Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Freedom Physical Therapy. This is my second course of treatment for separate injuries. The center is expertly run by caring, extremely professional people. Dr Evan is superb. He explained and demonstrated what was going on with my shoulder before implementing treatment. The treatments included massage, strengthening and mobility exercises. Fantastic experience: Freedom PT is THE place in Kansas City to get back to moving! After breaking my tibia, Dr. Evan spent a long 5+ months putting me back together both mentally & physically to be able to run, hike & jump again! He understood the ebbs & flows of a comeback & kept my mind calm when I needed it most. The entire Freedom fam (PT's, front desk, interns, & of course Dr. Donny) are always an uplifting presence. They know your name, they seem invested in patient progress, they're prompt & they're just all around wonderful people to chat with. Fantastic experience: I had an injury to my hip that made it hard for me to sit and constant pinching down my leg for over a year. I had a great experience with Dr. Tim. He explained exactly what was going on and I started noticing improvements from the workouts we were doing immediately. Dr. Tim and the rest of the staff were great and got me back to 100%.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had PT here after a surgery and all the staff was amazing. The front desk woman always greets everyone who comes in (and usually by name). Tim the PT was awesome, very informative and nice.. he explained everything from start to finish and goes above and beyond. He even does excersizes that kept my daughter interested and actually excited to go to PT! So many people helped her along the way, Thank for for being a wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: I had a total hip after 2 years of a very sedentary lifestyle due to pain. InItially, I was referred to Freedom Physical Therapy for rehab after my surgery, where Dr. Tim not only got me up and moving with encouragement. My goal at the time was to be able to get up and down from the floor so I could play with my granddaughters. As I progressed my goal changed to being stronger than I was before my hip started hurting. When I completed my therapy I wanted to maintain my relationship with Freedom and continue getting more physically fit so I joined one of their supervised exercise classes. Now I come 3 times a week to work out in a setting tailored to my abilities while advancing me at the same time. I feel better and have more energy now than I have in years.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with Physical Therapy and I’m a huge fan. Something caused my lower back to spasm and then I couldn’t straighten up, could barely walk, and had numbness in my left leg. Dr. Evan took me through the most thorough evaluation I’ve ever experienced and was able pinpoint the exact vertebrate that was inflamed and pinching the nerve going to my leg. A steady program of progressive therapies, including stretches, bands, and eventually weights, got me back to 100% function and able to confidently resume a very active lifestyle of running, cycling, hiking, swimming, golf, etc. The staff are great, the environment is great, the results were great. Highly recommend!

I had a consult with Dr. Evan Williams, he tested my lack of mobility and gave me personalized treatment every time. They are great at explaining what they are doing and the reason for your exercises. The employees are always happy and fun to be around, giving you encouragement in any situation you may have. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Broke my hip in a pickle ball fall; repaired with a hip replacement. I originally chose Freedom PTTC for my rehab based on recommendations of several friends who had done PT with them. Some had previously had less than satisfactory PT experiences at larger, impersonal centers. They were right. My physical therapist was Dr. Joel. He's a solid, knowledgeable professional, great listener, and leads therapy with a personal touch. With him as my health care partner I was able to meet all my goals. He took me from slow movement with a walker to total independence with excellent flexibility, stability and strength in far shorter time than I expected. I'll be back to hiking and kayaking this month. Freedom PTTC is the place "where everyone knows your name". Great friendliness and service was evident from front desk staff, to physical therapists and the owner. Perfect location for those in central or western Johnson County needing top quality physical therapy. Easy access from K7. I'm grateful for their help and highly recommend them to others, whatever your age or condition.

Fantastic experience: Dr Evan Williams is great. He worked with me to sort my elbow out. Was personable, respectful, listened to me and helped me walk away pain free. The place is clean, and well maintained. I would go back there in a minute if I needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently began group training classes at 6:00am, three days a week. I am overly impressed with every fine detail that goes into these classes. Same with Freedom’s effort to prepare you for beginning their training classes. The level of expertise the PTs and trainers have is outstanding, and I know because I am also a therapist in this industry. Their passion, reasoning, and science behind why we train how we train is current and 100% effective. They have mastered individualizing group classes. The one-on-one training you get exceeds my expectations. The camaraderie of the group is amazing. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. I was impressed to find that many of them have been training here for years. I also plan to continue training here for many years!

Fantastic experience: Due to knee pain I have gone to Freedom for PT for 6 months so I honestly know how well they care for their patiens/clients/PT family! I ended up having surgery to repair meniscus tears and calcification areas on my knee 3 months into therapy, 3 months later I’ve graduated with nearly 100% recovery and returned mobility! Dr. Evan is only one of the best at this facility…they are all dedicated and caring but I feel blessed to have been with Dr. Evan all 6 months. Fantastic experience: I injured my hip running a half marathon and Joel helped me rehab it in six weeks. All of the providers come up with individualized assessments and recovery exercises. My strength in both hips improved drastically. Then facilities are huge, clean, and has all the latest equipment. Everyone there couldn’t be nicer and accommodating. The woman at the front desk made billing & appointment scheduling seamless (something so refreshing in this day and age of healthcare). Parking is easy. I have young children and they allowed me to bring them for my sessions if I couldn’t find childcare. They prioritized my recovery over the inconvenience of having an 18 month old present. Was so impressed and saw a variety of ages, gender, and diagnoses at all of my sessions. As a first time PT patient, I Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: I developed a shoulder impingement playing tennis. Dr. Tim worked with me and taught me so much about the shoulder and back! I'm completely better and playing tennis again, my shoulder feels like it is 15 years younger than before the injury! The running assessment attracted us to the facility, but the strength training kept us coming back.
