Freedom Healthcare has been in business for over 10 years. We pride ourselves with the work we do and our patients are very happy with the results they have from our procedures. We are experts in the field and pride ourselves as such.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Freedom Healthcare since October 26, 2018. I saw a commercial, called the office and they took my insurance. It has been a game changer for me-a real CHANGE to my life!! In my case, I did Physical Therapy first, then I started with my procedure. I am a BBW, and was 330 lbs when I first went to Freedom. Since I have been going to Freedom, I have lost over 90 lbs. I am saying this because the journey from then to now has been totally worth it. I am so excited every day I come to Freedom Healthcare. The nurses and staff have been so worth the visit. If I could advise anyone to continue with the procedure - the results are going to be rewarding!!! Try out Freedom, they results speak for themselves.

Negative experience: I had five injections for each knee in five weeks, month and half ago, but no result at all. it was a waste of time and money!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had terrible knee pain and didn't know where to go....this place has been a blessing to me! They not only helped me with my knees but also my hip pain. The provider, Cynthia Stock is so knowledgeable about the overall health and truly cares and listens to what I have to say! She is GRAND! Teri at the front desk is so personable and knows everything about insurance - thankful for this place!

Negative experience: They tell you it is a free consulation at the time you schefule your appointment and at the time you check in for your appointment, they ask for insurance info to see if it is covered, then they go ahead and bill you because it is not covered. They are very untruthful just to get you in the door.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t experience anything bad. Office was well managed. Insurance was filed correctly. Had knee issues three weeks later pain free and going. Wanted to wait before giving my opinion.

Fantastic experience: The office was very nice and the staff members were great!! They were very prompt and professional. I definitely recommend this team to anyone searching to fulfill their healthcare needs!!

Negative experience: I'm glad I read the reviews,I was looking for my mom,but no thank you for all the trouble that would probably happen,we need help not a bunch a fakes out there,u know what they say,'If it's to good to be true" it's probably a fake,so BUYER BEWARE!!!

Negative experience: They are guaranteed to make money because their free consultation turns into a $410 bill. The Stem procedure that was presented for my diagnosis would run about $500-$600 per injection. I filed a grievance with BCBS on the fact that Freedom Healthcare's commercial states a free consultation. Also, unless you have zero deductible insurance the procedure will come out of pocket because most policies have around $2000 deductibles. Not happy!

Fantastic experience: Teri at the front desk is phenomenal-very professional and knows her insurance from BCBS to Medicare and all replacements in between. Christina the MA is very gentle. Julie the NP is professional and has awesome bedside manners with a touch of compassion. The Office Manager is very helpful with any issues and knows her insurance and billing. Try this office out-a lot of experience and staff who truly care about you as a patient.

Positive experience: Good treatments. The billing stinks, made a payment to pay current in the office and billed me 31 to 60 days late. It has been three weeks trying to deal with this and todate still trying to have them credit my account. So frastrating and they need an office manager that will listen to their patients dealing with a payment. Will think twice about using this facility.

Negative experience: When I called to make an appointment, I was assured that Medicare covered the procedure. When I got there, I was almost immediately informed that Medicare was not covering it because I have Humana as well as primary. I did not spend more than 5 minutes there. They billed Medicare 255.00 for the office visit and I had to pay 50.00 in co-pay for absolutely nothing. The office was disorganized, cluttered, and appeared to be unclean. Not a good experience for me; especially given that I was given misinformation. I was very kind when I spoke with Terry, and she promised to take care of the bill, but I got another bill with a note that if I didn't pay the 50, I would be turned over to collections.
