Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. All of the therapists are very knowledgeable. I was treated for Bell's Palsy, A Stroke, and Bodily Hit and Run by a vehicle. Every injury was addressed with care, consistency, and great knowledge. They know the human body inside and out. They have a special program for Traumatic Brain Injuries. They have special treatment for when the face has twisted from a stroke or Bell's Palsy. My Son is a patient here now. This is definitely the place to go for rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a severe concussion from a car accident in April of 2024 and was referred by a relative to Complete Balance Solutions for physical therapy based on their expertise in concussion treatment. My primary Physical Therapist while I was undergoing treatment was Laura Mandich at the Irvine office location. Laura is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and has a calm and caring approach with their clients. They always took time to respond thoughtfully to questions, explained procedures and exercises in detail, and were sensitive to how I was doing on treatment days to take into consideration what we would work on that day for my therapy. Additionally, Laura consistently showed sincere concern and interest for me as their patient. I also received PT from Christina and Sally when Laura was unavailable, and both were very knowledgeable, professional, and caring in their interactions with me. Additionally, Rosie at the Front Desk was always friendly and helpful regarding anything I needed assistance with, whether it be billing or appointment related. In addition to the treatment I received, my teenage daughter is receiving concussion PT at Complete Balance, primarily from Teresa, Laura and Christina. As a parent, I have sincerely appreciated that every member of the PT team has treated my daughter with the same high level of respect and caring that I experienced, plus they make it fun when possible and always have a good sense of humor which really helps my daughter not dread her sessions! The entire team at Complete Balance helped make what was sometimes a really challenging time feel encouraging and hopeful. Collectively, the team encourages their clients and each other and clearly are supportive and strong in how they work together. I will forever remain grateful for their expertise and caring attentiveness.

Fantastic experience: I was sent to Complete Balance Solutions, Irvine by Kari Franks, PT. to work with Natasha Gunaratne, PT. I tripped annd fell down onto cement and had Tramatic Brain Damage & Concussion with open cut face to bones & both shoulders needed to be replaced by major surgery. I had in my life sooo many surgeries I could not go through these 2 surgeries! Natasha helped my Terrible Balance! She is a “5 STAR”!!!! I am 75 and have BAD Vertigo and many other problems. “Natasha has saved my life”!!!!!! She asked me to trust her and she has made both shoulders like almost new. We are working on strength and my right hip that was also torn apart and severe weakness. She is The Smartest PT I have ever met! She knows about everything and is so kind and sweet! Without Natasha I might not be here…but she saved my life!!! Please keep her here and pay her well, She deserves nothing but The Best!! I Love Her! Fantastic experience: Your go to spot for all your PT needs! The entire team from my first call to schedule the appointment to the final visit has been incredible to work with. I first went to Complete Balance Solutions (CBS) in the winter of 2022 for help with my TMJ. At the time, my jaw was tight, misaligned and causing me frequent headaches. After a few weeks of therapy, I quickly noticed significant improvements. As of this post, I no longer have issues with TMJ causing headaches and my jaw is significantly more aligned. After such a positive experience, I returned in the spring of 2023 for PT for right leg/hip tightness that was preventing me from running. I just completed my final session and am happy to report that the CBS team was able to work their magic again. Legs and hips feel significantly more mobile. Looking forward to running a 5K race soon!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all of the staff of Complete Balance Solutions especially Katelyn and Natasha. Katelyn went above and beyond to make me feel better. I came to the clinic with so much neck pain and dizziness but today I am so happy and thankful that my dizziness is gone and my neck pain is almost gone. I am able to manage it with the exercises that they have taught me. Katelyn and the staff are very friendly and compassionate. It really made a big difference in my life. Fantastic experience: My Brother Martin, who is Special Needs is being treated by Teresa Lhota she is exceptional with him! He’s never had the encouragement, care and patience that Teresa gives to my Brother from any other physical therapist for his balance. Martin has gotten to a point that he doesn’t have to have his walker in the house anymore, although he’s better, he is still using the furniture when he’s tired. Fantastic experience: To all my fellow sufferers with balance problems, vertigo, brain trauma: you need a fabulous physical therapist like Sapan Palkhiwala. My dizziness stopped me from driving, but after 6 mos. with Mr S. P. I was happily driving again. It isn't easy to get an early appointment, so do it now. You will be glad you did.

I was dealing with a jaw pain for more than a year and did a lot of CT scan and MRI and went to different dentists and still did not get any results! Finally I was referred to Dr. Sapan. He first took his time to learn about my sleeping habits, my work, my dental problems and more, then he helped me to learn more about how to pay attention to my sleeping position, then level of stress during the day, and to my posture. Afterword he thought me different exercises to do to relief the pain. Thanks to him I am doing much much better that is only after 3 visits!
