I have regained full use of my right arm and shoulder. The PacificPro team, including the physical therapists, their aids, and the business staff made my recovery almost enjoyable despite the residual pain from my surgery. .They did an excellent job demonstrating my physical therapy exercises and they all had a good sense of humor helping me thru the routines. Fantastic experience: I am about to start my 3rd week of rehab after a bilateral laminectomy. The physical therapy direction and treatment I am receiving is based upon how I am progressing as opposed to a process designed for the average patient which can be found in some teaching guide. I have been very, very impressed,. My PhD in physical therapy is a true guru and providing great guidance both while I am at Pacific Pro and between visits.

Fantastic experience: Top notch facility. I decided to use Pacific Pro PT to rehab my knee after full replacement surgery because the facility I've used for my other knee surgery's changed management. I really liked my old place, except that it was in Huntington Beach and I live in Tustin. I found out about Pacific Pro through my surgans office, so I went by one day to check it out. The staff member I talked to was friendly, showed me the facility and gave me a basic idea of how things would go. Since I've already rehabed one knee replacement I knew they were legit, so I made an appointment. Dean C was my therapist. He is knowledgeable, caring, and through. Between in office therapy and at home exercise I was given I was getting great range of motion in just a few months. As with any PT program results will depend in part to how much effort you put into it. It's's not just upto you therapist you play a big part too. I recommend Pacific Pro PT so give them a call

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder impingement, and my primary therapist has been Alyssa. I found her approach to be very professional and effective. (At the same time, she is super friendly.) She offered me the best combination of stretching, massage, and strength training to fix my shoulder problem as quickly as possible, which, in fact, led to good improvement in a short period of time. I felt comfortable with the way she treated patients: She checked my shoulder first, explained the issue and the condition, and then how each exercise and stretch would help fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: Excellent physical therapy post total knee replacement. All staff was friendly and helpful, therapist Dean Chung was terrific, listened to specific concerns and problems and evolved therapy to target those and achieve continual progress.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pacfic Pro Physical Therapy! I have been a patient in their Irvine location since 2012 and my rehabilitation after a hip replacement, T-8 compression fracture and rotator cuff surgery have all been completely successful. The atmosphere is so friendly, warm, inviting, and supportive. All the physical therapists and team members are outstanding as is all the large variety of rehab equipment. Each exercise program is tailored to your injury/surgery and the attentiveness towards each patient is exceptional. I am working with Alyssa Raineri now as I recently had a total knee replacement. I am so confident that my rehab/recovery from this surgery will also be successful because of her excellent knowledge and treatment plan. The variety of exercises she has me doing to regain my range of motion is amazing. Everyone is there to cheer you on to the road to recovery! A huge shout out to Bret & Trace, who are the co-owners. I will be forever grateful for their personal treatment and support over the years and to the extremely qualified staff they hire.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Pacific Pro to treat a torn ligament in my right elbow. After a PRP injection at Dr. Mora's office (Restore in Orange) and a few months of therapy, the grip in my right hand has fully returned and I am pain free. The staff, treatment, and exercise I have received at Pacific Pro have all been outstanding. The warmup and exercises that are prescribed are tailored to your abilities and designed to progress you to full health. I can't thank the team there enough. Sydney for her scheduling professionalism and big welcoming smile - no matter how busy things get Alyssa for her kindness, encouragement and treatment regiment - always willing to give 100% to your health and recovery Lauren for her engagement and attention to detail - pushes me to the "Anteater" (UC Irvine) standard of excellence.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to physical therapy at Pacific Pro for several months for post op back surgery rehab. My therapist Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and professional. She has been very patient during the setbacks I've experinced due to other various medical issues and has maintained a positive attitude that I am progressing despite it all which has helped me to persevere. She continually tailors my exercise program to target areas that need focused attention. The other therapists, PT assistants and front office staff are all very friendly and helpful which creates a positive environment. All in all a great place to get the physical therapy you need to get better.

