Fantastic experience: Best place to go for relief. PT is painful, but their professionalism and empathy really helps.

Fantastic experience: This is my 20th session. Dr. Rich and all his staff have been incredibly professional, They are great to talk to an answer all the questions, Friendly And it seems like every patient that we see here likes them a lot speak highly of them. Even one of my neighbors loves their service. They truly have managed to bring down the pain level and my shoulder. They are extremely knowledgeable about physical therapy and all the diffident techniques for all kinds of issues. I highly recommend Dr. Richard and all his staff. Zack and Candy and Jennifer.

Negative experience: Customer service is not good no answer the phone call and hard to understand me

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed with the type of care in this place. My 1st impression wasn't good when I first arrived but I still wanted to give it a try...merely motivated for the outstanding google reviews and the location near my home. But, Lauren who took my Dr's prescription and scheduled my upcoming sessions seemed to be very grumpy during my 1st visit...she complained that she works until she is the last one to leave the place and even though I saw in the website that they are open until 7...she told me that the latest patient should be there by 4 pm. The place itself is not bigger than my bedroom and my bedroom is average size. My next 2 sessions were handled by Emily who was an excellent therapist and I was very grateful for her work; however she and her team were moving permanently to another Physical Therapy Center located in Lake Forest (unrelated to this one). So, I was told that a very experienced and licensed therapist called Isabel will take care of my case. I was really looking forward to meeting her; but, it never happened. Once again obnoxious Lauren was there and for being such a small room I was really uncomfortable with her obnoxious laugh which resonated loud and long in such a small place…make no mistake a place where most people would go due to some sort of physical injury, condition or pain should have staff that is more considerate and professional . Isabel was the Licensed Therapy on the floor during this shift but she never even cared or bothered to introduce herself, or even came to check and see if the PT student who was taking care of me was doing a good job. I do not recommend this place at all and I will also post this review in my google account so that people are not misled by the 5 stars seen in Google.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at Envision. The PT team of Kaleigh, Abe and Matt really helped expedite my return back to sports. They're good people who gave me quality one-on-one sessions. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I have been to a lot of physical therapy centers. And that's just what they are, Irvine physical medicine is not just a place to go. It is a monitored rehabilitation location. You have to give credit where credit is do they have a great staff that knows exactly what you want. In any business you have to have the correct staff to get referrals or return business. Even though that is a priority here at Irvine physical medicine in Irvine California. You will find it's more like the establishment cheers where everybody knows your name and condition is willing to help and go the extra mile. As an experienced Olympic level coach, I can appreciate Dr lowenstein, Dr warrensburg for putting facility together. Now we have to speak about the support team which is most important to any business. I'm not sure what his last name but he is the gentleman I always work with. He is the physician assistant I only know him as Russ. The only thing I do know is the way he treats me as a patient, during difficult times has made it easier for me to make it through my injury. But I do know he likes hypercars.!

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee by starting up an exercise program. My physician referred me to Envision Sport because of their experience in this type of injury. After years of sedentary office work and weak muscles, it took a while to gain strength and get full function again. Abraham was constantly researching and innovating new ways for me to get back in shape and strengthen all the lower body muscles to give me a fully functioning knee--success! HIs persistence and kindness paid off. I would recommend both facilities and their staffs to get you back to your old self.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my last session with Envision Sport Physical Therapy & Pilates after a work injury where my PT was delayed by several months so I was behind in my rehab. Abraham was my PT and he was great in assessing where I was in my healing and what needed to be done to restore me to full health. I was impressed with his knowledge and that he targeted areas in and around my injury that also were affected and needed to be worked in order for me to get my, strength, flexibility and full range of motion back. Abe was also very kind and encouraging, giving me regular therapy progress updates and asking me for my feedback as well. I also LOVED the pilates machine which was part of my therapy routine. The rest of the staff were also great! In addition, they took all of the Covid safety precautions so I felt safe during my therapy sessions. I highly recommend them for PT, rehab and pilates sessions.

Fantastic experience: I got into a car accident in February and came here after having a bad experience with another PT. I worked with Elliot for about 6 months to recover and he was so wonderful to work with. He was very kind and gentle and always listened to me to make sure I wasn’t having too much pain. He also always took the time to answer my questions and give me a thorough explanation of what was going on with my recovery process. The PT assistants are all so great as well, everyone is very genuine and cares about your recovery and I appreciate that. I highly recommend coming here if you need PT and definitely ask for Elliot!

They do a really good job of assigning the right exercises and the aides (so patient and positive!) make sure you do them right so you can do them at home and get better faster.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Envision Sport Physical Theryapy and Pilates after a knee injury and I'm so glad I went there. Elliot Chi was the physical therapist assigned to me. He efficienctly knew what my injury was and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The assistants there were also so knowledgeable and friendly. This place is a muct go for all physical therapy needs! Thank you so much for everything and happy holidays to you all!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Envision Sport PT. Everyone there is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Kim is my PT and she's been able to help with my neck, back and hips, giving me more flexibility, mobility and less pain. I've also seen P.T.s Elliott and Courtney when Kim has been on vacation and they, too, are great! The support staff is always patient and helpful, plus they are a great bunch of people!

Fantastic experience: I've gone to different pts in the past and none have been as knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating as envision. When I say there's something I want to do, like jumping, they find ways to work it into the exercises. Super understanding that everyday life means that you can't do baby your injury. Incredibly thorough about everything and encouraging. Literally refuse to go to any other pt. Drove over half an hour for a bit just so I could go to them.
