Fantastic experience: I was injured in a bike accident, came in barely able to move my arm. Anthony and his team after several weeks got my mobility back along with my strength and now I’m back to mountain biking. A big shout out all the Therapists there, they were so professional and knowledgeable and set me up with the exercises needed to facilitate my recovery. I would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: An exceptional clinic ! I am a massage therapist with a wrist injury . The two hand specialists there Jan and Ryan have been fantastic . They’re on top of everything and even have caught when I’ve done exercises wrong and corrected . I’ve had rehabilitative therapy before where they just show you exercises and seemingly have no interest even when you’ve just learned the exercises , but not here ! Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy clinic ever. I ruptured my achilles, underwent surgery, and then completed over 50 PT sessions with Anthony and his team. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The staff genuinely enjoy working there and make the experience so much more enjoyable. I’m super grateful that Anthony and his team helped me heal my leg, and I’m thankful that I got to spend time with down-to-earth people. If you’re looking for a Physical Therapy clinic where the team actually cares about you, this is the place.

Negative experience: Be ware of their billing department!! My son came to visit this facility from the end of May,2024. Before we came, we gave them our insurance info to check our responsibility. They called back and told us we need to pay $7.5 per visit. We did 5 visits there until June 19. In July they called me to inform my balance of $412 in their facility. I was so shocked and checked with my insurance. My insurance said since we have high deductible, we need to pay full before we met the deductible. I totally understand this but I was so disappointed with this facility. They didn't check correctly for us and even they received my bill from insurance company in the beginning of June, they didn't update the copay with me. The most ridiculous thing is when they called me in July, they still told me the copay for my visit is $7.5 but I know this is not true. The technician there are very kind and nice. But if you plan to have treatment there, check your insurance by yourself not just believe what they told you!! If i know I need to pay $75 for my visit, I would choose other places or visited less.

Fantastic experience: So far, this place is doing a great job! I have been going to thís place for physical therapy for my neck area for about 2 1/2 months, I have a lot less pain now, and it looks like I may get to avoid surgery altogether.

Fantastic experience: So had a full rupture of my bicep July 31st 2023. 6 weeks later I had surgery. Then about 2 months later I meant Anthony. My arm wasn’t even able to be straight. He helped me twice a week slowly straightening it. It was painful but the staff was so friendly and supportive that it made me feel comfortable. I had ups and downs with my healing but Anthony reassured me I’ll be fine. Before I knew it I was lifting 2lbs 20 reps. Now I’m at 10lbs 20 reps. I’m working in my garden lifting heavy things and shovel dirt. I’m not in a rush to get to my old strength but I’m confident I’ll get there. Front desk girls are very kind all the therapists seem happy. Music was great and they have a tv. I felt good being there and was kind of sad to leave. Praying I never have an injury like this ever again but if I do I’m only coming here. Thanks so much you guys! I’ll bring you guys plumerias this summer.

Fantastic experience: I woke up a couple mornings barely able to get out of bed and then my doctor recommended this rehab center. I had glute pain from a possible herniated disk. I enjoyed everyone who worked at this facility. I felt completely comfortable with whoever was assisting or massaging me, and the pain went away after a couple weeks! They give me a list a stretches, and as I progressed they challenged me with planks. This was my first experience at physical therapy, and I definitely will go again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend California Rehab Irvine at 36 Mauchly Ste A Irvine CA 92618-2390, and particularly the physical therapist, Anthony. Six weeks ago, I came to this place with crutchers and knee brace. Today, thanks to Anthony for his great skills, knowledge, and support, I am able to walk and hike for at least 3 miles on most days, including some elevations. Additionally, all assistants and staff are very nice, professional, and patient. My experience with Anthony and Cal Rehab Irvine exceeds my expectation. Thank you! If you come here, you will be amazed by what Anthony and assistants can do for you to get you back to your normal life!!!

Fantastic experience: Marianne and Vincent (Vinny) have been instrumental in helping me to start feeling better after a neck injury. They devised a custom PT program that successfully reduced my pain level and improved range of motion. Going to each PT session was such a positive experience due to their professionalism and genuine interest in my care even though I was in excruciating pain initially after my injury. Their other team members, particularly Chelsea and Moira, have been equally professional and caring. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone looking for excellence in PT.

