EXOS Physical Therapy & Sports Performance - Grain Valley / Blue Springs

Fantastic experience: After 3 cervical surgeries in 15 months I was having trouble getting back to a somewhat normal lifestyle. Kyleigh took the time to listen to my concerns. She then started a therapy regime that involved some exercises, massage and dry needling. I am seeing improvement with each session. Less pain with day to day activities. She has been great.

Fantastic experience: The facility has a lot of space and is very clean. I worked with Sam for a sports hernia and cervical radiculopathy. She was very knowledgeable, personable and it is obvious she loves her job and helping people. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to go to Exos. I love this place. They truly listen to you and are there to help you get better. I wont lie, it hurts like heck sometimes but, the reward of getting the use of my arm is so much better and the physical therapist and her assistant are great at keeping the pain down. I cant say enough good things about this place. Sam and Andy YOU ROCK!!!

Fantastic experience: Boost Physical Therapy has a very nice atmosphere, therapist makes sure that you comfortable or having problems. All the therapists greets you with a smile and asking how you doing & feeling. You are able to watch a little bit of TV & listen to music while working out.

Fantastic experience: The environment is very relaxed and fun. The Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They talk to you each time you come in about how you are feeling, they listen to you, and really care about helping you. I have been to PT before but nothing like this place! If I had known how beneficial this would be I wouldn’t have fought my doctor about going for so long. They are the best!!

Fantastic experience: Austin Siedel is a great physical therapist. He’s very knowledgeable, understands my injury and how to rehab my muscle. He explains very well the procedures and what physical activities will be impacted when going through the rehab steps. He always has enough time for me and speaks in a very calming voice, which relaxes me and helps lower my anxiety. I highly recommend him and Boost Physical Therapy. A class act!

Fantastic experience: Abbey has been working with my daughter for a couple weeks now and my daughter loves going! Abbey is so patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable about why the nerves, muscles, etc. Are not working as they should. We hope in 6 weeks there will be much more mobility in her legs and back due to the care received by the PTs at Boost!

Fantastic experience: Out of this world, marvelous my dear. This PT changed my life. I was an old man till I got my full knee replacement and PT. The therapy was brutal but within 6 months I ran my first 5K. I haven't looked back. Many races later I'm so thankful for Stephanie.

Fantastic experience: After a less than stellar experience with another Physical Therapy group in Independence I received a referral to Boost. My therapy started in the Independence facility where I had the opportunity to meet several members of the staff, all of whom were professional, courteous and eager to help in any way possible. While in Independence my therapist was Stephanie Strong, who transferred to the new Grain Valley facility as Manager, and I followed to continue PT. Stephanie made my program challenging and is ultimately, I believe, the reason for a quick recovery. So, thank you Stephanie and thank you Boost for all your efforts and for the great experience and help you provided!