Alyssa, my PT, diagnosed the issue and got me on a plan to rehabilitate my knee while still making progress towards my ultimate goal of the half marathon. Fantastic experience: Everyone here was very friendly and encouraging. Chris and Olivia were fantastic! I was apprehensive at first but they quickly put me at ease. Even though I'm not in good shape overall (55 yrs old and overweight), Chris found exercises that I could succeed at. He built on that, making each session more challenging without overwhelming me. Fantastic experience: PacificPro was a great choice for me. As a former athlete and also from a vehicle accident, I have been to physical therapy quite a bit. So I'm very picky. This time around I had neck and shoulder pain which my doctor and I couldn't figure out. I was given my Rx for PT and i researched five different PT providers before choosing PacificPro. Dean Loomis is my PT and he was able to recognize my condition during my eval. His treatment plan accounted for my experience using PT before. We took a baseline measurement so that we could measure improvement. Then we did some manual work on my neck before starting stretches and exercise. Pain relief was noticable after my second session (including making sure I did my exercises at home in between). Dean also continued to adjust my exercises and add new ones for progression. Staff are friendly and helpful (for example, Sydney is awesome). They do a great job keeping everything clean, scheduling appointments, and assisting with your exercises. The aids are diligent and scan the room to make sure everyone has what they need. Thanks PacificPro!

Fantastic experience: My experience with PacificPro has been far superior to another group I went to a few years ago, from start to finish. Here the receptionists are always friendly with nice smiles. My PT, Dean Chung, is very professional and thorough and asked many questions before designing a program for me that he also modifies as I progress. Unlike that other place, Dean is fully involved the whole session. He also created a program to use at home with directions and a video. And it's nice that the whole staff gets along very well which makes the experience even better in the friendly environment.

I had prehab before knee replacement surgery and rehab after. I made great progress with his guidance. I have returned to zumba and tap dance. I’m 77 years old! Olivia, Robert and Maria were a great help as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to physical therapy before and have had continued problems that only got worse. I’ve found the attention to the quality of care here at pacific pro has helped me manage the ongoing health issues I face. For the first time ever even with another major injury I’ve seen progress across the board which has increased my quality of life. We are able to address and prevent the new issues from becoming bigger problems. Alyssa is great at managing and addressing multiple issues at once without over looking my concerns and flair ups.

You are greeted with a smile by Esme at the front desk, who checks you in and makes you feel welcome. My therapist, Alyssa, was a true professional. She is fantastic at listening to your concern, asking the right questions, then determining the proper therapy to fix the problem. After the individual therapy with her, the PT assistants, Olivia and Robert, make sure you're doing the prescribed exercises correctly each session. They work in perfect concert as your healthcare team. Each week Alyssa checked my progress, and adjusted the exercises to keep advancing me in the appropriate manner for me. After a couple months, I'm back to playing tennis, going to the gym, and chasing my grandchildren. In short, I'm back to normal! I highly recommend Alyssa and the other therapists at PacificPro!!

Fantastic experience: I injured my left knee just 6 weeks before a big trip! I was very apprehensive about getting ready to travel but Laurie (and Olivia) set up a regime that strengthened my knee joint, my quads, and got me feeling better in time to enjoy the trip! They were patient when I was discouraged, but kept me on track with my exercises. The trip was a great success and I can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Pacific Pro many times for physical issues and have found their staff to be courteous and extremely knowledgeable and skillful. I am currently being treated by Alyssa for a recent knee replacement. She has been a great help in my on going recovery. I previously was treated for a painful shoulder by Pacific Pro staff and was given a lot of relief and increased joint mobility. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a problem requiring therapy.

Fantastic experience: I saw the good online reviews and decided to give them a try. Came to this clinic following shoulder surgery for a sports injury. The clinic is full of down to earth, honest, and hard working staff. There is a sense of calm that they emanate which gets transferred to the patients who come here, include my injured, anxious self. I wondered if I could ever return to my previously active lifestyle following surgery and Laurie and Peter guided me with their sage wisdom. Both are excellent physical therapists who know when to keep me in my lane when I am overexerting myself and when to give me a motivating push when I am feeling uneasy or stagnant in my progress. They got me back to where I was prior to my injury and I am now equipped with their teachings on how to maintain my progress and prevent future injuries. To say that I recommend this place is an understatement. Also shout out to all the wonderful aides.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I was diagnoses with knee sprain with inflammation on my inner meniscus. Chris, my physical therapist works on you one on one hands on. he diagnoses your injury and gives you proper execrises so you can strengthen your legs, knee and stability muscles in those area. I feel I got stronger and better at running by doing the exercises that was given to me as a result, I have better range of motions on my legs overall and balance.

