT, but Caroline exceeded all expectations. From changing her explanations to better fit my understanding, to remembering random little bits we talked about last week, I really left there feeling like she was a friend as well as a therapist. I was discharged today, ahead of schedule, largely because of her. I recommend she be given a raise, a company car, and a vacation.

Fantastic experience: My mother in law "80 years old" has had 2 knee replacement surgeries and has had her physical therapy at this establishment. Allison and Megan are the two names that I hear constantly. She said she is worked hard, but she wants to work in her garden this spring. She said they are really kind, with sympathy and empathy, but get the job done.

Fantastic experience: Great people, every single one is friendly and kind. I used them for PT twice (rotator cuff, neck) and now am back for a third time, I can’t say enough good about them.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with vestibular neuritis for four months. My dizziness was mild, but almost constant. I was extremely frustrated. I had tried exercises at home, but wasn't successful. I have been seeing Briana and Megan for the last month. They are so kind and encouraging. They gave me exercises that were challenging, but did not overdo it. My dizziness is 90% better! I still have a couple weeks to go, but I am SO thankful for these ladies. If I ever need physical therapy in the future, I know where I will be going!
