Fantastic experience: I stopped in after a long flight back into LAX and my back was killing me. Everyone that helped with my treatment was really kind and I left feeling much better. Would definitely recommend stopping in and getting treatment before/after a flight!

Negative experience: Covid results didn't come in within 24 hrs and impacted our travel. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Their website and automated phone message said covid test is available 7 days a week but no one is there on a Sunday. We got the test at 9 am on Saturday and results are still not here at 3pm on Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Had some intense neck and mid back pain few weeks ago. Came in and saw Dr Michael and the physical therapist Dr Matthew and they helped me out a ton with an adjustment and some stretches/exercises for my spine. They were very knowledgable and helped me make some changes to my normal workout routine that would take unnecessary pressure off my spine. Been feeling much better since!

Fantastic experience: I come to visit from north California, Most say i’m very impressed from Matthew and the team , the office very professional and you feel home when you are there really ty guy’s you are the best !!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great customer service! The girls are the front desk are always very sweet and welcoming. Very quick and hassle free booking. Everyone is very patient in answering any questions I have. I’ve been going there for several years getting various treatments from adjustments with the amazing Dr Matthew or acupuncture and now they even offer Covid testing!! I got multiple Covid tests done and got the results within 15 mins! The nurse that administered the test was super nice and gentle. It was quick and painless! I highly recommend LAX Physical and Dr Matthew Araghi!!

Positive experience: My husband and daughter have both been treated by LAX for their neck and back. The service was excellent and professional. Both were last minute appointments, will use them again. The one star demerit has to due to a paperwork issue.

Negative experience: Besides being very rude, Be aware when it is time to pay for the so called service / treatment. Ice bag on ankle and 15 minutes of "worthless" electrodes $450.00 ? what a rip off. This owner/chiropractor is money hungry, but He should earn his money the honest and professional way. Avoid yourself the migraine headache, and be kind to your wallet/bank account. Stay away from this Mickey Mouse ... .....place.

Fantastic experience: Excellent office with friendly staff, tend to all my health concerns with a full scope of practitioners under one roof. Got a COVID test done as well, the process was quick and effective. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patient At LAX physical medicine For many years and recently we had symptoms for COVID-19 and we realized that they do the testing for Covid, once we arrived at the facility for the testing their protocols of keeping their patients safe and the procedure for the testing was incredible.. if I could I would give them more than a five star! Negative experience: They improperly filed my MRI with my regular insurance instead of worker's compensation. After I complained about it, it's been non stop drama getting my physical therapy claim ok'd eventhough the WC insurance approved the claim. Yesterday I was not allowed to see the physical therapist because I was told I was "over" three sessions. So I had to leave the office AFTER a voice mail confirmed my appointment the day before. And yes Mike is rude.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with the concern and care I receive here. Everyone is friendly and genuinely care about us patients. I am being treated for different pains and injuries and my wellbeing has improved. If I could give more than five stars I would! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wishes to become pain free to go for healing. Their massages are wonderful, too!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this place today: 04/02/2019. I usually work with Dr. Z. However this Dr. Mike was extremely rude, impatient, and hurt my back when trying to adjust me. I had to reschedule my appointment because of work, unfortunately at the last minute. I being a business person understand the impact of last minute schedule adjustments so I sent my deepest apologies to my doctor. I was able to reschedule for the next day and my dr did not show up. I’m not sure if it was communicated from the front desk to Dr. Z but I had to deal with Dr. Mike instead. He walked in the room did not introduce himself and began to adjust my back. He was so rough!!! He did not tell me the appropriate times to breath, he cracked my neck in an inappropriate way, and injured my lower back because he was rushing. He let his emotions dictate the whole encounter and when he was done he chastised me as if I was a child! When I asked him who he was after all of this, trying to address the fact that I had been hurt, he basically told me he was the owner of the practice and had no place in questioning him. He was arrogant and talked over me. He had not looked at my file prior to touching me. I am surprised he was not more careful especially with the “me too” movement where stories of sexual harassment are being brought to light. I am never be going back to this place after coming for four years! They are disorganized and stuck in their ways of poor customer service. I am sad I will need to find another doctor. I would rather find another doctor than risk an injury again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to LAX Physical Medicine center for almost 1 year now, in addition to their amazing services, I have to give a huge shout out to the professional staff!!!! If I could give 10 starts I would! The front desk always picks up the phone at first ring they never put you on on hold I absolutely love everyone here! They are soooo knowledge and just over all amazing! A special shout out to Lorena! She is simply amazing! So friendly,helpful, and overall and good human being! I love Lorena! If any of you put there need a chiropractor, LAX Physical Medicine center is the place to get help! I recommend it 100%!!!!