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder injury and was referred here. I met Laurie and she first asked me what I hoped for through therapy—I knew it was going to be a good experience at that moment. She customized a plan for me and each time we met, we had a check in to see what needed to be adjusted. She even gave me tips for working with my strength and Pilates trainers! I truly appreciate the care she provided and I’m back to doing the things I enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coming to Pacific Pro for Physical Therapy. I’ve been coming here for several months for pain in my left knee from previous ACL and ligament surgeries. Fantastic experience: I was referred here following an elbow injury and after working with Chris Jensen, my elbow is now back to having full mobility and strength. The atmosphere was very welcoming and they really focused on the needs of every client. I believe that the individualized care is what allowed for my recovery to go so smoothly and quickly and I am now able to go back to my sport with no issues!

Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder playing volleyball and can't believe I can play again. When I injured my shoulder, even simple day-to-day tasks were difficult to do but after my sessions at PacificPro Irvine, I'm excited to be back in the game. I noticed improvement in my range of motion from my first evaluation with Peter. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my limitations. The physical therapists Peter and Kenny were both amazing at incorporating various exercises which helped me through my recovery and ultimately in strengthening my shoulder. I am truly grateful for their patience and expertise. The aides Miguel, Angela, and Julian were all fantastic and very attentive. Also thank you Chelsea for providing all of the insurance info before my first session so I knew exactly what to expect with no surprises nor hidden fees. She was very informative and organized. I highly recommend this location and the physical therapists. Thank you all. I really didn't think I'd be able to play volleyball again but now I'm ready to get some spikes in.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a pelvic fracture, I was fairly immobile and slow moving on a walker. As a 30 year old with a young son, and living in a house with two sets of stairs, my quality of life was highly impacted. I was pleased to have PacificPro as a referral as they were close to my house and with so many positive reviews. My experience has been amazing, especially with Chris. In one week, I was able to walk much better and further. In less than two weeks I was able to transition from a walker to a cane and in less than two weeks I can drive again and walk without the cane. I was thinking my recovery would be so much longer but they helped me recover so quickly and gave me tips and exercises to do at home to keep up my progress. The staff is amazing. I’ve mainly worked with Chris but worked with Laurie and they are both so kind, positive, encouraging and clearly love what they do. The front office staff has been so helpful with working through insurance questions and scheduling all my appointments weeks in advance. If you have the option, I can’t recommend PacificPro!

Everyone in Pacific Pro Physical Therapy is extremely nice, caring, and have great personalities. I couldn’t recommenced a better place for Physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Peter was great to work with! He was very nice, and a very caring and resourceful therapist. He listens to your complaints and then analyzes the best therapy for you. He taught me the best exercises to do for my particular back issues, and got me back into working condition once again. I've continued to keep up with my exercises at home, and so far I've been golden with no relapses whatsoever. My core muscles continue to get stronger each day, which is very beneficial for me and what I really needed to do. I'm now back to swimming and biking again, with no pain. Thank you so much Peter!! I would highly recommend Peter and PacificPro as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pacific Pro Physical Therapy for my Distal Bicep Ruptured Tendon. Can not say how excellent first of all in these times with Covid that All safety precautions are taken seriously! From the check in personnel (Chelsea)to the Physical Therapists its all so excellent! Kenny has been my Physical Therapist for the most part and Martin has now also assisted in my therapy. Kenny has been so excellent in getting my dominant upper extremity working again! Kenny is so knowledgeable about my type of injury, Kenny right away knew how to handle the physical therapy. My injury is not too common but it shows the expertise Kenny and Martin both have. Also it is such a friendly environment! Empathy is always shown by all in the office. You are not treated like here’s another patient. All staff know you by name and treat all their patients equally! I have been there when they had a few patients for physical therapy and all get extreme undivided attention! I am still going for PT there and almost done. But needed to do a huge shout out to Kenny and Martin and Staff for such an incredible PT experience!! If only other providers of services were so excellent!!

Fantastic experience: I came here after having years of shoulder pain and going to other physical therapy places having zero expectations. my physical therapist was Martin and from day one I told him I was doubtful of it working, but listened to him and what he had done. After a week of him working on my shoulder I was already able to see results and do small tasks around the house I wasn't able to do. Not ONLY has he improved my daily life of beating my shoulder aches; he was also able to tell me EXACTLY what was going on after others have just put me through the motion of going in and doing my workouts. I loved the staff there and they do truly treat you like family.

