Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder injury and spent seven months in physical therapy. I went twice a week and had a very positive experience. I have been in the health industry for over 30 years and will say Taylor was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable with everything he did. I would definitely recommend ETC.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk thru the front door you know this is going to be a positive, productive experience. Natasha works very closely with your schedule to help you set your physical therapy goals from week to week. Taylor is quite knowledgeable and very patient working and explaining what needs to be done to achieve maximum results. Not only is he a great therapist, he is compassionate and seems to understand when your having an “ off” day. Getting stronger and more confident in their care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was having some back problems and my Doctor wanted me to have some therapy before getting an MRI so I chose to come to ETC and I am so glad I did. The therapist Taylor was very well knowledged in his profession and had me without very little pain in 6 weeks. The receptionist was also very helpful in meeting with you and setting appointments. Thank you Taylor you saved me from surgery and to Natasha (the receptionist) for always making you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I chose ETC for therapy on my torn rotator cuff and all the attached ligaments. My surgery went fine and my therapy went great at ETC. Therapy after rotator cuff surgery is more difficult than I expected. But the staff and especially Taylor, the physical therapist, made me feel very comfortable with his personable demeanor. All in all, the training area was well kept and uncluttered. I would definitely refer any of my friends to ETC physical therapy

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Taylor at this place for several weeks now for low back and neck pain, and I feel he is an excellent physical therapist. He is always very mindful of not pushing me beyond my pain threshold and very gentle with the massager. Natasha at the front desk is also very patient and nice, and together they make for a very friendly, positive atmosphere. Kudos to ETC Independence!

Fantastic experience: Started going to ETC when my Dr suggested I do PT for my balance issues due to strokes I'd had. At first started going there because it was close to home but grew to trust Taylor with my issues. He's stuck with me now. Thanks for the care Taylor

Fantastic experience: I have had the need for physical therapy treatments on two separate occasions in the past 18 months. ETC Physical Therapy in Independence has proven to be the best place to go. As each week passes during my treatments, I feel more and more relief from the pain. Taylor is both knowledgeable and very professional. He has the perfect personality for working with people. If you need therapy, Taylor is the "go to" therapist. He and his staff are great!

Fantastic experience: Recently I had 10 weeks of physical therapy with Taylor. He was very knowledgeable and after my evaluation he knew exactly what therapy was needed to get me back to feeling great. He was supportive, kind and professional. I will never go to PT any where else. If you are in need of therapy, go to ETC PT Independence and ask for Taylor. He will get you back to feeling great also good follow up calls to make sure you’re doing well after discharge. Wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I started at ETC a couple of weeks ago. Taylor and Liz are the bomb. They make you feel comfortable, and excited to be able to work with you to help you feel better. My general practitioner is excited so far with the results. I like and look forward to therapy, they don’t let it feel like a chore. Fantastic experience: I started coming here with my mom to her appointments when she was hardly able to walk with out some kind of support or accommodation. She has dramatically seen so much improvement that she's now able to do everything on her own. Because we've gone months trying to find my mom some help with no luck and such a short time with Taylor that she's improved so much, I decided to start seeing Taylor myself. I have lower back problems and I'm unable to do certain things at work or even do household chores some times. With seeing such great changes in my mom, Taylor has done the same thing with me! I can do things for a longer period of time without any breaks and am able to work my full shifts without much problems. I still have a ways to go but I know that Taylor will get me to where I want to be! Taylor and Liz are exceptional people and some of the friendliest people to do business with. I am beyond happy that we found them!

Fantastic experience: Taylor and Liz are amazing! I have two discs in my lower back that cause pain there and shoots down throughout my leg. I have had to walk with a cane for many months. I have had no luck with other physical therapy places or doctors. After trying out ETC and working with Taylor there has been a lot of increase on my mobility. I can walk up stairs, carry in groceries, walk without a cane, do chores around the house, and even go shopping without needing an electric scooter or my cane. I get excited to come to my appointments because I know Taylor is actually helping me and I'm seeing so much improvement. I know that I have a ways to go before I'm back to myself but I know it won't be long while I'm working with Taylor. Thanks so much!!

Fantastic experience: My first and only experience with physical therapy was at ETC. Initially I began therapy at the Brookside Clinic where I met Taylor. I followed Taylor to the Independence Clinic with no hesitation. Taylor, like everyone else that I met at ETC, is caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Every appointment was handled on schedule and was one-on-one. I looked forward to seeing Taylor and Travis during every visit. Travis called regularly to confirm appointments as well as to offer open appointment times if I had a scheduling conflict. A recent referral of a co-worker resulted in another satisfied client. Great organization with outstanding employees!

Fantastic experience: After getting physical therapy from two other companies and making minimal progress, I started going to see Taylor at ETC-Independence. In only 10 visits I have made significant progress in my pain and motion. With his depth of understanding, he is able to answer all of my questions which is a great help to my recovery.