She visited this clinic and Anthony recommended her to get an x-ray for a hip replacement and sure enough that was the main issue that was causing all the pain. Fantastic experience: I am excited to tell you about my experience with California Rehabilitation. I had torn my rotator cuff and I was almost unable to move my arm due to the debilitating pain. Ultimately I was looking at the prospect of having surgery to repair my rotator cuff. My doctor's decision to prescribe physical therapy first, and to recommend California Rehabilitation, saved me from having to undergo any surgical procedures. Following a few months of a tailored physical therapy and exercise program, I regained full range of motion of my shoulder and am now almost pain free. My doctor was extremely pleased with the outcome of my physical therapy and has released me from further care. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team of dedicated, friendly, hardworking and caring therapists and staff for the excellent healing program they provided for me. Fantastic experience: I had a tibia and fibula break from hitting a tree skiing. As a result, I had a tibial nail surgery and was not able to walk for over 2 months. CRST helped me regain normal movement and mobility for day to day independence and helped me to get back to the gym on my own to resume a normal life. This injury was very painful and serious, so I highly recommend this rehab facility for those with serious injuries. Very accommodating for schedules and they follow up with text messages and calls to help remind you of your appointment time. Professional staff focused on helping injured people achieve mobility independence for a normal day to day life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an ongoing knee problem since my accident and the previous facility that i was being treated at fair to say they were definitely a nice and friend facility though did not have the experience or skills to understand how to resolve the issue. I later transferred to Kaiser in which i was sent to CalRehab which i didnt see much reviews on this place and decided to go here since it was fairly close home and sought to see how much diffferent things were going to go. Thankfully i ran into not 1 but 3 therapist that knew how to address my problem. Literally got in there and introduced pains you could only imagine as what felt like the kinda hurt you would appreciate. ongoing treatment to come my knee has slowly started feeling so much better and im so glad there are people who know what theyre doing in this field. Their facility not only has incredibly experienced therapist, but also a friendly crew that keep up on making sure things are scheduled and take care of things witin their control If you have a problem i would recommend you coming here to talking to them because they know what theyre doing even though it might seem the same, but its their little differences they do to ensure you have a speedy recovery and a proper one. Thanks for your great work!

Fantastic experience: I had my knee replaced, and it was time for rehab. I was sent to California rehab by my insurance carrier. Best move I could have ever made—in going. Anthony, and his team were terrific there. Helpful throughout the whole process. Their care for me was top notch. I can’t say it enough Anthony, as well as his team are great. I have full mobility now of my knee, and have been throughly trained on how to continue my therapy on my own. I will definitely be back, for my right knee needs to be replaced as well this next year. Fantastic experience: Anthony is great. Physical therapy involves pain, it is an unavoidable discomfort when recovering from an injury. Anthony pushed to the limit of that discomfort and I got better before I expected. It is rare, nowadays anyway, to find doctors and physical therapists willing to push clients into that zone of discomfort which is essential to heal rapidly. Anthony had no problem doing this at my request. It demonstrates knowledge of the the anatomy and physiology of the human body, but it also demonstrates his effective ability to read a client and know where that line is. He also likes sports, which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: I had the best rehab experience at this facility. The staff is encouraging, experienced and very knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with really cared about my recovery. I broke or crushed every bone in my wrist. My doctor thought I would have to have it fused so I would not be in pain everyday. I was suppose to be on pain medication though the end of the year. After 6 months I am off of the pain medication and doing a one hour yoga class 5 days a week. I recovered better then my doctor thought I would. This is the place to put your trust and recovery. Everyone is the best.

Negative experience: I was faced with a dilemma of having to go in with them since my Dr. recommended me a Cal Rehab facility and they were the closest location. At first they seemed very nice and welcoming, but for my 2nd visit on things were different. Here is why I don't recommend them... 1. My questions were answered by "I already answered your question" 2. I felt I couldn't ask questions as questions 3. When their ECG (current/electricity) machine didn't work, they just let me sit there connected getting no current for the duration of the time I was suppose to get the ECG hence paying for service I didn't receive. 4. They seemed more focused on setting me up for next appointments that helping me during the appointment with my pain. 5. I had an allergic reaction with the cast material and the therapist completely ignored answering my questions deflecting it or saying "uum.. thats interesting", instead of coming up with a solution. 5. What tipped it off completely was the therapist made the wrong type of cast for me! When I revisited the Dr's office, he saw the cast and nodded his head sideways saying what is that? Though my review contradicts to most of the others reviewing here, based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend them to a foe!

Fantastic experience: After a major hand surgery my orthopedic referred me to Lori Ott. And am I glad he did. Lori is by far the most competent and determined therapist I've ever worked with. Facing the potential for limited mobility Lori was determined as much as me(if not more) to make sure that wasn't the case. My ortho was even shocked at the recovery I've experienced. Hands down (Pun intended) the best.

Anthony (and later Kim) put me on a program and I started immediately seeing the results. As I improved, Anthony continued to add new exercises to my routine. He's done a phenomenal job with hiring - the entire staff from the front desk to the assistants are very organized, knowledgeable and kind. After 3 months of attending therapy 2-3 times per week my back is the best it's been in over a decade. I would give this place 6 stars if I could, I can't recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Make sure to read the fine print. These people are thieves. They charged me $80 for 2 no shows regardless of the fact that I called and let them know I am not to leave my bed because of my bad back. Stay away they are bad news.