He knew how to train me specifically for my sport and once I was back playing I saw a lot of improvement in how I was playing!

Fantastic experience: I began working with Kenny at PacificPro in preparation for total knee replacement surgery. The pre-surgery sessions put me ahead of the game for post-surgery results. I am now 4 months out from second replacement surgery and back to normal activities. The entire PacificPro team shows professionalism, competence, and even make difficult situations a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic PT practice. As I grow increasingly decrepit I have needed their services for a variety of problems over time. I’ve used two of their locations, and both are very nice. Scheduling is flexible, and the therapists and staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and great at teaching me self care. They are definitely my first choice.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Kenny Carlton for arthritis in my right hip. I had very limited range of motion and it was painful just standing. He was very kind and careful. I did lots of different exercises to loosen me up and then he came and stretched me and worked hard each visit to strengthen all the muscles around the hip. When my treatment was finished, he gave me a list of exercises to do at home. I am very grateful to him for all the “torture” he did to help me. I am much better now, and stronger and I will continue all of the at-home exercises to keep up the progress we made. I highly recommend PacificPro Physical Therapy! Thank you, Kenny!

Fantastic experience: I sprained my ankle badly and knew I needed PT. After googling around I decided this place near me looked promising. They've been great. Helpful, clear, accommodating in appointments, and most of all Janaan and her assistants have been very good at finding what's damaged and giving me massage, ice, and precise exercises to regain mobility and strength. I wasn't walking when it first happened, and they got me walking and ready for a conference in three weeks. A month and a half later, it's almost completely better, and we've moved to balance and stabilization exercises for my core and ankle to make sure I don't keep re-spraining it. While this is advertised as a sports physical therapy facility, they were able to work with me and other older patients who are not jocks, just trying to get back to our daily lives, whether that be walking or other low-key activities. And I have arthritis and plantar fasciitis, so working with me has required some modifications and judgment calls.

Fantastic experience: This is a establishment I highly recommend. Not only will you get great care you’ll be treated like family. I can’t imagine how many faces go in there but they make the effect to remember my name and listen to what going on with my health. They are professional who put the patient first. I’m glad my first physical therapy experience was here because they set the bar for how care should be.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could do more than 5 star. I went to sciatica workshop and aldo had a free consultation with Bret unfortunately they won't accept my insurance but Bret generously gave me some excersise and also some adjustments which I feel better rightaway. With my experience with other places I've got so impresed that they are not advertusing to sell their service.They love and know what they do. Very professionalal! I definitely make a follow up appointment and highly recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: Came in here feeling hopeless after being told I needed a complete foot reconstruction. Dealt with ankle and foot pain for nearly a year before coming in. Had my consult with Brandon and he got me going on a program and in 6 weeks I’m back to 100%. Can’t say enough about how professional they are and how the course of treatment has helped me recover from what seemed like certain reconstructive surgery. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Pacific Pro staff are all very welcoming and professional. Setting and rearranging appointments is always easy, and PT sessions are full of multiple exercises tailored to clients’ individual needs. Initially I went in to have work done on my shoulders and neck, but when my heel began to have problems, PP modified my program to include work on it as well. Aside from the Irvine staff, the overall facility is clean and well-organized.

Fantastic experience: Experienced, attentive & professional physical therapists providing rehab services in a relaxed "Goldilocks" setting - not too big & not too small, it's just the right size. Vikki at the front desk is friendly and easy to work with. I am almost always able to reserve the timeslots and days I prefer with just a week's advance notice. I began seeing Justin for physical therapy in March after surgery to repair my ACL / MCL. On each visit, he listens to my feedback and customizes his therapeutic massage techniques to meet my unique and ever-changing concerns. Strength, balance and range-of-motion exercises are advanced by Justin as I progress, and the PT assistant Steven demonstrates each exercise and fine-tunes my form, so I never have to worry, "Am I doing this right?" The intensity of each PT session has been scaled to perfectly balance difficulty and safety. With about 25 visits completed so far, I am about 2/3 of the way through rehab and already feel stronger and better-trained than I when I injured my knee. I whole-heartedly recommend PacificPro Physical Therapy to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and supportive physical therapy team for their rehab needs.
