Fantastic experience: The service and treatment I've received from Kate at Direct Physical Therapy has been awesome! I've received therapy from her the past year for several issues and, with her knowledge and work, each condition improves significantly with every visit.

Fantastic experience: I've only been once so far, but Kate was extremely helpful in diagnosing some flexibility issues that I didn't even realize I had! She gave me great advice about types of stretches that I could do to avoid future injury by engaging certain parts of my spine in different ways. I'm pretty much a convert into their business model and way of thinking about using physical therapy as a way to prevent future injury.

Fantastic experience: I came to Direct after four years of chronic low back pain and leg pain. I had tried chiropractic and massage, but never actually saw any lasting change. I felt a difference after my first session with Kate, and I had NO pain by my fifth visit! She guided me with exercises and by 3 months I was able to run for the first time in 4 years without pain! Now months later I'm in my first pregnancy, and I still receive guidance on occasion when needed to keep from flaring up again. I'm so thankful for this affordable plan! I feel like I have a PT in the family!

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about my experience with Kate at Direct PT. As someone who had never been to PT before, I didn't know what to expect, or or whether or not it would help with my injury. Kate made me feel so comfortable, and was able to identify my problem (along with ones I didn't even know I had) within minutes of starting her evaluation. The payment model is unique (a small membership fee to have unlimited medically necessary visits) and I am so happy to be keeping insurance out of it and getting the help I need at a VERY affordable rate. I am excited to continue my relationship with Kate and get the help I need to resolve my current injury and prevent new ones. Thumbs up all around, thanks Kate!
